I never said allergic! You had to test if it was blocking gas by opening a vial of banana scent. If you could smell it, you weren't wearing it right. So combine that smell to the nausea of being pregnant and the terror of the gas in the first place, not a good flashback. So no bananas in the house for over fifteen years.

Still, I am supa-excited! Now that we have passed the standard "waiting phase to make sure everything is safe" for this, I had to share.

She was pregnant and lived in a place where there were bombings, yes. My brother used to have to go there once a year over custody issues as well, and was there through several war problem-things. I can't go in any details, obviously, but yes, she was.
