I was feeling artistic, so I broke out my tablet for something other than drawing in illustrator. I snagged a recent picture from here and decided to color it up. Here's what I have so far:

I wanted to go for a painted look, and I think it turned out pretty good so far. Considering I've never really tried anything like it before, I'm satisfied. Thoughts? Comments?

That assumes that I have skill in the first place, a common fallacy. I do put a little bit more effort into the PM List pics than I do everything else, though. 'Course, it's also a matter of personal taste; I tend to think most all the PM pics look like refuse, myself. You lot just happen to like anything with naked-types more than anything without 'em.

nah, you've got some skill, the musculature shows it, you just need some polish, same with me, I've probably got a year or two on you though, and may well have much more practice (and obsession with anatomy) than you. Try to get the heads less angular, and the drawing as a whole less sharp, and you'll be doing extremely impressive stuff.

And above all, if drawing means anything to you, obsess over every piece, never cease to be your own biggest critic, and always try to outdo yourself.

I think there used to be an archive, posted by someone (bad memory, sorry). However, that was posted on a site that only allows a limited number of downloads. Ergo, as of now, there don't seem to be an easily accessable archive (or as easily accessable as such stuff should be)...

And to add to this, my only real complaint about your art style, Ninja, is that the torsos are almost always too thin, making everyone look rather...malnourished.

But that's a very easy fix.
