Re: Lord of the Rings WW : The journey Begins [game thread]
First, I recommend you all go to the shipping thread and read Destroīs SotR(Ship of The Ring, it was, I think), but itīs great!
At the top of Weatherhill they camped.
Put out that fire, you fool!
Iīm sorry! But mushrooms! Mushrooms overtook our wills! Fin responded.
Well, luckily I was able to resist and realize the grave danger of these ....Mushrooms? Aragorn said as he quickly took the mushrooms.
Night 6 ends.Aragorn stopped a evil plot of the Nazgul, which was luring Fin over to the dark side with mushrooms. Fortunately, Aragorn was not a hobbit and managed to resist the charm of mushrooms.
Day 7(Is it already day 7? This game is going fast...) begins now and ends in 48 hours.
People who must vote to not get autolynched :
Malmagor Andrigal
The Bushranger.

Re: Lord of the Rings WW : The journey Begins [game thread]
I think people are waiting for someone to make the first point, or perhaps for someone to TELL them who to point at. Well I'm not going to do it. C'mon! Think for yourselves! Lazy coots...
Okay, fine. I'll put in a placeholder vote againstThe Bushrangerjust to break the ice. I'll probably change it later today though once people start talking.Last edited by PhantomFox; 2009-01-24 at 09:33 PM.

Yeah it was me that was baned, three cheers to those who can guess how that happened!!
Anyway, due to Shadow logic I will point Kwarkpudding, I don't like erratic activity at the best of times!

Re: Lord of the Rings WW : The journey Begins [game thread]
I played in the Witches and Warlocks game with Bushranger and he was quiet, barely avoiding auto-lynch on a regular basis. And he was a wolf, so he gets my point.
EDIT: Oh, yeah, you were, weren't you? That's right...there was an early bandwagon against you that died, and then. Oooops, my bad. Oh well, you still get my point.Last edited by Dirk Kris; 2009-01-22 at 03:34 PM.

Re: Lord of the Rings WW : The journey Begins [game thread]
Alright, so I have a few people who I suspect, and I don't know who to point at. I guess I should be vocal now, and not just talkative. Shadow, your analysis of me was faulty.
Shadowcaller, for the exact same reasons as Shadow had stated earlier on. And no, I'm not taking this from Shadow, but I had thought so earlier. He helped stop the Murska bandwagon on day one, pushed it until the day we actually lynched Murska, and on that day he decided to vote for someone else. I don't really get it.
Kwarkpudding, Bushranger and Mal for posting habits. Not much more than that... Maybe Dirk Kris too, but I don't think I played a game with him past W&W, but I didn't pay attention to it until later on.
Shadow. Yes, his analysis was nicely done, but he tried to stop a Nazgul bandwagon. I don't know why, but he's higher up on the list of people to distrust nonetheless. If he is one, then... I'm ashamed of Shadow. If not, then good. I haven't seen him as a bad guy in a while, though. Plus he seems to be making a few mistakes here and there, but that's called being human.
The rest of the people... I don't really know. Any help on everyone's actions thus far? Anyone else up for analyzing? Shadow already did one, but... Well, Mechafox and Lavidor seem to have good reason behind them. Dunno about Istari anymore. Plus, I kinda feel guilty for getting Istari killed in USB II when he was the seer. At least I think he was.
Mmmmm...Shadowcallerlooks like the best choice at the moment. If anyone presents better evidence towards someone else, I'll point at them.Last edited by Boo; 2009-01-24 at 10:25 AM.

Re: Lord of the Rings WW : The journey Begins [game thread]
Well both you and shadow are in fact wrong, I'm nothing but a simpel villager in this game.
I helped Murska beacuse we talk a lot outside the game and also beacuse he is a wolf faaaar too many times in my opinion so I can't really lynch him (just look at other games, I hardly point at murska at all).
And thats pretty much your only point, if I had been a wolf I would have followed that damn Murska bandwagon immediately.

Re: Lord of the Rings WW : The journey Begins [game thread]
Okay, I have a few suspects.
The Bushranger, because he seems to only post when he's at risk of auto-lynch, and when he does, it's mostly just a name in red. I've played one other game with him, but in it he at least RP'd most of the time, and only missed 1 or 2 days.
Shadowcaller, mostly because he's really quiet, when he normally seems pretty involved.
and PhantomFox, he is driving the bandwagons, much like in WW classic, but only after the seer was confirmed and gone. I'm thinking this is because he didn't want to get scried as a Wolf or Devil before. Now that he's not in danger of scries, he comes out in the open.
Still pointing atThe Bushranger, though.Last edited by Kwarkpudding; 2009-01-24 at 11:28 AM.

