I think that if you dropped Serrin in the middle of the Battle for Azure City with a huge spellbook and a bunch of scrolls after hopping her up on six pounds of candy, another pound and a half of chocolate, and some heavily-sugared coffee with extra espresso shots...

Tinder is masquerading as a 9th level character, but where does his true power as a young dragon fit in relation to that? Is he like a standard young adult green dragon?

Yeah, they cast as 3rd level sorceror. Underwhelming to say the least. But his real strength is that he's really dangerous in melee, and he can fly. At least, when he's not in human form.
