    No.
In the case of a morningstar vs a Black Pudding:

Since the morningstar deals both bludgeoning and piercing, and the ooze isn't immune to both bludgeoning and piercing, it does not get the option to ignore the damage and "instead" split. It only takes damage.

Is "unarmed strike" considered a melee weapon for the purposes of the Snap Kick feat (Tome of Battle)? In other words, can you US and then US again (doing less damage on the second one, unless your strength bonus is 0 or less), or do you have to use a manufactured weapon first and then a Snap Kick?

No, an unarmed strike is considered a simple unarmed attack, not a melee weapon, according to Table: Weapons. You would have to use another weapon.

If I take a substitution level for a certain class, need I take every level of that progression?
For example, if I take the first level of the Elf Paladin substitution levels (Races of the Wild), do I need to take the next levels at Paladin levels 3 and 5?
Is it diferent for non-racial substitution levels?

No, you don't have to take every racial substitution level, per p106 of Races of the Dragon. Same with other substitution levels, according to Champions of Valor.

Q265: My concern is not the immunity, but the fact that it appears any slashing or piercing weapon causes them to split. I guess what I am asking is would the morningstar deal normal bludgeoning damage, then cause it to split due to the piercing damage?

Yes. NPC classes are still classes. They are only specially noted as being NPC classes because they are supposed to be weaker than classes intended for players.

    A 263 [correction] Yes.

The distinction used in Snap Kick is between ranged and melee weapon attacks. An unarmed strike, for categorization purposes, is treated as a light melee weapon.
An unarmed strike is always considered a light weapon.
A thrown dagger does not trigger Snap Kick because that is a ranged attack with a melee/ranged weapon, whereas a melee attack with a dagger does trigger the feat as a melee attack with a melee/ranged weapon. Even though an unarmed strike doesn't use any actual weapons, for purposes of Snap Kick it qualifies as a melee attack with a melee weapon.

    A 268 Yes.

Pounce will let you execute all the attacks which the full attack action allows.

Quoting a piece of the Vow of Peace, from Book of Exalted Deeds:

" If a creature strikes you with a manufactured weapon, the weapon must immediately make a successful Fortitude save (DC 10 + one-half your character level + your Con modifier) or shatter against your skin, leaving you unharmed."

What if someone shot a arrow at me? The bow or the arrow makes the save?

    3. The weapon exists for three rounds, the first round is from the casting of the spell to right before the caster gets to act again. In each round it gets to attack once.

    A 270

Unfortunately the pacifist can be safely shot. The only thing that touches him is a (manufactured) projectile not a weapon. The feat does nothing against those. A thrown weapon on the other hand would shatter.

No, because of "instead" in the Split text. It's either/or with Split, and since the Ooze is not immune to both B/P, it doesn't get the option to ignore the damage and instead split.

A 271: A +2 armor enhancement means that it costs the equivalent of a +2 added to magic armor. In order to add a special ability such as beastskin, the armor must already be enhanced to +1. If you are adding beastskin to +1 armor, then it costs 8000 gp (9000gp - 1000 gp per the table), or costs more if the armor already has more than a +1 (or equivalent) enchantment.

    Q272

The SRD gives a spot DC of 20 to notice an active invisible creature in a "there's something over there" kind of way and says a listen check (opposed by the invisible creature's move silently check) gives a similar "over there somewhere" result. Are there any rules that would modify this if the "active invisible creature" were flying rather than walking (assume the creature's a janni with perfect maneuverability so there's no flapping wings to hear or anything like that), or is that something a DM would handle case-by-base through circumstance bonuses and penalties?

    A 272: No.
Perfect: The creature can perform almost any aerial maneuver it wishes. It moves through the air as well as a human moves over smooth ground.
A DM could assign circumstance bonuses depending on the exact circumstances, but the default is no bonus/penalty.

    Q 219 Repeat

How does magic and psionic interact in Faerûn? The Player's Guide to Faerûn says there is no magic-psionic-transparency, but then lists examples of how magic does interact with psionic effects, and then states that psionic interacts exactly like magic interacts with other magic.

C273 I think you'll need to expand on your question, as I have almost no idea what you're asking. However, on the off chance you're referring to spell DC calculation, it's 10+spell level+ability modifier.

A273 Oh. Caster level checks (used for spell penetration, dispels, and a couple other things) are caster level + 1d20 + feats or items. Usually caster level is the same as the class level of the relevant spellcaster class, and there are various feats and items that boost caster level for spell penetration purposes (such as [Greater] Spell Penetration) or for all purposes (such as an orange prism ioun stone). So a Wizard 6 with Spell Penetration shooting a fireball at a babau would roll 1d20+8 against SR 14: a 6 or higher on the die will succeed, so 75% chance. Against an achaierai, SR 19, he would only have a 50% chance of affecting it.

Only if the spell requires an attack roll. The attack roll you make will be as normal (BAB + Strength for melee or Dexterity for ranged attacks) unless specifically noted otherwise in the spell's description. Spells that use attack rolls are usually rolled against the target's touch AC.
