[Cracklord]

Sam, Dante
Blade gets up, adjusting his coat again, and puts on his sunglasses. He's not tall, but he sure seems to be in that instant. And standing next to Dante, the man in red and the man in black make a terrifying pair. "Well, now that that's out of the way, what's say we finish hunting down that cracker-ass motherf*cker who started this whole thing and teach him to play nice?" He asks, completely ignoring Andi's arrival, and leaving Sam to explain.

Dante feels a key in his pocket. It's one of the ones Sammael kept on his keyring. As Sammael used it in most of his magic, perhaps it might be useful. Doesn't seem like much of a reward, but you've been surprised before.

Anderson
You smash through the zombies like a ten foot tall Soccer hooligan in a star Trek convention, killing them with ease.
The wolves watch from their horses, motionless.

The Stig
Deadpool stops. He looks at you. He strokes his chin. "Well, you're well dressed, and you drive fast cars. You are working with my sidekick, and you are so totally the coolest...
Ahem. Yes. Yes, I think we can work something out."

Solomon Kane
The staff doesn't answer. That's a first.

[Gulping]

Ryoma

"Like what? Please, tell me. I really want to hear what other interests the great Asuka Langley Sohryu has." Absently, the Black Getter produces another tomahawk and hurls it at the wolves harrying the dinosaur looking thing. Part of him wants to waste the thing, but he figures he can leave it alone since it's not trying to kill him and doesn't resemble anything that the Empire ever tried to use. Even then, the voice of Getter in his head isn't baying for its blood, so that's another reason not to haul off and kill it.

Maybe you could find time for a friendly round of 'punch each other in the head' though.

Dante

"Yeah, I've screwed around enough with this a-hole. Oy, you," he points at Sam, "take care of yourself and your family. This is our fight. We'll deal with it." He turns and follows Blade out, stopping just before exiting the house.

"We're professionals."

Exunt Dante from the House of Eliot. After the two men walk for a bit, the devil turns to the vampire, a somewhat sheepish expression on his face.

"So... Do you have any idea where to go? I'm not really picking up anything myself."

The Stig

*What Do You Want Payment In? Cash? Appliances? Supplies? Random Junk From Hangar? Women's Clothing? Bea Arthur Memorabilia? What You Desire, I Can Provide.*

Zexion

"We'll see." Zexion smiles he doesn't posses the ability to feel emotion but he finds the smug gesture to be appropriate, at least as a bluff. Should Deadpool side with Stig it would be like an unstobable force hitting an immovable object since neither could do the other any lasting harm.

Asuka

"I..." Asuka begins to say but draws a blank.

"I have school and friends. The EVA isn't that important to me. Really, it's just a stupid doll!"

Dresden

"Oh. He's a friend. One of the greatest men I've ever known, a former Knight of the Cross, a Father, a husband, a successful carpender and humble about all of it too." I begin to explain.

"I got him involved in some bad stuff with a bunch of demons, he was crippled. He's safe at home and retired from the knight business he can be there for his family now so it all worked out." I started to explain before realizing that none of that would make any sense to Vin, I wasn't trying to explain anything to her but to justify it to myself.

"I still blame myself for him being hurt."

[Cracklord]

Dante
The two of you walk over to your bikes. One is black, the other is red. Whistler jokes that you need to get a white and 'pale' rider to join up as well, but for the most part the partnership works well. Dante deals with the magic, Blade beats the hell out of the rest, you split the loot and move on. And Abraham helps you figure stuff out for your shop. The man can do about anything with the low tech solution, it's incredible to watch.
Good system.
"Bastard could be anywhere. But with a tracer dart linked to a GPS..." He holds up his pistol, then puts it in his holster with a flourish. "We'll know."
Blade looks at the machine, that was having trouble getting a reading. Then it settles on a place in New York, as Flagg returns.

[Gulping]

Ryoma

"Asuka..." There's that fatherly tone again. What the hell, seriously. "You're being contrary in order to get me to stop talking to you, right?" Wow, it's amazing that Ryoma hasn't spontaneously sprouted a mustache and started smoking a pipe here, the dadliness is so intense. He's too good at this to be just an act. There's something he's not telling you.

Dante

"Nice one, man. Let's ride."

