Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
I'm going to put the character reviews in the Extras section once I think of a good name for them. Anybody have any suggestions?
And the banners and role-call should be visible. I certainly can still see them.
You say that like it's a bad thing.AVATAR BATTLE ROYALE!

Sorry for the double post, but I thought I'd just post this latest addition to Training Mode's currently unnamed segment.

Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
Well, I just thought of a pretty good title, if I do say so myself. Those comics are now in the Extras section.

The best answer is always to ask your DM.
Unless you're the DM, in which case you should talk to your players.

Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
How about something simple like "Training Modes Corner" or instead of conerer perhaps segments or lessons? Or just call it Training Mode.

Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
I bet it's the next thing TM teaches them. No pokémon joke intended
And since Scott isn't there, he won't discover his yet, and when he does it will be what lets him beat the big bad!

Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
New comic! Disclaimer: This contains spoilers from the Subspace Emissary in Super Smash bros. Brawl. Just saying so that nobody gets mad at me.
Comic 62: An Angry Nerd Indeed
Spoiler
What do you expect? Training Mode's a fanboy. He hates it when people point out flaws in his games.
P.S:
Coincedentally, it's worth noting that Training Mode is a recolour of Fawful from the upcoming Mario and Luigi 3: Bowser's Inside Story.
It's supposed to be an allusion to the announcer of the bonus stages in the series, and the annoying voice that yells "FAILURE" at you when you lose.
I already have a title. And I think I would avoid calling it "Training Mode" since he is a character with profound influence on the plot. A segment with his name might cause confusion.
No. I am not planning on that.
I am planning to reveal one character's final smash, but he/she might not be the character you would guess first.Last edited by Green-Shirt Q; 2009-07-21 at 06:54 PM.

Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
Since neither of them are fighters, I'm going to go ahead and say that it won't be them. I won't answer any other questions about this, though. Read the comic and see.
Also, what title? "Oh my god! The smile, it hurts!"?
Pretty funny, but it doesn't really say anything about what it's about. Plus, like I have already said, I have no need for suggestions anymore since I already have a title.AVATAR BATTLE ROYALE!

Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
Final Smash, eh? Not the one we might expect, eh? Hmm... I'm risking being Wrong Genre Savvy here, but that's the risk we all take when we think like this...
Who do we not know isn't a fighter? (Alternatively, who do we know isn't definitely NOT a fighter?): Sophie.
She wiped the floor with Morgan, although this might have more to do with Armour Piercing Slap (More like Spinal Snap) than anything else. Either way, she's proven at least some degree of violence.
She has a tie to the group in the form of Scott, so her having a larger impact on the plot -- especially when Scott gets himself in trouble again -- is always possible.

New comic!
Comic 64: Immovable
Spoiler
P.S:
Ah. Never watched that. Or heard of it until now.
Well, the sprites of Zero Suit Samus were like that and, although I could've edited them to be accurate with Brawl, I thought they were good enough as they were. Wouldn't you agree?Last edited by Green-Shirt Q; 2009-07-26 at 05:35 PM.

Re: Super Smash B-List (Sprite Comic)
Lol, the pokémon's (can't remember his name right now) expression in the last panel cracked me up
EDIT: Scott had a grey spot under his eye in 63 and 64, but not in 65? Any special reason or just re-colouring?Last edited by Cizak; 2009-07-29 at 05:44 AM.

Possibly the corrupting influence of corporate monotony altering his flesh to a neutral, politically-correct, completely inoffensive grey.
