Odd as this is, you might want to just tell that person "sorry nvm" now that you've actually said that. You've basically given us a good sized list of people who probably aren't the alpha.
Edit: Or aided the alpha in intentional misdirection. Either way, too much influence on the outcome of the game from the narrator.

I don't see how saying that affects anything. Just because Lex is waiting for the alpha to respond does not mean the alpha has to be inactive. For all we know, they might just be taking time to decide who to pick.

But if we pick another alpha, we'll be even more suspicious of anyone who is provably active during this time, which means someone less active will get chosen, which means things will take longer to get started, which means this is a ploy by the alpha to confuse us.

But we should put pressure on Lex to give her more incentive to work faster.

I am pretty paranoid about stuff the narrator says affecting the game. Both when I play and when I run. Because it actually happens more than you'd think. Now if it makes a lot of difference... that's probably up for interpretation. Or at least involves way too much work for anyone to ever bother doing to find out.

Sheesh! You people are so impatient. So, here are the final decisions for these three roles. Please, leave the discussion of how much they might affect the outcome until after the game is played out and done. You will have plenty of time to complain to the narrator then.

Heroes (Masons)- Duncan (A.K.A. Man-At-Arms), adopted daughter Teela, Malcolm (Fisto), and possibly Duncan's best friend, Stratos. The three or four of them start out knowing each other.

Skeletor (Alpha)- Before the game officially begins, Skeletor will choose his team. Optional: Skeletor is so powerful, he has to be lynched twice.

Trap-Jaw (Voider/Vortexxor/POWAR!)- Trap-Jaw has three powers, but he can only use one at a time, and two have a two night cool down. If he voids someone, he can't Void again for two nights, but he can Vexx or POWAR!

POWAR!- Gives one player's vote the POWAR of two. This is a once per game ability, and cannot be used on himself.

Vortexxor- Causes all points at one player to be deflected to another player via sending two names at night. The players are individually told if points for them are being “vortexxed”, but not if they are on the "sending" or "receiving" end.

Voider- Nulls a players Power or the night, but not their votes for the day.

Night 0

The Sorceress and the Sorceress were busy trying to figure out who was the real Guardian of Grayskull. She was not amused, as this was no time for Orko's foolish trickery. Though, she suspected there was more behind this than just a mishap of magic, almost as if it were intentional.

After the Sorceress brought the news, King Randor called for his most trusted warriors. Slowly the greatest warriors across Eternia began to assemble in the throne room, then spread out to talk amongst themselves. Never had the King and Queen called for so many to appear before them all at once. This gave a sense of urgency as more continued to walk through the doors. They all looked around, wondering where He-Man was. Where could the mightiest of them all be at such a time.

Prince Adam wondered this himself. He kept trying to step away, to find an excuse to leave and then return as He-Man. But Queen Marlena was keeping a sharp eye on him, and would not let him go, for fear that he would be captured and used as bait.

But then a great uproar began to sweep through the room. The joyful murmur grew louder as those closest to the entrance saw the man they'd been waiting for. The heroes parted, allowing He-Man to walk forward, and kneel before the royal couple. Prince Adam was certainly surprised at the sight. Teela, thinking him just impressed, lifted her Prince's fallen jaw up.

But as they watched, 'He-Man' looked up suddenly at King Randor, "Bow before the power of Skeletor!" He says, and begins to emit a grayish-purple gas from his mouth.

Those immediately around him charge forward, but the gas instantly fills their lungs, and they fall to their knees, hacking and coughing. Their eyes burn as the magic begins to mess with their minds. When the gas is gone, the heroes look around them. Faker is no longer among them, but deep within, they know that there are now too many of them. They have been inflitrated.
