I think I may try this for a challenge, but don't expect it to be done anytime soon. Other artists feel free to pick up this request.

I've tried it, but my version doesn't fit well as an avatar. I think I may as well withdraw from this challenge.

Might as well give this one a repost, just to see if anyone gets a spark of inspiration.
Basically, I'm looking to be combining Big Daddy of Bioshock fame with Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Since, you know, they both have drills as one of their main narrative themes (they do! trust me!)
I'm imagining it as something like this:

The main focus of the picture would be a big daddy, posing with his drill hand raised to the skies in a dramatic way. The drill's size should probably be a bit over the top, just to drive home the notion that drills are a man's soul . (The drill doesn't have to be that ridiculously large. Just a little larger than usual)

As a bonus, if there's any space to work with, the could be some sort of caption at the lower edge of the avvie. Maybe "Fight The Power!" or "Row, Row!" or even "Giga Drill Break". Not sure how possible these would be to fit into the avatar, but hey, it would be a nice way to make sure everyone understood the connection to TTGL.

Feel free to make your own adjustments or even start the design over from stratch if you're interested enough. So long as the avatar is all about Bioshock+TTGL, I would be a happy man indeed. Thanks in advance to anyone that feels like making this a reality.

Hello, avatarists, I come bearing a request for another avatar.

He's a human monk//cleric of Bahamut/dracolyte (gestalt) with a bronze dragon bloodline. He's leaning back on a quarterstaff with a wyrmling bronze dragon at his feet. He has the holy symbol of Bahamut around his neck (not necessary, but I'd like it). His hair is brown-blonde, and a blue-green line is under his right eye (like bronze dragon-colored, and similar to eye-black lines you see on football players). Preferably red or brown clothes.

Alright, I got two today.

I need my current Avatar aged forty years in a trim black suit with a red vest. Hopefully some gray in his mane and possibly a neatly trimmed goatee, Artists discretion.

Also a half-fey, half-troll made using the templates in fiend folio. It's cheesy but I'd still appreciate a picture of it. Long green hair please and a gray bow across his back otherwise artists discretion.

It's the same wizard as my current avatar, so her robe and the band of her hat are the same blue, the hat, shirt and boots are white, the shorts are grayish-silver, the hair is black, the magic is OotS-style and probably light-blueish, and the bands on the boots are a lie that I never went back and erased. Also fix the hat please, I can never get the outline to look right.

The other is for dragon week:

The bands on the horns are supposed to resemble the blue band on the wizard's hat, but other than that it's just a basic white dragon. Maybe make OotS-style flame-like magic around the upraised... paw? foot?... instead of the little lightning bolts it's got now. No background please, just the dragon. (This drawing's more like a sketch, so the lines have to be cleaned up a bit... also, any details you want to add to the dragon are probably fine.)

Hello to all of you!
Accordingly with my user name, the planetar avatar i'm using is an angel with a sword, so it's sufficiently "killer", but my user name, is taken directly from here.
So, i was wondering if it's possible to find someone so kind to made an Avatar more "fitting".
It should be a real flying angel as the Planetar (wings), but with an uniform of the Civil War (Confederate is preferable, but I don't mind if it's of the Union) and a rifle with bayonet. Front view, if it's easier.

I can give an option: thinking to Armistead's role in Pickett's charge, the angel could wear a confederate uniform, holding a saber with his hat on the edge.
(don't want to exalt any political point of view, but that man kicked asses).

If anyone wants to try my supposed "inner D&D character" be my guest, it's supposed to be a lawful neutral elf monk, and I would like that monk to wear brown monk robes that conceal the face, which makes it unable to distinguish what race it is, just that it's a medium humanoid, and I'd like the character to be unarmed, but have 2 sai's partially concealed inside the robes, if that all is possible, thanks a lot in advance.

EDIT: Make one sized 120x120, and one sized 125x193, if you can please.

Hear ye, hear ye, avatarists! I have dire need of an avatar or two! Here's the lowdown on the first one (apologies if too much detail, remove anything you want:

Gender:Male
Equipment:Blue (flaming if possible) longsword, light armour, belt with 12 diamonds, sapphire ring (on a stick figure? Maybe not), blue dragon, longbow.
Age:16, already past puberty.
Has brown eyes, black hair.
Race: Human, but looks sort of elf-like; pointy ears.
Class:Omitted, because I'm not sure what class he would be. Probably a mixture of fighter, ranger and sorcerer.
Pose:Riding dragon, swinging sword (if possible)

And a cookie for anyone who guesses who he's meant to be.

Here's the second one, the main character in a novel that I'm writing (PM me for the first 2 chapters!):

Gender:Male
Age: 30 or so
Equipment:Hoo boy. A longsword and wakizashi in crossed sheaths on his back, a laser pistol on each hip, black shirt, green trousers, utility belt, crossed bandoliers (doubling as straps for scabbards), red jacket (doubling as light armour), headpiece with targeting lens and comms device (here's a link to a good picture including one of the blasters [ignore the anthropomorphic fox].
Skin colour:Light tan
Scar instead of left eyebrow.
Hair:Long, dark-brown, green headband
Race:Human
Class:None, this isn't a tabletop game character.
Pose: Something sufficiently badass.

A dragon sewn up of different colored dragons removing his arm just like in the current avatar (kinda same pose, but doesn't really matter). You know, having the unique features of the dragons evident (wings, horns, scales, frills, etc).