And so, the two horsemen of the averted apocalypse sped off to the Big Apple. There was someone who desperately needed their day ruined.

[Cracklord]

The Stig
“That’s a good start. Give me all that and we got a deal. You and me are partners, men forced together by fate and the shine of money, against the odds. How about we seal it with a kiss? You just bring out the best in me, you big lug.”

Light and Pinhead
Pinhead shakes his head, "He had no intent on the Cenobites. You did. He had not the vaguest idea what he was opening. You gave him the box. You knew what you were doing. You wanted me summoned. A deal must be made; or else I will simply take his soul back with me."

Light steels himself after that statement, "Pinhead? I think we can work out a deal, if Master refuses to."

Crayak/Drode/Morphs
Drode laughs at the great creature as it stand before Crayak and he, "Foolish monster, you come seeking your end and so you obtain it!"

The animorphs begin morphing; and Tobias begins to use his new morph. Go Go Godzilla!

Ash
Ash continues to wander the tower, trying to find his way to...anywhere he hadn't already been. This Tower was confusing as s***!

Rorasach
Stand up. Feeling weak. But raid has come. Rush out doors to see crowd. Run to nearest force; don't distinguish between Nazi and Monster; both are one in the same; scum to be killed. Wiped away. Robot. Can barely feel head and legs. Hm.

[Colesign]

Vin

"Sounds like a good man."

She sighs. "All my friends are dead. Thankfully most of them died of old age centuries ago. But I lost some. Kelsier to the Lord Ruler, Clubs and Dockson to the Koloss attack on Luthadel, TenSoon to the Kandra Resolution...and Elend to Ruin, near the end. I've made my peace with it, but..."

Her voice trails off. She's not sure what to say.

"Clubs ran a Carpenter Shop. It was a front for the Misting Underground: both Clubs and his apprentices were Smokers. They kept us hidden from the Inquisitors. He was grumpy, but alright. Maybe he wasn't like your Michael, but he was alright."

Solomon Kane

"Hmmm." Solomon muttered. Well, nothing better to do but keep going forward.

[The Shoveler]

Anderson
He finishes the zombies after a bit of time and looks at the wolf-men.
"You shall face the same fate as the rest: Judgement before the throne of God. Whether he finds you worthy or not will be seen soon," he says, throwing a bayonet at one of the men, replacing it as he charges the group with the same strategy he used against the zombies.

[Cracklord]

Ash
Your with John Taylor, Fayt and Team Nightside. Your at the elevator. Floors one, twenty and ten don't work. Pick a floor.

Dante
You come to Las Vegas at sunset, just the lights that shone down the Strip as you drove down that famous street of casinos come on. You continue on past a pyramid, a pirate ship, the Eifel tower and what looked like the Statue of Liberty’s little sister.
Then you come to a bar called the Devils nest.

Light Yagami
"Good luck with that." Flagg says.

Anderson
The wolves spur their horses, and fire at you with rifles, shot after shot of armor piercing bullets smashing into you. One of them tosses a iron mechanical ball, that whirrs towards you, releasing blades that spin rapidly, so rapidly you can’t make them out.

Asuka

"I am not! I am proving you wrong!" Asuka yells as she ejects her entry plug and climbs back to the ground.

"And to prove it more I am going to do the rest of this job without the EVA at all!" A little girl clothed in a red jumpsuit wanders off in the opposite direction of the giant lizards and mecha, she's a sitting duck.

Dresden

"Most people are when given a chance." I said, it wasn't what she needed to hear though.

"I am sorry about your friends but when it's someone's time there is nothing that can be done about it. Especially not after a couple centuries, as long as you keep their memories alive in your heart they will stay with you forever. Besides now you got friends like me a Solomon. I'd bet he's got enough grumpy to cover for all of the Clubs."

Zexion

"Right while you two argue about Deadpool's payment plan I'll just be on my way then." Zexion says stepping through the portal himself closing it as he goes, maybe if one of them was fast they might be able to chase him.

Oracle

Oracle takes a look at the exterior cameras to get a better idea of what is attacking the Asylum.

Atem

Atem stands beside Anderson his duel disk extended in it's full form, it was meant to play children's card games but the edges were sharp enough to cut through human flesh and zombies aren't challengeable to shadow games.

