It's in character with her previous behavior though. for reference, the time that guy tried to hit on her by saying coffee tastes better when it's made by a pretty girl, and also the blush quotient formula she developed before her pretend date.

Even if she did Hanners is generally smarter than taking stuff THIS literally, that's all I'm saying.

Ok, new comic and this actually seems way more in character with her. But yesterday's was just weird.

Damn straight. And even in DAOC you had to do crowd control on PLAYERS! Forget easily timed boss fights, try running over a ridge and coming face to face with 3 squads of hibernian pvp fighters ready to steam roll you. THATS when we learn who the skilled crowd control types are! (Hint, its the ones who DONT die in 5 seconds or less)

Yeah you probably arent old enough to have grown up watching those cartoons. It doesnt help that I dont recall them ever bringing it back like they did for a number of other cartoons. So xena would certainly be the better reference. Although marten is probably old enough to remember she-ra.

I honestly wouldnt know, as I had no idea when it played in germany. I just know I watched it in the late 80s.

On a very quick and basic search, Marten has at least been working at the library since comic 765. Since then, I believe there has been at least one winter.
