Re: Werewolf Classic IX - GAME ON!
Well, I rather enjoyed narrating this game I must admit, it was nice to be able to work on narrations without having to worry about sorting out the rules and volumous PM actions. I think that once one wolf was found, the fact that the baner, seer and fool were still at large meant that the wolves were fighting a losing battle from then on.
As for my next game, let it not be said that I rest on my laurels. Before Advent Children IV in January, I'll be running a small 15-20 player game that I don't have to wait for a schedule spot for, and it won't quite be a normal WW. Get ready for Fatbelly V: Who's For Dessert?

Re: Werewolf Classic IX - GAME ON!
Daren ito. Mustioado said I needed to come sing up for Fatbelly right now because it's so freaking fun or something and I sais you know I already took my sleeping pills, so I should be in bed, and he said 'you'll miss out' so okay, i'm here and i'm steaking my clams. Yeah.

Re: Werewolf Classic IX - GAME ON!
Oh dear this is getting rather silly, I haven't even thought of when I'll run Fatbelly yet!
The way this is going it may be the first werewolf to have a randomly selected player list from a list of interested parties...either that or I'll have to wait for a spot on the schedule and make it a full size game.Last edited by banjo1985; 2009-09-17 at 01:07 PM.

Re: Werewolf Classic IX - GAME ON!
Or run two versions of it at the same time? Then pit the winners of each against each other somehow?

Pit the two lynchees of the day against eachother!(run two games at the same time and a face off between the lynchees!)

Re: Werewolf Classic IX - GAME ON!
Hmmmm.....
*lightbulb*
Multiple small(ish) games - about 4 maybe --> run concurrently --> no single player allowed to join more that one game --> based on a point system (or an outside impartial judge or two (privy to PMs as well) --> scored an tallied --> winning team's players move on to the next round (top scorers if village - full team of wolves and a few top scorers if wolves win) --> blind draw teams again for the next game(s) --> lather, rinse, repeat --> winning team gets the OMGWTFBBQ bragging rights....
*now how do figure out a scoring mechanic....*Last edited by Shadow; 2009-09-17 at 02:23 PM.

Re: Werewolf Classic IX - GAME ON!
This idea sounds as if it will be made up entirely of Win and Awesome, once someone figures out how to do it.

Re: Werewolf Classic IX - GAME ON!
I was considering doing that with my Monster Mash - have a Europe version and a US version. Signup only 20 each, and updates to match the time of those particular time zones better.
Then have them battle it out in a sequel!"see the little angels rise up high, how do they rise up, rise up, how do they rise up high?"

Re: Werewolf Classic IX - GAME ON!
While I like the sound of two games running at the same time, with the top voted from each game taking on the eating contest, I think running two games would make my head assplode.
