I have a request. Here it goes:

A chibi woman. This is my town character. She should be hiding behind a couch or something, using a stool to fend off... an angry toilet. It should have angry eyes and fangs and looks menacing.

As for the girl herself, she has shoulder length black hair, and wears a gray tank-top and black skirt. She has two scars on her forehead, where little devil horns would be. If her back is showing, something not required, she should have scars where wings would be on an angel. She also has a scar going from the left side of her neck down her left shoulder and ending before the elbow.
