It's just about the accent, plus I can't help but remember autralian accents as spoken by Paul Hogan aka Crocodile Dundee. I'm sorry to force this stigma upon you, but I just can't help it... (I know family of mine in australia who have notably less accent, but still dundee is the baseline for the accent)

but yeah, Australia has almost no animals the rest of the world has in abundance, but in stead of that they have their own set of flora and fauna nobody else has... Pity most of those animals are either poisonous, strong, deadly in other ways or any combination of the previous.

Agreed. Do not drink the thread under any circumstances. The levels of crazy around here can reach levels equal to seventeen kilozans. For a point of reference, a swarm of Budgies is only equivalent to one kilozan, unless said swarm happens to be accompanied by the Budgie Emperor.
Fortunately, tales of dead bodies floating in the thread are exaggerated. Those are usually consumed by scavengers within the first few hours.

I'm actually really glad Australia is the focal point for horrifying wild life, if only because it means that it's not spread out amoung the world. If the ENTIRE WORLD had their own creepy crawly that could kill you by staring at your ankles, it'd kinda suck.

No. A tangled mass of twigs makes a different silhouette against the sky, that's foliage. It's also more greeny-gray than brown, the colour one would expect from the leaves of a tree in such a dry region.

Looks brown to me. Given, some spots are a bit difficult to analyse at this low resolution, and could be leaves rather than budgie wings...

Only that your criteria are clearly biased against trees that strive through periods of drought and arid conditions the likes of which have probably not been seen in Sweden for who knows how long.

You know, Sweden gets several months of drought each year as well. The only difference is that we call it "winter" over here.

That depends. I never said that there would be an infinite amount of budgies present at the same moment, only that the swarm would be endless, or ineradicable. Perhaps they spawn in budgie/anti-budgie pairs with energy borrowed from the future, and then fly off to their respective swarms...

Due to the difficulties in militarising lasers effectively, we keep those for industrial purposes.

In future, I suggest you read up on these things instead of using experimentation to determine what is and what is not good for your health.
And your life is awesome if you can be bothered writing essays on things despite their brevity.

Well, I do prefer reading to actual experimentation, most of the time, especially when it involves someone's health. But it was an unmissable opportunity.

And many of my walls of text are essays in disguise. I think people would get worried if I went a while without a wall of text. They'd also be pretty relieved (perhaps) that they'd not have to read/skim aforementioned wall-o'-text.

I did Romeo and Juliet in grade ten because I really didn't want to do Merchant of Venice and then Macbeth in year eleven.
As well as the Cruicible and The One Day (A horrible play by the way, so outdated it's just not relevant any more.)

Well I can understand that some people might find the anti-Semitic sentiments in Merchant uncomfortable to read and study. I'd actually have leapt at the chance to do Merchant. I'm guessing that Macbeth was mandatory in Y11 from your wording?
Never read the other two plays though, but I am told The Crucible is interesting.

Not that I really cared. I had an awesome English teacher for it. And I didn't mind the play at all. One has to remember through all of it that Shakespeare was writing popular entertainment as well as more serious works.

Just because it was popular doesn't mean it's not worth studying! This is why popular and popular prose romances are overlooked. Just because they were popular or derivative doesn't mean they should be overlooked.
If anything, popular entertainment is worth studying to find out what was commonly used, to extrapolate why a certain trope/mytheme/story wasn't as common/popular/fell out of use and so on.
After all, if it was popular there has to be a reason.
