Re: Avatar Battle Royale V: Salmon and his Lackeys
Well, since for the time being it looks like the Unseen Revolution has met a peaceful end pending negotiations, I can make a pro-plot movement sometime tomorrow (It being 23:36 here).
Glad you like the Sparta comic though

Re: Avatar Battle Royale V: Salmon and his Lackeys
Well I'm fighting forrestfire right now. But I only fought to attack the citadel. Which apparently I shouldn't attack cause threeshades invited you for tea. But my excuse is because my character wasn't aware of that statement. hmmm.... should I stop the fight to further the plot. Or fight the person who hurt my dragon

Due to this comic. So the question now is "What are your demands?"

Re: Avatar Battle Royale V: Salmon and his Lackeys
Any critique on the accent?
Also, are you on Team good or Team Evil, Lyinginbedmon? I know you went to the CG afterlife, but you cast a vile spell, and you seemed to be allied with Threeshades before you died.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale V: Salmon and his Lackeys
I imagine doing so would be fairly fruitless, using it on the projectors would have more impact.
I suppose I'm something of a Mordenkainen figure. I started out with Threeshades, purely because I dominated her and she was (apparently, there's been little refute) my minion.
Then, I got to meet all these interesting people, whose sole desire was to slaughter each other. I've got dominated people all over the globe (Dawn is still unaccounted for speaking of which...), it never quite occured to me then to actually worry about them.
Then I died saving them all from certain doom by the Sovices, and got sent to this afterlife that I didn't intend to stay in. And I hear all this stuff about how it's supposed to be great and how I'm getting promoted to high ranks of the angels, but nothing about what I can do to help the people down below, save maybe slaying a particularly cowardly demon using someone as a human shield.
So then I Wish my way out of it and I've been playing for the Neutral Good option since. I only cast the 1 Vile spell, in defence of the planetary population no less.
EDIT: As for the accent, I can't really commentLast edited by Lyinginbedmon; 2007-10-29 at 06:51 PM.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale V: Salmon and his Lackeys
OK, Mecha-Nightwing and his vast horde of spectral mooks have arrived! Details, with some tiresome exposition, tomorrow.
Spoiler
Hopefully this will give everyone the chance for some new unified plot directions, together with the opportunity for mass killing.
I do respectfully request, however, that the killing doesn't start without a direct quote from '300'.
EDIT:Squark, your new character is great - reminds me of Darius Jedburgh, from 'Edge of Darkness'. Now that's given me a couple of decent ideas ...Last edited by Illiterate Scribe; 2007-10-29 at 07:04 PM.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale V: Salmon and his Lackeys
Sylvester McCoy meets Yoda meets James Bond. Not bad!
Assuming we consider that to be canon, did it just have to be the most hated and loathed character in the entire thread series? I want to slaughter them, but Geneva contradicts it!Last edited by Lyinginbedmon; 2007-10-29 at 07:05 PM.

Be careful around them until
I can be bothered to explain their backstorythe next strip goes up. A question to ponder would be how on earth Nightwing got so ridiculously powerful ...
Oh, and thanks, Salmon - I came in at a very lucky time, with everyone gathered in one place.

Expect Salmon and Leroy to come outside for some kung fu action with Nightwing and his friends once we're done with the guards.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale V: Salmon and his Lackeys
oooh! Randomizer becomes canonical! What? Isn't he the biggest nightwing killer of them all?
And how did it switch to night all of a sudden?
Lastly, who was the Cyborg from the early comics who dissapeered after the 2nd key appeared?
EDIT: Also, who is Nightwing?Last edited by Squark; 2007-10-29 at 07:55 PM.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale V: Salmon and his Lackeys
That was Omega.
You're kidding.. right? Nightwing is the biggest spammer in Avatar Battle Royale history. He kept narrating the fights when we could clearly see what's happening, then he became a punching bag for everybody. He's become something of an ABR legend now.Avatar and photo by Dr. Bath.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale V: Salmon and his Lackeys
Well....I think 300 quotes have been overdone lately...how about a clasic quote? Also, someone else can quote from 300 when they start the slaughter...I just cannot wait ...
SpoilerBraveheart FTW !!!
Also, if you want to find out what happened in Black Mesa...buy the book "Crouching Crowbar"....just joking...maybe I will draw it later...Last edited by Bayar; 2007-10-30 at 03:45 AM.

Re: Avatar Battle Royale V: Salmon and his Lackeys
Yup, Braveheart. That's in my DVD collection, admittedly. Although it must be said, that quote itself is overdone and cliche these days.
Okay, barring a brief interlude for Stargate Atlantis, I should have my next submission later tonight