"All Ba and no Ka. Unnatural monster against the order of both men and Gods."

Then the wolves open fire. He stops moving and makes his proclamation. "Beasts of Hell. I challenge you to game!"

Behind his words there is a fire, a passion that makes them impossible not to heed. A challenge issued by the King of games was irrefutable.

[The Shoveler]

Anderson
Shot after shot hits him, and he doesn't slow his advance. An arm comes off and many holes are in his body, but they start to heal almost immediately. Then the blades come and hit him, causing him to stop temporarily and fall to the ground, his head gone and his body littered with cuts. He continues healing, however, his head coming back as the power he now had manifested through him, increasing his already powerful regenerator abilities. He stands, looks at the wolf-men, and returns fire.

Ash
Ash pushes button thirteen. "Let's get going, then." He looks at the group, nodding. They could take just about anyone or anything they found in this Tower. Then they could burn it down; or maybe blow it up. Either way, this tower was getting destroyed.

Light and Pinhead
"You want souls? I'll trade you the souls of several of the prisoners contained by the Authority, and in exchange, you aid me in fulfilling this mission." Light leans back; it was a good deal from his perspective as he lost nothing worth having and gained the aid of 'Pinhead'

Pinhead stares at Light Yagami, Kira. Normally, he would consider accepting the deal...though the only thing he'd give Yagami is his life. Except Flagg wanted him there. Why? It had to be something important. Very important; not only that, but he hadn't had an exercise in the realm of Earth for a long time, not since the No-Life King. Hm; he wondered where Deadpool was; he didn't need a herald now, but it would be entertaining to have him around. "Deal."

[Cracklord]

Oracle
Mostly lower end undead. Some have enhancements, a group is keeping the production growing, though you don't actually know who. And the wolves. You don't know who they are, they don't match any recorded organization or encounter, but they take control of undead and use them to take prisoners amongst the survivors.
They ride grey horses, wear grey cloaks, and have masks that rot in the sun to resemble wolf heads. They also have no shortage of weapons, and an uncanny ability to sniff out survivors. Nobody is sure what they are or what they want, but they are dangerous.

Atem
The wolves turn their sights on you. A few raise rifles to their shoulders. Their intent is clear.

Atem
Nothing living can ignore your challenge, not the gods themselves. The wolves don't hear you.

Anderson
They break off. Four run, while six dismount, attacking you with firesticks, rifles and serrated knives, there masks seeming to slaver. Three are brought down in quick succession by your bayonets.

Darkseid and Thanos
You arrive at the lift.

Oracle

One of the nice things about Arkham is that the security system that never seemed to keep the dangerous super powered psychopaths inside worked a lot better at keeping the undead out.

Electricity sparks into fences that the zombies are crossing, hopefully frying one of two.

Steel gates are dropped around all of the entrances to prevent anymore from entering the compund and the automated weapons systems begin targeting the wolves.

Atem

Atem has no power over the undead. Thats what he usually used slaves and Yugi's friends for, unfortunately Oracle is keeping all of the slaves to herself and Yugi's friends are all long dead.

He holds out his duel disk and draws a tiny yo-yo from his pocket waiting for the wolves to get closer.

KM

Using her superspeed she gets there just in time and grabs Zexion's arm before he enters the portal and throws him at Stig, setting him up for a very painful combonation attack.

[The Shoveler]

Anderson
He starts dodging most of the knives and sticks, some getting their hits in with the rifles. Weapons of the material realm weren't enough to defeat him, only slowing him down was possible on this level. He takes his time to aim at them one at a time, trusting Atem to his own devices.

[Gulping]

The Stig

*We Have A Deal, Mercenary. No Kiss Though.* Then you notice Zexion flying towards you at high speed. Oh exploitable, as the kids say these days.
*I Will Set. You Can Spike.* You bring both of your weapons around in a low arc, smashing into the Hollow Man's body and hurling him towards your new friend.

Dante

"Oy, Blade! Let's check this place out real quick. I got a feeling about it." Dante slows down and stops in front of the bar, parking his bike and walking inside.

