A 65: In the same manner as attacking with a net, except it has a maximum range of 50 feet, a range increment of 10 feet, and is effective against targets up to one size category larger than you.

A 64 The Speak Language skill only requires a single skill point per language, and unless a character is illiterate, includes the ability to read that language. Thus, a single skill point investment is sufficient to consider someone "fluent" in a language.
Deciphering obtuse RAW is a challenge generally ranging from Tough (DC 15) to Formidable (DC 25). To consistently perform a skill check on such a challenge, one might need anywhere from 5-15 ranks in the skill.
Being fluent in English (or whatever language you're currently using), you have the equivalent of one point invested, or one skill rank.
I think you can see the problem.My headache medicine has a little "Ex" inscribed on the pill. It's not a brand name; it's an indicator that it works inside an Anti-Magic Field.
Blue text means sarcasm. Purple text means evil. White text is invisible.

A 74 The Listen DC for a falling tree is not listed anywhere, so it's debatable if it makes a sound even if someone is there to hear it.
