The night passed by, with the Kinsmen once again unaware of behind-the-scenes dealings with hidden figures. What was to be noticed was a hooded figure slipping over to the lovable ambassador’s rotund body, and placing an herb into his mouth. After whispering a few sacred words and waving their hands in a few select gestures, the hooded figure disappeared into the night. Fat Tony awoke, rubbing his head. What had happened last night?

Champion of the daystar and champion of the nightstar should definitely claim. Fat Tony should then be protected from recruitment almost every night. It may also be a good idea to start a completely separate network of all scriers to organize scries and keep interference to a minimum.

While I cannot agree with the accusation, I do agree with the logic Istari presents. Potentially anyone could become an Anzjiel or Dyviil at any time (OOC: assuming I understand the mechanics correctly), including our friend Tony, unless they have a self-bane ability. I don't think there are any other-bane abilities in this game.

As for who to select for the day, I am going to give billtodamax a random point. I'm not even sure what criteria we should be looking for at the moment.

I assume it's not appropriate in other games, but is PMing ghosts appropriate in this one? I could see why that could be a problem, but as I'm reading the rules, ghosts can still be recruited even after being slain.

Technically Anzjiel and Dyviil are roles. The sides are town, Celestial, and Infernal. But yes, anyone could be potential recruited at any time. Except for certain people or certain times (except for at exactly 4:12 am ).

Yes, it's fine for people to pm ghosts, or ghost to pm people, or ghosts and people to talk to each other in thread, or in QTs, or to goats or ghost of goats or goats of ghosts or whatever.

The champion of the night star also protects from night kills, and Tony will likely be baned most of the time if they are paying any attention.
