None work, unfortunately. And I'm afraid that the personality trait I want can't be presented on a picture (other than the picture I'm inspired by). A shame.

I thought about it, but was afraid that it might give you guys a wrong impression. You see, the character Jinx, who's my inspiration, is crazy, and although she has, IMO, just the right amount of crazy in her expression on the picture that I like (her splash artwork), to some people she might seem creepy (because of her quasi-emo/gothic art design), which isn't what I want (I'm more aiming for cute crazy, but not too much).

Yeah, there's something slightly off about that picture. Might be the way she appears to be staring intently at something behind me.

For general cheerful insanity, you can't go too far wrong IMO with Dr. Harleen Quinzel. Wrong genre though.

My first thought is the Lich Lord of the Golgari from the newer Ravnica MtG set.

Do they have any living representatives? I looked but couldn't find anything. That's got a lot of the imagery I'm looking for, but the character himself is alive.

There are some, here is one. You may need to 'shop his skin darker to fit your concept, but that shouldn't be too hard, the current skintone stands out from the rest of the art, so it should be easy enough to select and modify.

My last request didn't pan out due to it being too specific/difficult and me being too picky, so I'm going to modify it. I was focusing too much on the character's expression, so now instead of going for "crazy" lets go for an "individualistic and cool" design. Clothes, accessories, tattoos, hair style, etc. - things that'll express nicely the character's chaotic nature. Perhaps something punk-ish or gothic (but again, not creepy)? Preferably somewhat skimpy clothes, human, halfling/gnome or half-orc, Gunslinger/Bombardier-ish or caster-ish.
I searched DeviantArt under "punk girl", but nothing suitable popped up.

BTW. If I won't be able to find a picture that I like, would this thread be an appropriate place to ask for help with designing the description of the character's appearance?
