Mostly, but ofcourse the blood in his veins have been replaced with another nutrient carrying fluid, so that his mechanical parts and bioloical can interact more smoothly. Otherwise he would be utterly rid of emotions, as we still need glands to produce certain hormones, that renders us happy or in love. These are not all situated in the brain though.