Re: Lord of the Rings WW : The journey Begins [game thread]
You're welcome.
This is probably not going to end well for me, but some explanation for why I've been such a sheep.
On day one: I really didn't know what I was doing, simple as that.
Day 4: Hmm, everyone's pointing at murska, and seeing as the seer/fool pointed at him day three, perhaps they're right
Day 6: Aw crap, I'm almost getting auto'd again, point at shish.
The reason why I've been gone so much, school: my grades have dropped horribly the last few weeks, and it's really starting to show. Now that it's weekend and school has slowed down a bit, I decided to finally read the thread and post what I think. Apperently, I did something wrong there.
So how do you play Werewolf? I'm getting pointed at for being a sheep, and now that I'm participating, I'm still getting pointed at.
Sure, I could point at PhantomFox, who is very suspicious in my eyes, and get lynched in the process or I could just point at whatever saves me right now.I make avatars!

Re: Lord of the Rings WW : The journey Begins [game thread]
It's all about timing. When you give an analysis, and are not a "FANTASTICO ON A RAINBOWSTICK"* analyst, you're going to need to do it on a day when you're not being bandwagoned.
Your evidence against people also seems lacking. SC has not been quiet, in fact, he's been quite the opposite. It's just recently that he's been quiet, which gives us reason to point at him.
BR plays as this, and I don't know much about him past that. He may very well be a wolf, but I'm placing my bets on you for your activity levels too.
Yes, PF is suspicious, and his point towards Shishnarfne (is that right?) may have been a sac, but I find that unlikely. He tends to let people find wolves themselves, then either join, or present an alternative. I don't think I've ever seen him attack a fellow wolf as the intentional bandwagon leader with evidence.
You, you've been inactive, and have defended yourself poorly (no offense) today. Yes, school and work, and all the rest of the place we call real life, can take us away from the games. That's also a possible excuse for wolves, and I've seen it many times. I'm sure everyone else here has seen it many more than I.

Re: Lord of the Rings WW : The journey Begins [game thread]
Alright, I understand.
Sure, I'm not a good analyst, but I'm trying to get it right, at least a bit.
I'll admit my defence is poor, and my timing even more so. But about inactivity, had I pointed every day at the bandwagon of the day, or the opposite of that, and still not contributed anything, would that have been useful? Then I would have still been labelled as a sheep, or trying to de-rail wolf bandwagons and I still would have been lynched.
Anyway, I've made myself pretty suspicious, I know.

Re: Lord of the Rings WW : The journey Begins [game thread]
I think Kwark is trying to deflect attention on me undeservedly. After all, I LED the wagons against Murska and Shish on the days they were lynched. More to come when I get back home from visiting family for the weekend.

Re: Lord of the Rings WW : The journey Begins [game thread]
How can a pudding be made out of kwark?
And how does it manage to move?
Who is this fellow, The Bushranger? His name suggests he could help us move through these damned musquito swamps.
Yes, where is he? Why isn't he helping?Well I haven't been seeing a lot of that Kwarkpudding...Hiding..... I think it's suspicious!
Uhh, apparently I'm very suspicious....
Lynch her!
And so Kwarkpudding ran from the mob, who wanted to lynch her. But those dratted musquito's stopped them and they lost her. Unfortunately. Untill Kwarkpudding recovers from being mobbed for days and days by musquito's, she'l be out of concious for the rest of the game.
As the people turn out to check what Kwarkpudding had in her backpack, they find a darkgray robe with a shading hood.
You know, isn't that like, one of those robes the nazgul use?
She must have been one of them then!
Day 7 ends.
Kwarkpudding was a wolf/nazgul, but I couldn't get it over my heart to kill her, so she's just been stung so much that she can't play for the rest of the game.....Drat, I couldn't even make her keep conciousness for the pain...I must be going soft these days...
Night 7 starts now and ends in around 23 hours.
Please remember to send in actions, those who have them.

Bayar shudders unsure of how much more he can take.
