How about under the lawless city where Jezebel's husband used to live?

Inside gives you a lot of opportunities of being stomped by imperial troops, which I don't think would be fun for anyone.

If you consider yourself to be absolute equivalent to the Empire, then yes.

Otherwise I think you're blowing the idea of not wanting to be under the heels of your Empire's laws out of proportion.

The Cult of Dalachrech hasn't been attacked by the Empire. Admittedly, they usually come out in force after a disaster and start healing the survivors and possibly aren't big enough to be a high priority; they also don't practice human sacrifice, so they aren't making bodies and are generally trying to keep a low profile and antagonise the city's rulers the least.

Well, Riverside does seem to be a good place to have it.

As to Darkcomet = Empire, I agree with Reinholdt on that. I just tend to avoid the Empire. If I need to be in Inside for soem reason, I get out as quickly as possible. Nothing against you DarkComet.

Of course, it would have helped if you'd have let Lex rename DC-7... whatever it was she renamed it.

Lex, the Empire doesn't even affect most characters in there. Yes, it would affect an assassin's guild, that much is true.

But for most, it doesn't do all that much. I frequently go a long time without posting much for the Empire.

So forgive my skepticism.

I just don't get why it alone would be a problem for most. Hell, I enforce less than I could most of the time.

As for me being equivalent to the Empire...for the most part that is the case, despite my attempts to change that. Though Wolf is having better luck than I am with it.

I didn't want to have anything to do with that, so I stayed away.

Well, after the crash landing, Rae woke up, picked up Kris, Found Quinn, asked her where Kris's cabin was, took Kris to her Cabin, Learned which room was hers from Marley, put her in bed, covered her with a white denim blanket to heal any wounds she may have sustained, left a note in her bedroom, and then went back to the infirmary to tell Quinn about the denim cabin.
