UNA peacekeepers have blue helmets like in this picture and a Sovice block on their chest, although freelancers can choose to or not to wear that uniform.

Locked in combat or on patrol, a blue helmet and a huge picture of a block on your chest is a great way to get spotted and shot. If you go all out, however, and put an actual block on your chest, you have a small chance of stopping the bullet.

Yeah, but the United Nations Intelligence Agency tracks down rebels. We'd have a different or no uniform.

If we end up using a different uniform, I'd be glad to allow my character's to be used. I can paste some more pics of the armorweave and/or cloak for any who need to draw intelligence agents.

Unless their role is peacekeeping between rival factions, rather than direct combat operations, in which case a blue helmet is saying "If you shoot this guy, you will be in big trouble". Of course, thats for situations where group A is fighting group B, so the peacekeepers come in and try to stop them, and neither group A nor group B really wants to go toe-to-toe with said peacekeepers, instead just trying to sneakily attack the other group while the peacekeepers arn't looking.

The "Blue Helmet" thing dosn't work if the peackeepers are the actual targets, such as they would be for the Resistance.
I say we give them a generic armor design that gets repainted depending on where they are deployed (Grey for cities, green for forests, yellow for deserts, ect) not quite camo-print, becuase that would be tough to do in Inkscape, but the same general principle.

Liandri is (usually) friendly (except towards his adversaries and opponents on the battle field) and is the sort of person you would much rather have as an ally then as an enemy.

Background:
Liandri inherited his assets from his parents and was named after an ancestor that started up the Liandri Mining Corporation, he was taught by the best lecturers that money could buy but when he found out about the fact that his family sponsored an underground contest known as The "Tournament", he bought out the rights to it and commissioned it to be "publicized".
Over the next few years, the "Tournament" gained corperative status and Liandri gained an urge to compete under the alias of Xan Kriegor (who was believed to be a reprogrammed mining robot).
When his family found out they passed all the rights and assets to Liandri Mining Corporation and the "Tournament" to Jerl's younger brother.
Outraged, Jerl ran away from his family along with a large sum of money which he used to invest in some "Underworld dealings", he figured that as the "Tournament" began there, so would he.
He made up his own fortune and created a team of Mercenaries to aid him in raiding the next "Tournament" and steal the weapon tech.
He then took off into space and found his way to a world named: "Avbaroy" in the "Viktor System".
And decided to Aid in the current conflict so that afterward he could repeat his families success in creating his own Tournament.

Powers/Abilities:
Liandri has no Magic Powers and can't cast Spells.
He makes up for this lack of Magical Power with his natural ability to... shoot things.
His experience taking part in the "Tournament" has meant that he has a natural ability to stay alive and keep his head in a fire fight.
He also seems to be able to grasp the way even the most complicated weapons and Technology work with relative ease.
His aim is second to none and he is capable with all ranged weaponry (his lack of experience in CQC means that he is poor at melee combat).
(The fact he has a lot of Assets means nothing to him, as he has learnt that the planet he is currently on uses a completely different Monetary System to that of what he is used to.)

I could always just handwave and say your attempt to shut out the communications failed. Keris was meant to come from a world with technology millennia ahead of Plot 3.

But they don't see him! They can't even transmit signals! And even if they could they're directly controlled by Nancy's brain!

I come up with a proper, pseudoscientific way to stop you from doing exactly this, and your proposed solution is to handwave it.
"It's an obstacle, sir! What should we do?"
"The only thing we can do, private. We ignore the hell out of it."

I don't want to be rude, but I don't really like your character. He doesn't make much sense. I mean, an alien completely identical to a human ? I'd prefer you to make characters native to Avbaroy and characters who have a technology lower than Modern Earth (industrial revolution would be best, unless he comes from Schizotec [the only place allowed to have high-technology]).

How about octo-camo like in MGS? That'd be really easy in Inkscape... All you have to do is remove the fill =D

I'd prefer you to make characters native to Avbaroy and characters who have a technology lower than Modern Earth (industrial revolution would be best, unless he comes from Schizotec [the only place allowed to have high-technology]).

With all due respect MM, you can't really tell someone what their characters can and can't be, he's not really braking any ABR rules.