Ryoma

"Dammit, I should have expected that." The Black Getter moves swiftly, and in the space of a few seconds, Asuka finds it kneeling down right in front of her. The odd pupils in the eyes wink out as the main cockpit hatch opens, and a man drops out of it. Clad in a massive red scarf, a worn greatcoat, a beat up pair of jeans, and with his torso under the coat wrapped with bandages for some reason, Nagare Ryoma seems to be a great deal larger than he actually is. Part of it's due to his bulky clothing, but most of it is just the fact that his PRESENCE is simply enormous. The phrase 'larger than life' is thrown around pretty often these days, but there's really not much else you could use to describe Ryoma.

Not without swearing, at least.

A sigh. "Dammit, kid. Don't be foolish. You don't have a place on the battlefield without a mech of some sort. You're not a warrior. What the hell do you think you can do on foot?"

[Cracklord]

The Stig and KM
Impossibly, you miss. You calculate the hit a second too soon, and he slips past you and into the portal, which is closing. If you really want you can follow him through, though you suspect that is suicide. You can't have missed. Nobody is that fast. And yet you did. You've never missed before. Perhaps there is some problem with your sensors.
Or perhaps Zexions sponsor is protecting him again, weaving his protection around him so he cannot fall in battle.
Deadpool leans on you affectionately. "Well, you hired the best. I'm the best at whatever Wolverine says he's the best at but isn't because I am. Or something. Anyway, whatever we do isn't very nice, whatever it is. Something about a klingon, I think."

Zexion
Wednesday is huge, at least twenty feet tall when standing, and lounging on his throne. He looks lithe, graceful and dangerous as a panther seems to a field mouse.
You all feel like he should be giving orders. He knows more then you do, he’s wiser and better equipped. He should be your master. It's his aura, getting into your head, distorting your mind. But that doesn't make it any easier to resist.
He reaches into a pouch, and removes a handful of glowing black rings.
“I was called ring-giver once.” He says. “But then, mortals were always finding more titles for me. Take these rings, or bleed on the ground for me and feed my hunger. Serve me in life or serve me in death, it matters not. For you will serve me.”
He says. He waves his keyblade vaguely, and a portal opens up. It leads to what seems to be Washington. “You will be my dogs of war, and I will let you out to cause panic. Dedicate every death to me. Kill all who oppose you. In exchange, I will give you power, and those who serve me best shall be given worlds of their own, to shape in their image.”
Wednesday was a better leader then Xenohart had been. His mind was better suited, less the scientist and more the conqueror. And, given his powers no world had been able to resist. Krynn had held out for a while, as it had been prepared, but Wednesday had simply sent an infinite stream of low heartless into the world, wearing them down until they didn’t have the strength. Raistlin had never learned the greatest lesson, to rely on others as his weapons, to not fight every battle alone. And when all was lost, he had burned Krynn to nothing and left the Hourglass mage to reign over an empty world, alone in the cosmos and sealed in, no escape possible.
Wednesday saw each problem individually, and drafted a solution. Nothing was too unimportant for him to consider. Some worlds could resist him. So he needed a new tecnique in regards to his invasion, a weapon that could compete with what the other worlds could use.
"Pamela Isely, Zexion has requested you join his ranks as the new organization thirteen. The rest have to earn the positions. And the only way you can do that..." His eye flashes. "Is through blood."
One by one, the rings, created by taking green lantern rings and binding them to the realm of darkness, floated into the air and fused themselves to a finger of the psychopaths Zexion had provided.
Throats rumbling, the psychopaths rumble the oath that is suddenly writteni in their heads in words of fire

"The blackest night falls from the skies,
The darkness grows, as all light dies,
We crave your hearts and your demise,
By my black hand— the dead shall rise!"

Atem
One of them leaps at you with a serrated bowie knife and a machette, seeming to snarl as he does, though in reality it's eerily silent.

Oracle
The rest of the zombies are fried. It's times like these you have to be grateful for the automatic generator you have in the basement that keeps the place running.

Unfortunately, the wolves are too close to the rest to risk trying anything on. As you stare, you notice something. Cass and Tm Drake have been kidnapped by the Wolves. And James is nowhere to be seen.

Dante and Blade
You stop at the bar, and walk in. People fight to get out of your way. Greed gets up, takes of his sunglasses, then his smile slips a bit. "You two. Figures." He says. As he serves all sorts of clientele, he's met you before. Greed's not too bad, though he's a hedonist and, well, greedy.
"Don't start a fight or I'll have to get rough with you."

