It does in my world. Meanings change over time.

((No. It means that the buttons you press, the pressure you put on the yoke/joystick, all are interpreted electronically, and the impulses are then electronically sent to engine, ailerons, rudder, etc. Basically digitalized controls.))
Oh. I should hope that not too many pilots come to rely on this in the future...
That's silly, especially in a combat situation, or even just for when the weather is bad...

Re: GLoG VI: Thread of One Thousand Plots
Kris will help Randy if he wants, though will probably make a few minor mistakes, not having worked with one of these.
If not, he leaves.

I don't need help; just finishing up now. I then go to the locker room and get out of my flight outfit. Aaaand... Great. No clothes in my locker here.
I put back on my flight outfit, and head to the base proper. This avatar by Phase.

Re: GLoG VI: Thread of One Thousand Plots
Susan sets the drones to cleaning up from the battle the night before. She sporks up a morgue for the body, unsure what is to be done with it. Would they bury him in his own coffin? Cremate him? Try to ressurrect him? Could a vampire even be ressurrected? If he could come back, wouldn't he just go crazy again trying to protect his wife?
Susan feared that Fanboy's corpse would soon have company in the morgue. She only hoped that if so, it would be Turtle and not one of her victims. Maybe then, the madness would stop.

Re: GLoG VI: Thread of One Thousand Plots
Um... I don't actually know. This is the first time I've been out of the Library since Fanboy and Happyturtle's wedding...
Yeah, there's been an imposter going around, injecting people people with liquefied evil and drawing the good out of them, and spreading dissent among GLoG and HALO. Some of the less rational members of both guilds have been fighting each other. Magtok and AMEN decided to make it worse by taking Turtle's side, making us look like the bad guys to them.Originally Posted by Lord Magtok

Re: GLoG VI: Thread of One Thousand Plots
Magtok isn't pretending to be good. He's pretending he cares about Turtle. Which he might. Possibly. Either way I'm going to empty a barrel of rust monster venom on him the next time I see him. Or shoot him. That works too.

Re: GLoG VI: Thread of One Thousand Plots
Huh. Well, I'll see what I can do to find a cure for this injectable evil stuff. But for now, I need to get dressed. I head into my room, get dressed in long sleeved black shirt, and jeans. Then I bring another outfit into the airbase's locker room, as well as the flight suit, and head back to the kitchen.

When Randy comes back in.
Tempest from HALO is also working on a cure. We've been working together in trying to end the conflicts, but some people from both organizations just can't be reasoned with.
I can send him a message saying you'd be willing to help.Originally Posted by Lord Magtok

... Boudica becomes angry at her mistake and searches through time for a few minutes. Oh, I see. How interesting. Maybe someone will be able to find a cure for you, but I am too busy to do it.
She then leaves.

Ignore that edit, I have two minutes.
As much as it is tempting to kill you in person, I have work. I may send a cleanup team later... Maybe make Toby kill you personally, I'm sure he would hate that...“Me quoque per multos similis fortuna labores

Yes Inigo Montoya. I can afford to be humble now: you made me vulnerable. You were and are a threat to me, an insignficant one, but a threat none the less...
And deadtime now.Last edited by FireFox; 2008-09-30 at 09:36 AM.
