Re: Grave Robbers from Outer Space - game thread
"I have come to save the day, wait, what, the director picked others, oh well." It looks like the voice actors ego has been damaged the last couple of days. He turns to Philistine, "Why take such an unhonorable name, sure it is better than a coward, but... He shakes his head at him.

Re: Grave Robbers from Outer Space - game thread
For all those accusing me, just remember that I'm a total n00b and this is my first game. If my activity seems a bit suspicious its only because I am trying to roleplay my character, the delivery man.
Please don't kill the man who has brought the flowers, gauze, and paint for this wonderful production!

Re: Grave Robbers from Outer Space - game thread
Absent for a day, Miss Winter walks down the stairs and looks around. "Ugh, my head is pounding... what was all of that screaming, anyway? Did one of y'all little girls spot a mousey?" Today she's sporting a hot pink shirt with the words "Carolina Girl" scrawled across her chest. "Hey, wait a minute. Where's Shadow?" A look of brief panic flits across her face. Then she spots him in the crowd and sighs.
Descending the stairs the rest of the way, she makes her way over to him. "I don't know whether to be relieved that you're still alive, or sad that you've probably survived only to drink yourself to death." Despite her words, she looks... relieved. "Besides, if anyone is going to kill you, it's going to be me."
She turns away from Shadow for a minute, looking over the assembled crowd. Shaking her head slowly, she says, "And to think I thought this would be safer than prison. Well... you know what they say, right? It hurts to admit that you've made a mistake, but it's big enough, the pain only lasts a moment."
She pauses for a moment, obviously thinking. "I guess I wasn't a big enough mistake, since you're still breathing, huh? So what do you say, 'Winter King'? Me, I make it policy never to trust a diva. They pretend to like people, but they really don't care about anyone but themselves." She frowns at the thought, and then points at Alarra. "I say we string her up. Even if we're wrong, at least we won't have to listen to her preen anymore. It's like killing bards. There's no downside!"

Re: Grave Robbers from Outer Space - game thread
Shadow.
(I've given this a lot of thought. In games in which the alpha wolf picks his team, Shadow is rarely picked. Therefore, in a non-alpha game, he has a higher chance of being a wolf than in an alpha game. This is a non-alpha game. Therefore Shadow has a higher chance of being a wolf than in an alpha game. Since Shadow has a higher chance of being a wolf. He definately needs lynched.)inner circle Legionary of Resiliance

Re: Grave Robbers from Outer Space - game thread
That post was so completely nonsensical that I'm considering changing my point based on that and "needs lynched".

*smacks with broom*
That's llama logic right there.
and this is what I think of your llama logic.
While walking around the set, doing odd errands and other needed jobs (such as unclogging the ladies toilet. Liriel wipes a hand across her face. The director was hypernated on caffiene as usual. She wasn't suprised anymore. Men were chasing women around and not doing any work. Normal. A llama was prancing around the set. Boring.
Wait. A llama? What would Atreyu be doing here!?

*smellie_hippie looks at the movie script that has been written on a post-it note*
A silent film? Silent!?
What the hell good is my fake Scottish accent that I was hired for going to do me for a silent film!? That's just not fair... I mean maybe I never went to Julliard or earned my SAG card, but come on!!
It worked for Mel Brooks.

and these pills are supposed to make you go away...
I'd expect some Two-bit Doctor might tell you that...
I've got nothing against that guy... it's Philistine that I'm worried about...
Did you forget that this was supposed to be silent?

Re: Grave Robbers from Outer Space - game thread
Let's think about this, shall we?
This is an Alpha game.
Do you want to know the last time I was chosen by an Alpha Wolf?
It was April, 2007. Over 18 months ago.
There's a reason for that.... I get scried. Early.
For an Alpha to choose me, it's the same as that Alpha choosing to start with one less teammate.
It doesn't happen.
Ever.
Even the llama, whose logic you seem to want to follow, said so right in his post. So his logic dictates that I probably wasn't chosen.
Which, of course, is correct.

Re: Grave Robbers from Outer Space - game thread
Actually, it was way back in Rebellion II.
Pirates - I started the game as a good guy and was recruited later.
There's no recruitment in this game.

Re: Grave Robbers from Outer Space - game thread
Pirates 2? I was Hook and I got to pick Smee. I picked you as Smee, and you got scried and lynched within a few days. It kind of worked out in our favour since we had already found the baner, and the seer outed themselves to get you killed, which let us kill the baner and then the seer. But it was luck that we found the baner, and I shouldn't have picked so obvious a choice for an alpha game. (we did win though )

Re: Grave Robbers from Outer Space - game thread
Was that after Rebellion?
Either way, that was the last time and it was a loooooooong time ago.
You explained the reason yourself. Scried & lynched.
and if I recall, it was my suggestion to scry Faerwain - the Baner
Hell, I remember asking you why you chose me back then! I couldn't imagine an Alpha doing it now.Last edited by Shadow; 2008-11-04 at 10:59 AM.

Re: Grave Robbers from Outer Space - game thread
When the Seer outs himself as such with no protection, it has been lovingly referred to as "pulling a Bookman."