Anderson
You kill your five in quick succession, leaving one for Atem. They seem to be robots. Which raises more questions then it answers. Like who is puling the strings? And why do they all have a red eye on their chests as a symbol?

[AnimeKid]

KM

She doesn't follow him through although she does shoot a small almost unnoticable object at him and another one past him and through the portal. However it is not meant to harm. It is a tracking device. So now at least she could find him again.

[Draxx]

Kamina
The leader of the Gurren brigade leaps out beside Ryou. He takes of his sunglasses and crouches down so he's her height. He still seems a lot taller then she is. Even Ryou would find himself looking up at Kamina. Kamina is big, and every action is larger then life, every movement huge and all encompassing. When he talks to you, you feel like the most important person in the universe. He's not the brightest star in the heavens, but damn does he have charisma.
"Don't believe in the you we believe in. Believe in the you who believes in you. What's important is you do your best, you be yourself. What's important is you make every decision with this." He thumps his chest. "Your heart. It's what makes you a person. It's what makes you important. The big thing there isn't important. It's not it that's fighting, it's you. Who cares what others think of you, it's what you know yourself to be that's important. Do you think you're a coward? Then prove yourself wrong. Show yourself what you can be. If you think the mecha is slowing you down, toss it aside and move on without it. If you think your life is hard, then toss it aside, burn your bridges and build yourself a new one. Seize the day."
Kamina draws himself to his full height, and he seems to scrape the sky. In that moment, thanks to some fancy camera work, he seems taller then even Godzilla. "I've never met anyone who can't surpass their limits. I've never met anyone who can't defeat any challenge, if only they believe in themselves, if only they keep on fighting no matter what the odds. You don't have anyone? Then I, Kamina will be your brother, and he, Ryou, will be as well. Together we will forge a bond unbreakable, and challenge the heavens themselves! I induct you both into Team Gurren, and into my family! Now on your feet soldier, and lets go show them JUST WHO THE HELL WE ARE!"

Yoda
The little alien smiles to himself and doesn't say anything.

Thanos
He looks at the lift. He shoulders his way in, and considers the numbers. "They all look the same to me." He admits grudgingly.

[Colesign]

Vin

"Mmmm." Vin muttered.

Solomon Kane

Solomon Kane suddenly felt a huge sense of foreboding, as if something long concealed in the darkness had emerged to the dismay of those who would rather pretend it doesn't exist...

He turns to Dresden. "Grumpy? What makes you think I'm grumpy?"

[darkblade]

Zexion

The Nobody would be filled with range if he could be. The psychopaths have begun their assault on the unknown world and Poison Ivy has left the room to change.

"You changed the plan without telling me again Wednesday. You promised me a full set of Nobodies, not a single plant woman and bunch of half-assed heartless."

Atem

The sharp edge of the duel disk slides across the wolf's throat. Hopefully kiling it before it does any more harm.

Oracle

"Bond! Get your British ass on the comm now. Why is Cass beign dragged away by zombies with Tim and not with you and Steph hunting for more gas?" Oracle demands connecting to the spy's comm.

Asuka

The girl turns her back to the rather impressive pilot. "I don't care. If what you said about me and the EVA is true then I can't pilot it ever again."

He seems familar somehow, maybe they met in another life, another war. A super robot war perhaps

Dresden

"Isn't that something of a job requirement for a Puritan?" I asked sarcastically before sitting down on the ground and pulling the skull out of my bag. We weren't getting anywhere walking aimlessly like this.

"Bob, wakey, wakey. Dark Tower, corner stone of creation. What do you know?"

Darksied

"Earth symbols representing numeretical values." Darksied explains the buttons to the Titan.

"They seem to each represent a level this lift can take us."

[Draxx]

Kamina
Anyone else would be disenhearted. Anyone at all. Kamina has not backed down from a challenge once in his life, not matter how long the odds. An troubled teenager is no challenge for one such as him.
"But you do. You have me, and Ryou. And neither of us are going to give up on you no matter what." He says, stepping in front of her again. He can't shake the feeling of some deeper connection at work here, and that has made him go into protective older brother mode.
"And you have your heart, and that's what matters. Don't be afraid, be strong. You can knock down any obstacle in your way. You can defeat anyone you choose. You can surpass both of us. And you can do it with or without that machine. You don't need it. But you can keep it if you want to, why throw it aside? And I know that whichever choice you make will be the right one."

