#1: Lugia's Master has never appeared in-story. But has been mentioned.
#2: Lugia was being honest when he said his master was "somewhat" human.
#3: Lugia was also being as accurate as he could be when reffering to his master as a 'she'.
#4: Lugia's master can control the bodies of legendary pokemon
#5: There is a reason, that is not laziness, that The Master has not killed Seed outright.

Person in Pink Facts:
#1: The person in pink is not just a fantasy created by Seed.
#2: Seed's perceptions and understandings were being altered by her dreamlike state; She cannot clearly say if she saw that person's face. All she can say she saw was the color pink, and that it was a young girl.
#3: The PIP, Person in Pink, has never had a physical presence in this story.
#4: The PIP has, however, been mentioned as a physical presence in this story, and sources that mentioned her were being honest.
#5: The PIP cannot appear physically in the story at this point in time.

Everything not covered by those statements is fair game, including the two being the same entity, the two being different entities, and Terra being a timelord (the pokeball is her TARDIS).

And I stand that Mewtwo is Lugia's master, the somewhat humanoid might have been the tampering with the mew clone by adding human DNA (Mewtwo's more human-like appearance seems to imply that)

I just signed up on the forums to say very well done, Deme, on this story so far. You really have a talent for writing. I have been following this story since the early days. It sure has been a journey! I finally decided to stop lurking and post because I wanted to tell you that.

My theories regarding Lugia's Master..:

Well Lugia's Master is probably Mewtwo. That said hearing Lugia's Master is somewhat human and has the power to kill humans (such as Seed) is interesting. I am looking forward to how this is handled. My theory on how she is somewhat human is Human DNA was used to create Mewtwo.

This is a toughie. First thought out of my mind is its the ghost of Sage or something along the lines of ghost. The second thought is its Mew, speaking to Seed in the dream state as the PIP. Terra and Azula had a conversation or two somewhere in the first thread over Mew (as the One) but I can't find them. I feel its an important clue, does anyone know where those conversations are?

Ooh, WMGs. Fun stuff.
Here's one: Mewtwo is Sage. Somehow. She was never intending for Lugia to kill Seed; for some reason, this is the closest she can get to having a friendly pokemon battle with her big sister. Alternatively, she only subconsciously remembers that she knows Seed, but that's enough to keep her from killing her directly.

Also, I like The Saga of Seed.
