That's fantastic, actually. Surprised the avatar version is that small, though I'm unfamiliar with the usual sizes of avatars.

120x120 pixels, so actually quite tiny. It's the hat that does it though, making him a lot taller than he is wide, so he gets shrinked even more. You might have noticed I even cropped a bit of one of his legs off to try and make him a little larger. That's why I suggested you might want to crop it, and make it just a head and shoulders shot or something.

Type: He doesn't fly, and he's not particularly strong. So... Unicorn pony?
Coat color: No coat really. It's more like chrome plating over his organs
Mane color and style: Not a mane, but a collection of spines
Eye color: No eyes, but a plate covering most of his face
Cutie mark: None.
Pose: Something sinister, hunched over like he's examining something
Expressions: With no lips or discernible face, he shouldn't have one, but some green slime dripping from his mouth would be cool
Accessories or costumes: A grey tattered cloak around his waist seems appropriate.

White orb of light visibly shooting out white rays is essential - that's my 'thing' - and should be between two hooves, or if that's too tough, floating free close to me.

I wanted a ponyfied version of one of my FFRP characters, Jason Mila. He's a cyborg with mecha wings, so I guess he'd technically be an Earth pony, right? If it's at all possible, this is what I'd like, but I'm going to say, "have at ye!" for whoever wants to do this for me, whatever the artist wants to do with it, I'm good with it. ^_^
