Although, it's just a little over the size limits. Banners can be at most 470px × 120px, and your two are 480px × 134px and 480px × 122px.
Also note that you are only permitted 4 lines + a 120px banner in your signature, spoilers counting as 2 lines.

Is he in Skornbail (one of the two places where the most action is taking place) (it's the most logical place to be, because it's one of the very few places with direct UNA occupation, the rest have their own police and miliary)? If so, I'm going to put this before my last comic, since it's currently about 8:00 there.

You said "UNA Soldiers", you probably mean Public Order Peacekeepers (a sort of police, in Skornbail's case) (the other branch is that of the Special Tactics Peacekeepers, akin to a more militarised SWAT team). Here's a diagram for your drawing convenience.

And I don't know why the UNA would pursue a monkey... The Peacekeepers would probably assume that someone's pet tried to flee. Though "I'm fighting with a bunch of fanatical terrorists to avoid being put in an animal shelter" is one funny sort of motivation.

To be honest I hadn't given location all that much thought but I am happy to put him in Skornbail if that makes most sense, apologies for any confusion there! Also I didn't think the UNA would pursue him so to speak, I just figured they would shoot at him for knocking them over, leading him to flee. It is kinda gonna be revealed that Fin was an ALF sympathiser anyway plus he wouldn't trust the UNA not to experiment on him if he went to them for help. So he thinks the ALF would be the best group to go to in order to get help.

My charcater's only real goals from this point on are getting his voice back and helping the ALF. He will have given up on the idea of getting his body back after wasting the last of his chemicals.

That makes sense. Though I have to warn you: the ALF are not the goody-goody "united to fight against the evil empire" sort of resistance. Most of them are fanatical radicals with no aversion toward killing hundreds of innocent civilians in the name of their ideology, using suicide bombers and all sorts of nasty weaponry they can smuggle.

Yeah, I saw what they did in Salmonville, so I am aware of what lengths they are willing to go to in order to get results. I think you may find that Fin will fit in quite nicely with some of the more creative members of the ALF...
