Well, if I remember correctly in other games you wouldn't vote as soon as you've been voting. You've also joined some bandwagons (see today) which I don't think you usually do early in the game. I could be wrong and mixing this behaviour with someone else's, though.

Also, I've learned that it's best to be naturally suspicious of you whenever I'm not 100% sure you're good, so it's a good part guts too.

lol. Well the truth is is that I act pretty random with my voting in all games so as not to establish any real patterns. Am I voting early because I'm around and bored? Do I have an agenda? Do I vote late when I'm a cautious villager? Or a wolf? Nobody knows! Not even me.

I wouldn't be surprised though if I had similar voting patterns in a couple games and you ended up thinking of it as my norm.

Well, the deadline was two days ago. It just isn't night now because the narrators haven't gotten around to ending it yet. So yeah, it was just before the deadline, so I find you trying to imply it wasn't to not help you look good. The fact that you and erikun wouldn't show on TFT's bandwagon if Erikun were to post his table in the next day doesn't either.

And I meant the "playing along" part. You've voted for him really early. In fact, if Qwaz swordsaging you was true, you thought it would be the second vote for the day. It was also the start of the bandwagon. So I assume you though he was suspicious or something, right (I mean, at least I don't start bandwagons on who I am not suspicious of, and I think this is an ok assumption)? Then what made you be ok with changing it? Or did you vote for him in the first place for no reason?

Do you not read my posts or something? Do I have to say everything twice? I said to begin with that my random vote would already have been going to FT, so I just went along with it. It happening to form a bandwagon wasn't intentionally, though bandwagons do have to be formed to get anything done.

If you say it was right before when the deadline was supposed to be I'm sure you're right. However, I never pay attention to the exact deadlines (except in my own game where I'm obligated to).

As for changing it...this is the third time I have to explain it now. I said exactly why I changed it. I play these games to have fun. Also, why would I not be ok with changing my vote? As a wolf I don't know anything and it's still too early to have any real suspects. As a villager scheme, it would involve myself, FT, and erikun to all be villagers and even still the end result would be drawing attention to ourselves for no good reason.

I find it really really weird that you're questioning me this way. All of the answers to your questions are things I'm sure you could puzzle out yourself in a few seconds and frankly as far as I can see are the sort of thing most people never bother asking because everyone automatically thinks these things through by default. I didn't do anything outside or the norms and it's quite strange that you're acting otherwise.

Edit: In case it isn't clear; You are annoying me by asking me questions I already gave the answers to before anyone even asked and acting as if my non-existent lack of explanation was suspicious.

The Fiery Tower was enjoying the nice day outside. Basking in the sun, it was a perfect day for him. Suddenly he heard gasps and screams, and although he was mostly unconcerned with the others' terror, he turned his head to look at what was so scary. There was nothing there... he turned his head the other direction. Still nothing. Hm.

He went back to sunbathing and enjoying the nice day, but it was hard to concentrate on leisure with women and children's shrieking in the warm air. Finally tired of the noise, he stood up and looked around. He still couldn't see anything that was so horrible as to scream about it. At length he heard someone yelling:

"He's on fire! Oh, God! Fire!"

"Put him out! PUT OUT THE FIRE BEFORE IT DESTROYS THE VILLAGE!"

The Fiery Tower looked around and couldn't see any fire. "What is everyone shouting about?!"

Before anyone could answer, The Fiery Tower was hoisted into the air by a mob of wolves and carried to the village well. "What are you doing? Put me down!!" He realized then that they thought he was the one on fire. As he tried to reason with them, their rabble drowned out his voice.

The crowd didn't listen, and instead tossed him down the very deep well. The fall hurt him badly, and the water smelled of urine. The town drunk must have mistaken it for a toilet one too many times. Then the crowd covered the top of the well with a wooden board. Treading water, he could not hold himself against the stone of the well for long, and soon drowned.

But really, I'm curious of why did you and Erikun change votes right before the deadline. Would you mind saying why?

My vote for Fiery was to get some kind of response out of him. Once he made an appearance, the reason for pointing away was to point at someone I was a bit more suspicious of.

It is kind of irrelevant though, because a lot of people were willing to jump on a bandwagon for any reason, and his own post perhaps came too late to encourage people to vote elsewhere. You'll note that Ramsus and I weren't just the only ones to change our votes after he posted, but the only ones to even make a post.

And yes, I do hope that people are paying attention to more than just my tables of lynch records. I would certainly hope that they are taking note of who is saying what. And who is not saying much of anything.

Night 4 End!

The village was quiet in the morning, some of the wolves just getting up to tend a garden or do other chores to keep the village in top shape. Others slept in all day, not bothering to wake up to help with chores or other errands. One of these lazy wolves was Xanmyral. He was laying around in his home, watching TV, playing video games, and generally loafing around. But Xanmyral had forgotten, by the time it was dusk, that it was Halloween.

The Samhain festival at the village was like any Halloween festival, with door-to-door candy mongering by the children accompanied by their parents. Xanmyral ignored the first few families who came by to gather their sweets, because he had none left in the house after eating it all that day. By the third time his doorbell rang, he begrudgingly got up from his computer and answered the door.

"Sorry, kids, I don't have any candy left..." he said.

"What?!" The youngsters shouted. One was dressed as a bumblebee, the other as a human.

"I - uh - ran out." It was the closest thing to the truth, Xanmyral supposed.

"That's a load of crap. Who doesn't have candy on Halloween? Some sort of alien! If we say your name backwards will you return to your home plane, alien?"

Xanmyral's eyes widened. How did they know his secret?! "Haha, that's funny, guys. Now run along - "

"LARYMNAX!" Before the laughter of the children subsided, Xanmyral had disappeared... forever.
