It's not a matter of people coming to take out such a contract. It's a matter of SAINT refusing to accept it.

And OOC will be made whenever it reaches page 50 by whomever's on who wants to do it. That's how it's done.

He's the leader of Lantern is he not? I know he's certainly spouted out as much frequently. It's the same reason why they refused to take a contract to beat up Dipsnig, or to take out Commander Vasquez, or almost didn't take the one out on Gordon. Repercussions.

I honestly don't read the Lantern thread, but that still wouldn't convince SAINT to take the contract. Too risky. Too subjective.

Basically, Maxios realized there were others with this ring. On their own, they may not know how to use the ring and may be a danger to others, and there isn't really an anti-crime group, so he formed LANTERN. It's not so much he has no leadership skills, it's more the fact that he's been used to operating on his own agenda.

Maxios doesn't really know how to recruit. So he put a buncho of power rings in Trog's, made that if someone grabs them, they are instantly teleported to LANTERN HQ. It was actually well thought out on his part.

I actually did the immortal mad scientist character a bit back. He evntually managed to hack the piece of eldritch abomination out of him though. Interestingly enough, this was because somebody shot him almost as an afterhought, and it just happened to rip half his brain out and almost kill him.

It'd be funny though. He'd be really smart, like 300 somewhat years old (but looks about 20 or 30 due to the machine), grumpy, and have all sorts of weird medical conditions due to the fact he doesn't die. DO you realize what 300 years of memories would do to someone's brain?

I had a character like that. As others who played with him could attest he was rather a nuisance. The real limiting factor with him was that he wanted to die, so he wasn't causing a ton of havoc by being unkillable. Still if you plan for him to actually be an active character who tries to influence the event of the world I highly recommend not doing it.

Edit: it looks like you met immortal rather then unkillable. Ignore my previous advice then
