So, mostly using faction actions for this one.

1) Guards are to be posted in concealed locations around the district, to warn us when the bloods are coming. Probably at night. They need to get phones as well, and regular shift changes. 1 action.

2) Preparations, probably two actions. Start making improvised weapons. Molotovs, mostly. If we can get the materials, simple pikes or boar spears to keep the berserkers away. Tripwires and caltrops in strategic locations, to stop them from getting too close. Orbiter said he can make mist and ice, that should help too, the ice as a trap and obstacle, the mist to conceal the traps and obstacles.

3) Fortifications. 1 action. Build simple barricades, fortify the watchmen's main building. They have cars, those make nice obstacles. Furniture, too. Anything we can sit behind and shoot out from.

4) Ambushes, 1 action. Just simple hit and runs when they approach. Nothing fancy, just a few bullets, a molotov or two, then run. Soften them up and slow them down to give us time to get ready.

5) The defence itself, two actions and Gilgamesh's last action. He's mostly commanding, here, using his strategist and fighter levels.

That's six or seven faction actions used up, but I think it should be worth it.

Your man in city hall gets to work. This is going to take a lot of time, and you are uncertain as to the end results.

However, going through the video footage lets you rule a few things out. You find a shot of the woman's car arriving, the guards meeting her, and escorting her around back, just like they directed your man when he arrived. Odds are good that the woman isn't a member. That car DID look a little old and cheap, compared to the rest of the ones in the lot.

The guard who drove away with your operative's car was not one of the ones handling the crate.

Hey, this is strictly confidential - I won't go talking. But Father Figure? Maybe I've been absorbed in my work for a little too long, but is that a name I should know?

As for the tracking, he doesn't necessarily need to know about the ritual. But I will need something to use as a catalyst. If they cut on him, then he probably bled, and I can use that - life force is pretty strong, as far as energies go. If there's any blood left on their knives or ritual table (and these cult types love to leave it splashed around, it looks nice and creepy) then I could find where the ritual was performed.

So at the least, I'll need some of his blood to find who did this, if you can pull that off. In the meantime I'll start researching whatever infernal force they put inside him.

3. Immediately after placing that phone call to the ICPD he's going to act. Here's the attack plan for the guards outside of the building. He'll summon his spare suit of armor (or his normal armor if you don't think having a spare suit would be fair) then he will have it carry a long chain he's built, and a metal staff. The armor will use flight to do dive bombs, tripping people with the staff, and using the chain as a whip. KoB will use his power on the chain so that it can wrap people up and fling them into others. Once the group has been disarmed, KoB's armor will use the chain to tie the group up and to a pole or something.

Next step is very dependent on what the Blackbloods do next, if a bunch rush outside then the armor can deal with them in a similar way that it did to the outside guards. Otherwise KoB will recall the armor, and go in through a window in his own armor. Assuming that the window is boarded up, KoB will break it down with an ax. He will enter the building with a mace in one hand, lots of darts in the other, and a sword in a sheath. Darts will be used to disable guns and the hands holding them, a dart flung at superspeeds into the wrist, and another one will be sneaky and prevent the trigger from being pulled by getting in the way. If they are using melee weapons, then the mace will be used to shatter them or the limbs wielding them, if the weapon is too resilient.

My guess is that the cops will show up sometime between step 1 and 2 if I'm lucky, or just during step 1 if it's taking a while.

For step 1, KoB will be hidden while he directs the suit. He'll need to be able to see the action, so he'll be hiding on top of a nearby building and watching from afar.

Somewhere close to where Gilgamesh was to meet Tempest and Strider the earth seemed to quake before it opened up revealing a giant 20 foot tall or so Kaiju and a man flying after it having followed it underground.

Tempest surveyed the place, his altered white oni mask gleaming it was only a moment before he located Gilgamesh and came down to meet him as Strider looked down at the exchange.

"Greetings Gilgamesh i am Tempest, and my big buddy who can dig like there is no tomorrow is Strider, its nice to finally meet you" Tempest extended his arm for a handshake as he looked at the Ancient king who looked like a seasoned warrior, one day he would love to spar with him, but not today.

IC: The Hardliner's coming is heralded by the metallic howl of jet engines. Up, invisible in the night sky above, a Zeppelin flies at speeds any sane man would think impossible. It roars above the Brownstones, leaving a thundering trial with no visible source. It's hardly a sonic boom, but it reverberates and echoes across the many streets.

The Major is first to arrive, flying down from the blimp. He's a huge man in modified Marine uniform. Gilgamesh can see in an instant the hardened look of the veteran in his eyes and the set of his jaw. Even when flying soldiers moved a certain way that gave them away, blame the drillyard, or the enemy, somehow it gave them away.
He stops before Gilgamesh, still a few feet off the ground, and salutes. Major Disaster reporting for duty. My friends are up there.' he gestured vaguely into the night sky. Belladona and the Smith. The sniper and the artillery. Those lucky ****s never have to fight on the front lines. They'll bring the pain though, don't you doubt it sir. Meanwhile I'm toughing it out down here with you. But I brought company.

