Re: Vote Up a Campaign Setting (3E/4E)
It definetely won't be a remake of Al-Qadim. We've been conferencing about that. Not to mention you folks killed the Fate theme, which was pre-eminent in Al-Qadim.
While I shall certainly be examining that material for useful information, our finished product will play much differently.A System-Independent Creative Community:

Monkey-birds? I'm sure I haven't the slightest idea what you're referring to.

I think I can certify that there will be none of those in the setting.

Re: Vote Up a Campaign Setting (3E/4E)
My vote goes to Infinite Gods. I love the idea of everything containing a spark of divine energy. If the spark is nurtured correctly, a being can become extremely powerful. As the universe is so old, there are literally thousands of true gods around.

Just to heighten anticipation: The next vote is one one my favorite ones. It's the first chance in quite some time to determine real setting flavor.

Re: Vote Up a Campaign Setting (3E/4E)
I would like to change my vote to infinite gods please. If only because one god seems to be winning and that is possibly my least favourite option. Yes, it is very petty... but... well just meh.

Re: Vote Up a Campaign Setting (3E/4E)
The votes are in, & the winning Religion (by a nose) is One Single God!
So next, I need you guys (& girls) to vote on the setting’s Cosmology. Votes will be tallied regularly. As always, please only vote for 1 cosmology type, & please peruse the voting rules. Thank you for voting.
Cosmology
{table=head]Cosmology
One Single Plane
Yin/Yang Planes
Nested Realities
Islands in a Stormy Sea
Great Wheel of Planes
Infinite Possibilities
Parallel Universes[/table]
For the record, I believe AfroAkuma will be providing explanations for each option shortly.

Islands in a Stormy Sea, but I may change it once AfroAkuma provides explanations.

Re: Vote Up a Campaign Setting (3E/4E)
I think this one defiantly needs an explanation, besides the Great Wheel option, and the single plane of obviously.

Re: Vote Up a Campaign Setting (3E/4E)
I think I get all of them. Ying/yang isn't like DC's bull**** Earth X (or whatever) crap (which I think got retconned into nonexistance, hopefully) where everything is just the opposite for some reason, is it?
