Do not underestimate the power of the goggle. I used to wear a pair all the time, they fit perfectly with this old bandanna I had. They came in useful a few times.

Edit- As you can see portrayed in my avy, I actually used to wear clothes like that.

On a similar vein to that are Azul Bufon's sunglasses, which are nothing but blue tinted.

So ask yourself, what is the use for blue-tinted sunglasses?

Of course in my personal RL case I wear fingerless gloves in summer and sunglasses at dusk. The former because my hot/cold perception is messed up and the latter because direct sunlight burns my eyes.

Two possible reasons it does kill SM; Threeshades' body weighs a lot or Dekopin purposely gave the body lots of momentum.
