Shape-shifters 3

It's been a little while, but I'm back with a re-balanced version of Shape-shifters!

I'll be doing a story intro post when the game starts, but for now it's enough to know that the game is set in a comic-book style world with frantic scientists and pseudo-super heroes in a city beset by darkness, lies, and mad science!

The Rules:
During every day phase, all players will vote in red for a living player to be removed from the game (lynch)
During every night phase, the Villain team will decide on a living player to remove from the game (kill)
If a player does not cast a vote for a living player for 2 or more day cycles they will be auto-lynched. (Even if their votes are known to be voided)

All actions other than voting can only be performed during a night phase

All Villains can 'shape-shift' for one night by voiding their own unique power for that night cycle and their vote for the following day cycle. While shape-shifted, all imperfect scrys targeting that person will result in interference.
If two or more scrys are targeting a single player, all imperfect scrys targeting that player will result in interference.
Imperfect scrys only reveal alignment (Good/Villain/Interference). Perfect scrys never result in interference and always provide the target's full power-role as a result. Death always resolves before scrying

All Good roles are revealed on death, while all Villain roles are shown as 'Citizen' on death, but are revealed at the beginning of the next day cycle.

All Villains start the game in contact with one another. The Villain team wins when their number equals the number of Good players

Reaper:
The Reaper can target a player to perform an unstoppable 'perfect kill' during one night phase. This perfect kill replaces the usual night kill. This ability can only be used once.

Psion: (Devil)
The Psion can perform an imperfect scry on a target during every night phase. If successful, this scry will also reveal the full power role of the target.

Clairvoyant:
The Clairvoyant can void his/her own vote during the next day phase to receive the names of every scry target during the current night phase. Neither the names of the scriers, nor the roles of the targets are revealed. This ability is immune to any and all interference and does not create any interference. This ability can only be used 3 times.

Interdictor:
The Interdictor can void his/her own point during the next day phase to give interference to all scrys during the current night phase. This ability can only be used 3 times.

Hypnotist:
The Hypnotist can target a player during every night phase. During the next day phase the target's vote will be voided and the Hypnotist's vote will count as three votes. However, if the target votes for the Hypnotist, the Hypnotist's vote is voided and the target's vote counts as three votes (Hero Hammerton's vote counts as nine only when his power is activated and pointing against the Hypnotist). If the Hypnotist votes for him/herself, the vote counts as one vote.

Harvester:
The Harvester collects votes toward him/herself throughout the game (These include Hero Hammerton's votes and do not include voided votes) and can, during any night phase, use his/her ability. During the next day phase, the player that the Harvester votes for will have all of the votes in the Harvester's pool accrued toward him/her for that day phase. All votes toward the Harvester during the same day phase do not count toward the Harvester's pool. The Harvester's pool of votes is reset after the ability is used. The Harvester is not aware of how many votes are in the pool at any time.

Chaff:
The Chaff have no abilities other than voting and shape-shifting.

The Good team wins when all of the Villain players are removed from the game.

Hero Hammerton:
Hero can choose during every night phase to have his vote count as 3 during the next day phase. Hero starts the game knowing the identity of Sly Sidekick.

Sly Sidekick: (Baner)
Sly can target a player during every night phase to protect them from a normal night kill. This does not protect from the Reaper's perfect kill. Starts the game knowing Hero Hammerton.

Lady Charity: (Day Baner)
Charity can target a player during any night phase to protect them from a lynch during the next day phase. This does not prevent the target from accruing votes. If the target would normally be lynched, no one will be lynched during that day phase. This ability can only be used 3 times.

Head Researcher: (Seer)
The Head Researcher can perform an imperfect scry on a target during every night phase. They can also perform a perfect scry during one night phase. This ability can only be used once.

Rival Researcher: (Replacement Seer)
The Rival Researcher can perform an imperfect scry on a target during any night phase AFTER the Head Researcher has died. They can also perform a perfect scry during one night phase. This ability can be used on any night phase (even while the Head Researcher is alive), but can only be used once.

Scientists: (Masons)
The Scientists start the game knowing the identity of the other Scientists.

Citizens: (Villager)
The Citizens have no abilities other than voting.

Day cycles will generally be about 48 hours long, but may be extended due to the possibly drastic changes in total votes. Night cycles will be between 24 and 48 hours depending on participation. Days and nights may be extended on request. Final vote tallies are taken immediately at the end of the day cycle. The first player to reach the highest number of total votes for that day will be lynched. Any posts with votes that have been edited before the end of the day will count in the order of their edited time-stamp and any posts with votes edited after the end of the day may not be tallied. When changing your vote, please make sure to strike-through old votes for ease of tallying.

Not all of the roles will be used for the game depending on the number of signups. The roles not being used will be listed at the start of the game.

Nothing! Town doesn't have any other vote manipulation powers, though. He can sometimes be easy for wolves to spot, which can lead them to Sly. Hero died very early in the last two games in which he was unable to turn his power off.
