"I was thinking that maybe I could charm them into getting me on the ship? I don't know I've never been in this exact situation before. But I can definitely charm them. Might be able to do more than that as long as nobody gets aggressive."

Soren frowns. "I...don't think I can do that. But I can tell them to get us on the ship, or let us tie them up or something?"

"Why are you focusing on someone who isn't on the ship to begin with? The way onto the ship is to climb onto the ship."

"I was just thinking that it would be a lot easier to steal this ship if a few of us are already on it than if we just charge in. Plus I don't want to kill anyone. Actually, I might be able to get myself and someone else on board and slow down the guards rushing us all at once? Or at least distract them in the meantime so you can sneak on too?"

"Well, we are burning moonlight. How about we start getting on board? The sooner we get this done the better. Which side of the ship would give us the most chance of climbing up without getting noticed?"

A 5-foot-wide boarding ramp leads from the dock to the main deck. It occurs to you that crew members on deck are likely to be watching the ramp, if they're paying attention at all. On the Lady’s far side, several ropes hang from the rails to within easy reach of the waterline, and the moonlit bay is almost unnaturally calm.

Soren looks around for a small rowboat or something they can, er, borrow to get to the ropes.

You quickly find a rowboat at one end of the dock.

"Well, let's go! I can cover us with an illusion or some fog."

Adrianna nods.
"Good catch. I guess we don't don't need to steal only ONE boating vessel tonight."

"Right-o, you four get on the boat, I'll wait until you're getting close and then I'll fly over. Maybe try to distract the crew, if it looks like you need it."

A short time later, Adrianna finds herself rowing the boat towards the ship. She doesn't quite know how she ended up in this position, but she was here now. She looked over her shoulder at the ship they were headed towards the ship and realized if anyone looked over the side they would be seen.
"Wish it was a lot more foggy to mask our approach."
