No, you can't. But you can roll the lowest number possible, which is a 1. Note that I didn't ask if he critically failed the check. And while lizardfolk don't have a penalty to Charisma, it wouldn't surprise me if that were a dump stat for K'seliss, possibly meaning he can roll a negative on his Diplomacy check. Some psychiatrist on YouTube replied to one of Thunt's latest videos telling him to stop: horrible music in loop can be devastating to one's mental health, to such a point that it can be used as a form of torture. I'm kind of concerned about Thunt right now, I can't stand 10 seconds of Bieber and I imagine he's under extreme pressure. Not funny at all.
