That character's female. How can i be certain? Because sexism is NOT radical.

Re: Dr McNinja III: You Rad Bro?
So...the fact that he prefaced her name with a word that specifically means "woman" is irrelevant for determining gender? Ok then.
There is literally no non feminine use for that word. The only more compelling proof I could imagine would be full frontal, which you are not going to get in this comic.Last edited by Anteros; 2013-05-21 at 07:27 PM.

Re: Dr McNinja III: You Rad Bro?
Yeah, if it were a male character, it would be "sir" rather than "dame". I wish I had seen that instead of the dude part.

Re: Dr McNinja III: You Rad Bro?
Dames can be dudeical, too. (And, to some extent, they kinda have to be if that's their actual title instead of just what you call them when you're trying to sound all detective-noir-y)
Also: hooray, my ability to read obvious plot advances hasn't failed me!

When will Hellacious of Hearts transform into the Radicidal maniac/motorcycle we love? Also I bet Dame Dudeical will die by his hands. Calling it now.

Re: Dr McNinja III: You Rad Bro?
Is it just me or do the Radical Lands seem kinda lame in general from what we've seen of them? They're like what a kid growing up in the 80s would think is "rad" based on the cartoons he watched, but grown ups just think it's silly.

In this, I agree with Radical. Horses are, like, the least radical thing ever.
They might be magical. They might be metal. But they're not radical.Last edited by Giggling Ghast; 2013-05-23 at 01:30 PM.

Re: Dr McNinja III: You Rad Bro?
Or maybe the death of the king has put a radical limiter on everything, and until the new king is chosen, radicalness is in a state of confusion?

Re: Dr McNinja III: You Rad Bro?
I'll agree that the Radlands ain't all that Rad. I think that's the way it's supposed to be- King Radical seems cool at first, but once you get to know him, the fact that he can't do anything the unrad way makes him look more and more like a loser.
I think it's really interesting that Radical is the main villain of the comic, because in some ways he embodies the best parts of the strip- Surfing Dracula bots down from the moon, fighting dinos with lumberjacks and punching out ghosts while humming Who You Gonna Call.
But every one of those moments has build-up behind it. The Doc has to work for them. King Radical just can't do anything else and that actually cheapens his radness.Meese Mobster by smuchmuch.

Re: Dr McNinja III: You Rad Bro?
So we're seeing Sparkelord's Start of Darkness and how Sir Sicknasty of Spades became the King Radical we know and love/love to hate. I can't wait to see the actual crowning ceremony.
