Re: Warhammer 40K Tabletop XVI: "Terminator? I hardly know 'er!"
No Rune Priests.
No Grey Hunters.
No Long Fangs.
Well, I look at this list and I think...'Ew.' Chances are you looked at it too and thought it was an abomination and kill it with fire. One thing all of those units have in common is that they are cheap, and effective. Which definitely counts in 600 points (750 is the recommended minimum, after all).
Space Wolves also do cheap and terrible. They also do expensive and amazing. And you can turn one into the other if you've got points to spare or skimp out on important upgrades.
Here's a thought;
Rune Priest; Living Lightning, Storm Caller - 100 Points
Blood Claws (x15); x2 Flamers, Power Axe - 240 Points
As your core. 340 Points (expensive indeed) with 250 and a bit left over (fit in a Land Raider!).
Grey Hunters (x10) - 160 Points
x2 Plasmaguns
Grey Hunters (x6) - 90 Points
Flamer
You've got ten points left. You could swap that Flamer on the GHs to a Plasmagun, or swap both Flamers on the BCs for Meltaguns (but then you wont get Overwatch+Counter Attack nonsense). Or spend 5 points to get your Rune Priest Melta Bombs and be 5 points under limit. Your partner will need a serious threat to stop your BCs from getting nailed. But Storm Caller should do a little to prevent that from happening - or you can swap to Biomancy and hope you roll 3-Endurance. But Storm Caller is a guarantee and Living Lightning really is that good.
But yeah. Your partner needs a list that can hack it.
Copied, and pasted.

And with that, we've hit page 50. Cheesegear, if you'd do the honors?

...Aaand we're done. I've also worked in a couple more questions and links to Guides that are still relevant.
