Wait, I was under the impression that the Drow brothers are the protagonists...
You dont have to have mostly human protagonists in a comic (as it can lead to racism...towards other races...)

He's a Tin-man from the Oz campaign setting. Preety good stats for only a +1 LA, except for getting slowed when hit by water based attacks.
