Well, I was moving some pretty heavy stuff, so my likelihood of injury was higher. But nothing really excuses me cutting my finger on my wall.

Ah, but my parent insisted that I wait a full year before I was allowed to change it, and then after a year my parents were considering moving, so they said I couldn't change anything, as I would just be able to paint my new room. So I got kind of screwed over color-wise, but now it seems we'll be staying for another year, so I got to paint my bedroom.

So I gather you didn't get to move and that you'll have to wait another year to change furniture colour.

No, I'm very happy we didn't move, I'm just annoyed my parents would let me have painted my room half a year earlier. And I don't really know what to do about furniture color, I'm trying to find a yellow cover for my chair and stuff.

Last time someone tried to make me dance she ended up throwing up after about 30 sharp spins and god knows how much whirling and falling and popping up without touching the floor turns out there are things which shouldn't be danced at double the pace.

Last time I was sitting. Someone (Police in training, MMA as a hobby) tried to get me up on the dance floor. After he realized he wasn't succeeding to pull me up, he went to get his Army friend to help. Well, I made a very quick escape. I was quite amused.

edit: I only let someone know if it's bad enough to slow me down/prevent me from doing certain parts. I have some very choice words regarding my shoulder and the coach who let my shoulders get this bad. Most of these would not be said aloud.

Guys. Guys. I'm in Brittany, France. Guys. Guys. Guys. I'm In France. Guys.

Now that that bit of time-loop is over, here's what it's like:

Honestly, a lot like Shelter Island or Long Island in New York, except everyone's speaking French and there's a lot of older buildings and cobblestone roads. No offense to French people, or anyone who feels otherwise.

My uncle's getting married here tomorrow, so that's why I'm here. He rented a nice chateau, but it seems like France doesn't really care about bugs indoors, because the windows have no screens and are always open.

The flight was crazy. To save money, we went on a flight to Munich, waited four hours, then took a flight to Paris, waited a few more hours, then took a train to somewhere close enough that another uncle staying here could come and pick us up in a rental car.

Overall, it's a really nice area, though the 24 hour trip with 2 hours of sleep at a cafe in the Munich airport was hard.
