Re: August's Pink Plushy and Phantasmagorically Random Banter Thread #166
Thanks for the concern guys. Good news! Phoned Dad...he's being very much being himself right now. Apparently nothing is wrong at all and he won't tell me untill we leave to go to Boston Pizza, which is soon.
So like uh...yha. What the hell was up with today.

Re: August's Pink Plushy and Phantasmagorically Random Banter Thread #166
Thanks for the support guys. Back from Boston Pizza. The good news is that the little guy is ok. The only thing that happened was that he jammed his finger a bit, so the thumb nail got pushed half way off. Other then that, perfectly fine.
Thank's again for the support. However, because of this support, there is only one way to return it.

All this supporting is making me hungry. Time for a midnight snack.
Man, as refreshing to the body and spirit as that three hour nap was, it's liable to leave me up all night.

Just to clarify, I HATE my name, it just sounded cool in my head at the time okay?
You can just call me Kay or Kur. Easier than finding an umlaut code on the interwebz.

A couple of mine:
"I don't care what everyone else says, I think you're kinda cute."
"Wow, you could've been a Bundy girl."A potent relic of the past. 'Tis said the wearer commands the wisdom of kings, and can see the unseeable.
Like the grue lurking in your bedroom waiting for you to fall asleep.
But perhaps some things are better left unseen...

Okay, that's rather serious. And here I thought it was something smaller than a Hercules, and not a freaking Jumbo Jet!

I'm starting university tomorrow. It feels a bit different, but I'm pretty confident and calm so far. Still, it's something new.
I went down to the campus (or rather the part of it that I'm going to frequent, given that the university is spread all across the town) today to recconoitre the area to give me some familiarity with the layout. Might save me a few minutes of my time in the future.Last edited by Teddy; 2011-08-21 at 09:56 AM.

Re: August's Pink Plushy and Phantasmagorically Random Banter Thread #166
Bah! Lose Yourself is still the best Eminem.
But for rap, you still can't beat Aesop Rock. Look him up. Your mind will be blown.
Also Die Antwoord, but they're not always SFW. Especially my fave song of theirs, Evil Boy. That's REALLY NSFW. Unless your workplace is accustomed to having a ridiculous amount of phallic objects waving about while guys rap about ritual circumcision, and related subjects.

Re: August's Pink Plushy and Phantasmagorically Random Banter Thread #166
One, Flight of the Concords is a parody, not actual rap. Two, as amazing as they are (having listened to them many times), *I* must say you are wrong. Dead wrong. And that's BEFORE you come to the fact that Bret and Jermaine are just goofing around and Eminem is singing a serious song about overcoming adversity.
See, no. I really don't like rap. I was forced into watching Not Afraid, and really, I (personally) wouldn't call it rap anyway.
...
How did I miss a new Weird Al CD coming out?

Ok, so, apparently, my sister and Dad are both gigantic liars. The situation with my Aunt's baby is that my sister droppd him. Either way he's fine, I just hate the fact that they'd lie to me. Again.
