Twilight the Reckoning III: The Revenge

Deadpool

"Pinhead? Damn I was hoping you'd turn out to be Spawn. Then we could go hang out, talk about the 90s and how much Rob Liefeld sucks."

Cullen Residence

There is something in Carlisle's eye as the ritual starts. Even as pain wracks his skin, even as he dies, it remains there. You cannot tell what it is, that glimmering of emotion. But when the ritual is complete, and you see that the vampire does not rise, you realize what that look was. Triumph. Somehow, the Cullen patriarch had seen victory. And the though manages to unnerve the Black Pope himself.

Walker

Unfortunately, the trick with hurling swords was only doable because the thrower was endowed with superhuman strength; Walker's sword barely goes half the distance between the vampire and himself. The former champion of his college fencing team should have known better; it must have been the stress of his current position.

On the Balcony

The vampire is surrounded by the Predator on one side and Broken Sword on the other. Gritting his teeth together, he draws a pair of knives from his belt, and prepares to face the two.

Pinhead turns back to his allies, "Unfortunately they seem to have found a way to circumvent even my powers, at least in this regard. Perhaps another demon? Regardless; we must move onto the next Cullen."
Walker
Walker picks up the sword, and sticking it in the umbrella, heads downstairs. Upon getting down to the main bar, and seeing his ally on the balcony, moves to help him.

Broken Sword

The warrior charges him. After sweeping away the knives with his sword, he dropped on one knee, aiming to cut the vampire's legs off.

Egg Shen turns and leaves, getting back into his car. He has to find Wang. There is something terrible happening in this town.

Egg Shen and Wang

The Chinese tour guide sees Wang looking at yet another vampire, who is currently leaning on a lamppost. Oddly enough, he seems to be speaking in a Southern accent.

"I want many things, human. Currently, I want you to know that there is nothing you can do to save your wife.

[Cracklord]

Egg carefully takes aim, his hand trembling slightly at the weight of hiis monsterously sized gun, but doesn't fire, or reveal himself. He wants to see what this man has to say.

Wang, on the other hand, looks rather less in control. "What have you bastards done to her?" He yells, standing up straight again, ignoring his bruises.

???? Pinhead
Pinhead looks over to Deadpool as Egg drives off, "I believe we have been ditched. I'm currently in a state I would not prefer, and could use some assistance in hunting the Cullens; it is best for both of us to work together. For now."

[industrious]

Egg and Wang

"Right now? That's rather hard to say. She could be dead, or turned, or bruised or broken; any number of things could have happened since I last saw her." The vampire is egging Wang on now, just waiting for an excuse to kill the man.

In the Club

The vampire scowls, and brings two new knives to bear, blocking the Predator's strikes with expert parries of his own. He doesn't fully deflect the attacks though; his legs have long, if rather shallow gashes on them.

Broken Sword

He frowns at the vampire's resilience. But, the swordsman hopes the wounds have slowed him down. Keeping his guard up, Broken Sword darts in, slashing at his opponent's torso.

[Cracklord]

Wang steps forward, then manages to get himself under control. "Who are you, and what do you want with her?"

[darkblade]

Deadpool

"Well I had the whole Team-Up plan with Mr. Miyagi there but teaming up with a horror icon works too." Deadpool nods as he straps his weapons back on.

"So where do start looking?"

Predator

Annoyed with his prey the Preadator lunges for the Vampire's chest with it's spear.

Pinhead
"Wherever we want. I can only attack the Cullens, but my abilities are still intact. I can teleport us anywhere and conjure almost anything for us. I suggest we hunt down the Cullen with futuresight; she seems to have warned him." Pinhead gestures to the corpse of the Cullen Patriach.

[darkblade]

Deadpool

"Well they got to have left something to suggest where they went around here somewhere." Deadpool begins searching for clues and by searching for clues I mean stealing any money and panties he lays his eyes on as he wanders the house.

Cullen Residence

Looking through the rubble, Pinhead and Deadpool find nothing much of interest; the demon Egg Shen released had been very efficient. Though there was this incredibly thin set of lingerie that Deadpool found...

Continuing the search, though, the unlikely pairing finds a ritual brazier, with two charred scraps of metallic paper in the center. While most of the writing has been burned away, they still have some writing on them: "...on" and "...rd", respectively.

Wang

"My name? Call me Jasper. And don't worry about your wife." Strangely, the warrior feels more relaxed than he should. What was the problem, again?

The Club

Blocking against Broken Sword's blows, he is to occupied to notice the Predator's thrust; the spear is currently poking a hole through his left flank.

Walker
Walker moves out to where his ally and a predator. He moves forward alongside his two friends and, pulling out his sword, attempts to lob the vampire's head off.
Pinhead
"Seems to be something of minor importance. As it stands we'll simply have to start at the next best place; would you like to kill a few werewolfs, Deadpool?"

[darkblade]

Deadpool

"There are werewolves out here too? Man this place is crazy." Deadpool agrees.

**** Yeah! I agree!."

Predator

Frusterated the hunter decides it is time for the big guns. Literally, three blasts from his shoulder cannon should be able to take out even prey like this.

Pinhead
"Good. It will be quite enjoyable to watch. Do not forget, we do need to question them about where the Cullens are." Pinhead teleports he and Deadpool to the location of the werewolf clan in Fauks, intent to let his ally do what he loves.

[nanobot_swarm]

Akuma uses this to roll the wolf off him, get to a base, and deliver a quick punch to the face of said wolf.

[Cracklord]

Wang relaxes, slowly letting his guard down. "at least tell me who kidnapped her and why. And do you have anything to do with Emmette?"

[industrious]

Reservation

The Merc and the Demon appear near the reservation's entrance, and find a man attempting to beat a wolf(probably a werewolf, judging from the location) into submission with his bear hands.

Pinhead
"It appears someone has beaten us to it. We'll question it to see if it knows anything, kill it, and move on." Pinhead watches the man punch the wolf idly, wondering briefly what his insides might look like.

Deadpool

Deadpool approaches Akuma.

"Round One. Fight!"

Deadpool rushes in and attmpts to punch Akuma in the jaw. "Shoryuken!"

Of course it isn't a real shoryuken merely an uppercut from a slightly super strong fist that feels no pain.

Just as quickly as Deadpool tries his attempt at a Shoryuken, Akuma moves his arm to block it, stopping the upercut, and not even flinching. He then follows it up with an attempted jab at Deadpool's stomach.

Deadpool

Deadpool takes the blow to his stomach reeling back slightly.

"Ugh. I see you know your fighting games."

Deadpool then draws a pair of M1 Scorpion automatic handguns.

"How about some First Person Shooter action then."

Deadpool fires two long burst at the street fighter.

[nanobot_swarm]

Akuma fires a Gou Hadoken before the bullets leave the gun, which then disentigrates said bullets heading towards him, and continues to Deadpool.

[darkblade]

"Oh now you're making me mad."

Deadpool jumps above the energy blast and flips into a flying kick towards Akuma's face.

[nanobot_swarm]

Akuma merely jumps aside, avoiding the flying kick. As Deadpool hits the ground he says:
"You are a waste of my time. Leave before I kill you."

[darkblade]

"Far scarier people have tried. It's the darnest thing my healing factor just keeps bringing me back." Deadpool shrugs.

The Club

Dodging the thrusts and cuts from Walker's assault, the vampire runs straight into the cannon blasts; his head is vaporized. Walker, being the closest person to the corpse, notices the smell of burning paper in addition to the usual rotting corpse that accompanies slain vampires. Picking up a charred fragment of some sort of metallic paper, he can barely make out a "...lor" on the remaining piece.