He darts up suddenly to intercept something falling from the sky. Despite his efforts to slow it the droid still lands with a huge impact. It unfurls gracefully, almost disdainful of his aid, like a cat. And that is no coincidence, for it is a cat of a sort. A huge robotic cat, as it rears up and stretches out Gilgamesh and the Watchmen can see it's over 9 foot at the shoulder and maybe over 15 foot long with nose to tail, though it's hard to tell now it's moving around. It's very fast, and surprisingly agile. They can see gears on it's rear flanks, though it's obvious something more than steam is powering something that big that moves that fast. Anyone who's watched more than a few nature documentaries could probably see the amount of effort gone into exactly replicating the dimensions of a tiger, abide massively enlarged. The way it moves too speaks to a labour of love, killing machine or no.

Following it are a squad of much smaller combat droids. They are all identical. A disk about 2 foot wide with a long rectangular sensor array sticking out of one side and a small square base attached to the other. Somehow the fly without sound, and dart and hover about with great agility, although not tremendous speed. Up close Gilgamesh can see two complex looking guns attached to each side of the underslung box.
'They're non-lethal I'm afraid. Not sure what they'll do to these guys. I was planning on posting them to you. I figure at the very least they'll set the enemy up for you to knock them down. I get the big one though He said with an almost adolescent grin I was gonna use it to hit and run across the battlefield, how does that work into your plans?

hmm... I'll come back to that I think. Would it be possible to split it? Take most of the larger ordinance off and install it in the Zeppelin, leaving a stripped down combat droid, mostly muscle with some small arms and grenades? Up the Zeppelin's threat rating and lower the droid's?

Smithing first: Making a series of one shot weapons for use in the upcoming battle. 10TP spent. Using Mad Scientist and robotics specialisation. A large amount of fairly basic robot grenades. Literally just armoured balls with gyroscopes, sensors, a processor and as big a payload of explosives as can be fitted.Once they land they scan the area, work out the optimal explosive point for maximum target damage within 20 feet, roll toward it and explode

Battle plans: The 69ers are gonna stay above in the Zeppelin with the Smith and Belladona. The Major and the droids join the rest in the ground battle.
From above we rain death, the 69ers and the Smith throwing the robots, Belladona using her power. She's going to target their front lines. Nothing fancy, subtle stuff. Make them hear calls for retreats, make them stop to reload full weapons, make them break out of cover at exactly the wrong moment, make them shoot at enemies that aren't there. Meanwhile the rest will target the back line, don't want to hurt friendlies

The Major, Stormcrow and the Ferris droid (I meant to call it a Felix droid btw, can we change that?) will play hit and run. Two are fast and can break walls down, one is stealthy, so that should be easy enough. MD flies out of cover and grabs a couple without stopping and flies into a building, seconds later at the other side of the building he smashes down a wall and the droid kills a few before the dust settles, then disappears back into the building, while he grabs another couple and disappears into different cover, splitting their attention. Stormcrow throwing knives from every shadow. That sort of this. Do this until groups become isolated and then utterly destroy them when it seems safe. The Orrus droids are gonna stick with Gilgamesh

He salutes, which looks just a bit strange with his gold-spangled beard and Watchmen bandana.
"Welcome, Major. I think that's everyone then. Let me introduce Tempest and hte Watchmen. Oh, and Strider."
He gestures to a gigantic, looming monster behind him.
"He's a Kaiju, as you can see. Okay, quick strategy update for everyone. We have watchers out through the entire district, but for now, we are focusing on defending our headquarters. Let them come to us instead of the other way round. We will be doing some hit-and-run assaults to harry and slow them along the way. I have teams stationed for that, you can join those, if you want.
Now, for their forces. I don't exactly trust nonlethal weaponry here, you'll see why. They have berserkers. Genuine ones, drugged, stronger than a bear, bloody fast, don't feel pain. I recommend extreme prejudice and then some more.
Also, they have Draugr. Think half zombie, half vampire. Braindead and stupid, but fast, strong and very, very hard to take and keep down. Fire works, so we have molotov cocktails on everyone. They will be in an armoured car, since it seems the Bloods don't control them. Strider will attempt to take the armoured car down and throw the Draugr back into the Blood lines, hopefully, they will attack there.
We have traps set up, just simple ones. Tripwires, caltrops. Strider is digging a moat, too, since the berserkers will be melee only, though we expect the usual guns as well, hence the barricades.

Small change to our battleplans. In the Zeppelin we should be able to see/get to the armoured car way before the others. Use Belladona's power to get the driver to stop and release them deep in Black Blood lines. Use all her juice for this encounter if required. Change of tactics described above. Also primarily targeting the bezerkers with the Smith and 69ers, although still not near any friendlies obviously. Look for clusters 30-200 feet away from engagements ideally.

Refined Mid Turn Strategy

Step 1 is to equip everyone with earplugs.

Step 2 is to clear a path for Masked Rider Core (Yes, I've finally given him a full super name) with the trucks, bikes and agents. They run over or drive past the zombies, taking as many out as possible. Tactics are chopping off limbs heads and running them over.

With a clear path the Rider charges into battle, using his bike to crash into the party. Leaping off his bike he does a rider kick*, minus the calling out of the attack, on a baddie, preferably the singer of the weird music. After taking him or her down, the Rider then goes hand to hand with the rest of the baddies.

Alright, so that tulpa? Probably an artificially-created spirit. That's risky business, so it probably isn't stable. As for what one might do with it? That's precisely the question - the tulpa would have been created with a purpose. And because of said instability, if anybody mistreats it or stops it from doing what it was meant to do, it might go mad.

My professional advice? You probably don't want to be near it when that happens.
