He looks to be a tall, light skinned human with black cat ears and tail and black hair, wearing shiny silver pants, a loose vest, and a white mask. "I'm Arlem, and I can be a lot of things."
After a moment of fuzziness, he's clearly pale, three and a half feet tall and has bright gold and orange hair, not brown.
