She placed the paper on the large table and lowered a elegant pen of Jade to the paper. The crowd is hushed as she signs the paper. Shona smiles and places the pen carefully on the document and steps aside.

Hawaii is a tiny and unimportant part of your empire. It brings you virtually no revenue, it isn't what people think of when they think of America, and it is isolated.
I do expect you could give us a hell of a fight if you bent your full might to that task. But for Hawaii? Is it worth risking even one of your precious enhanced soldiers for such a tiny string of islands?
Frankly, we want Hawaii more than you do. We pursue Pacific Unity the way you pursue profit. And with that in mind, perhaps we can work out a deal.
Anything but territory is on the table. Do you want ships, to make sure your soldiers can actually get to their destinations? We can do that. Do you want training grounds to make your troops even better? We have plenty of empty islands that fit the bill. Do you want cash? Because Hawaii is worth very much to us. Enough for even a man as rich as you to consider the offer. Believe me, we can get the money. Food? Renewable energy technology? We can give you the means to make even more wealth for yourself.

"Indeed, these organicly produced fruits and vegetables need no sunlight, or any other form of light, but instead produce the nessescary chemicals through Bio synthesis, in this case they devour carbon di oxide, and other industrial waste gases, and process them into energy, and producing oxygen. We plan to release these to the world in just under a month. Anyways, back to the reason yoou came here. A.B.T wishes to collaborate with Helligan for production of a newly developed military bio plane. It will be entirely self sufficent, running off the same bio synthesis, in addition to natural solar energies being absorbed, and able to be flying on stand by indefintely. No more waiting for the planes to take off to respond to a threat, nor having your air force wiped out while still on a landing platofrm, or on a take off strip. We merely need the production facilities, and some technological help from Helligan to finish the project, and get things underway.
