(Oh, right, I thought you were just trying to get him to stay still).

The blade slides through the armour and straight into Nomlas' throat. Needless to say, blood starts to rapidly pour out.

[Morty]

Wenomir roars and lunges at Maric. However, he stops halfway, groans and staggers.

[happyturtle]

And Turtle will attempt to finish him off.

[Goblin Music]

CureII this time the spell is directed at Happy.

[Almighty Salmon]

Nomlas is indeed finished off by Turtle, as even more blood pours out and he eventually dies.

[Morty]

Wenomir might or might not try to stop Turtle, but right now he's too busy kneeling on the floor and clutching his head.

[happyturtle]

Turtle snarls and climbs off of the bloody remains. "Good riddance."

The bloody remains however, start to shimmer and then disappear.

"What the---?"

Nomlas' remains do shimmer and disappear.

[Morty]

Wenomir gets back on his feet slowly, shaking a bit.
Whoa- Nomlas is dead?

"Damn it. That shouldn't have happened. The base is dimension locked."

[Morty]

Damn, Someone out there must be powerful enough to go past the dimensional lock. Wenomir sits heavily on the nearest available chair.

[happyturtle]

Someone who isn't Intergang, or they'd have used it to escape. Hey, what's this? Turtle says, picking up the syringe that Nomlas used on Czernov.

[Morty]

He stabbed Czernov with it. Goddamit! How could I have been so stupid?

[happyturtle]

And where's Czernov now? Turtle asks, already racing towards the infirmary.

[Morty]

In the infirmary. Wenomir walks slowly after Turtle to the infirmary.

[Kaelaroth]

Czernov's in the infirmary. Drones are swarming, panicked. It seems huge chunks of his brain have been removed from him.

[happyturtle]

Turtle calls up the security footage of Nomlas's attack to see where he stabbed Czernov, and then injects the contents of the syringe back into Czernov in the same spot.

[Kaelaroth]

The drones beep with alarm, as soon as the stuff is injected back in. Czernov starts to shake, to seizure, quite, quite violently.

[Morty]

Wenomir sits in the infirmary grimly.

[happyturtle]

Turtle uses her strength to hold him in place and keep him from hurting himself in his seizure.

Not much else she can do.

[Kaelaroth]

Czernov suddenly stops moving. And starts to breathe calmly, his eyes opening wide, wide open, his skin pale.

[Morty]

Wenomir walks up to Czernov. Do you know whats' wrong with him?

[Kaelaroth]

And, with a burst of devastating energy, the "white noise", the deafening telepathic power of Alek long-past, starts up, coming from Czernov.

[happyturtle]

Czernov, can you hear me? Turtle asks gently. Back from bloodthirsty warrior to mother figure in a matter of minutes. Charming girl, that one.

At the attack of the white noise, Turtle's mental shield locks down tight, reflecting the attack.

[Morty]

Wenomir tries to put up a protective shield around his mind. He succeeds, but it drains him so much he gets a massive nosebleed and kneels.

[Kaelaroth]

Czernov breathes, and calmly ignores his own mental attack, calming sitting up. Stupid Bitches. Oh, yeah, Czernov's voice has changed. I wonder who he sounds like now?

[Morty]

Wenomir gets up and wipes the blood from his face. What?

[happyturtle]

Turtle steps back, subtly shifting into combat stance.

[Darkcomet]

One of DC's illusions appears.

What the hell is going on?

It suddenly realizes where the massive psychic power is coming from.

[Kaelaroth]

Czernov Alek waves a hand, casually intended, but with a stiffened movement, and his hugely powerful telepathy tries to force Wenomir to kneel again. Kneel before Zod, weakling. There's some culture for you, you worthless sh- Wait. Where was I? My head hurts, it does, I can't feel me... He shudders, and the white noise bursts back into life. I can't feel me! Mind... Check. Wrong body, though - not mine, not! Not the other host's either... And... His green eyes look wide with shock. No soul.