Thanos
He turns to Darkseid. He has no ideas himself. "Sixteen seems a good number." He offers, choosing one at random.

[Gulping]

Dante

"Hey, we come in peace. We're just looking for information about this lowlife we've stumbled across. Don't have a name, but I can describe him." Dante rattles off the best description of Flagg he can manage, trying to focus on the most outstanding features of his appearance.

"Blade and I burst in on him trying to give a baby a Denarius; one containing some prick called Sammael. I punched that douchebag in the head until he stopped getting up, then locked up his coin, so he's not a problem anymore. The other guy's still out there though. You know anything?"

The Stig

*Best We Can Hope For. Troublesome Bastard, That One. Should Have Killed Him Right Off. Come On, Other Enemies Outside.*

You set off running and make it to the nearest exit. Spectre Anderson and a kid with weird hair are fighting dog robot zombie things. Great. You dash over to Anderson and look at the red-eye symbol. *Hollow Man Ran Off, Took Prisoners With Him. KOS-MOS Got A Tracker On Him. What's This Eye Mean? Unfamiliar.*

Ryoma

"So how about piloting something else, then? Getter Robo needs three pilots to realize its true potential. I've been doing fine on my own, but if those grey pricks were any indication of how powerful things are around here, I'll probably need as much strength as I can get." He turns to face Kamina, a mad spark in his eye. "That goes for you too, kid. You've got more than enough guts for the job. If you don't want to abandon that thing you already have, don't worry. I have it on good authority that things will work out."

[Draxx]

Kamina
Kamina smiles. "No can do, I'm afraid. But don't worry, we have a fourth pilot. He replaces his sunglasses, and turns to stare at Yoda.

Yoda
The Jedi master is shocked. That alone is rare. "Ho-Honored I would be." Yoda says, looking up at the two hot-blooded pilots.

[The Shoveler]

Anderson
"I cannot understand it either," he says to The Stig. He then takes out his cross walkie-talkie and contacts Oracle. "Oracle, what is the situation? Are there any more enemies?"

[darkblade]

((My brain exploded shortly before making this post that was too awesome.))

Asuka

The young girl smiles and turns back around. "Alright I'll do it, but uh I can't just leave Unit-02 there. If someone else takes it and it goes berserk it'll just make things worse here."

Darksied

"As good as any." The dark God nods pressing the button.

"Hrmp. This is grunt work beneath the strature of those of our power."

Oracle

"No it seems you got all of the wolves and the remaining zombies were taken out by the fence. They got Batgirl and Red Robin though, I'm working on tracking them and analyzing that eye right now."

[The Shoveler]

Anderson
"Then I'm heading back up. I'll be there shortly," he says, heading back to Oracle. He motions for Stig, Atem, and KOS-MOS to follow.

[Cracklord]

Dante
Greed nods, listening patiently to your explanation. "You mean that guy there?" He asks, pointing at the man wearing cowboy boots sitting behind Pinhead, talking to Light Yagami. He catches Blade's arm without looking down to stop him drawing his gun, and doesn't even wince when the Daywalker punches the nerves on his forearm. His purple eyes narrow dangerously.
"No fights in here, without my permission. You don't have my permission. Understand?" Greed is an homunculus. He's able to transform into an invulnerable, black skinned demon that's immune to harm. He's also able to instantly regenerate from a single cell. Not east to fight is Greed.

Zexion
"She'll do for a start. She's attractive, and that's what you seem to base membership on, and she's too twisted to have a different agenda to us yet. We're immortal, why hurry? There are infinite worlds, Ive nbeen living on second hand Bullsh*t too long not to want to take the very best?" The god rumbles.
"Besides, if they survive I'll take back the rings, and they can join your organization. If they don't, they weren't worth your time anyway."
He sits back down, slouching in true villainous style. He creates a big glass of Jack Daniels which he swirls a few times then drinks. "You don't get it, do you? You don't get just how powerful I made you. Let me be clear then. Those ten are going to conquer the world for us without any effort. They'll turn everybody there into more heartless.
