Re: Werewolf: Classic XIII
Reasonably care-free, Lady Tialait skipped along the street towards the Square where they had all agreed to meet today. For the longest time she had awoken to another death being reported on the radio. Today…only a cat! Now she loved animals but not as much as people. Today will be a good day. She had told herself as she got out of bed.
I’m sure everyone else will want to celebrate with me too…I know! I’ll bake them some cakes.
Quickly Lady Tialait had set to baking honey cakes, chocolate cakes, seed cakes and Victoria sponges.
This is going to make me a tad late. she had thought as she got the cakes out of the oven for cooling and transport but that won’t matter. I’ll join the back of the meeting through a side street or something and no one’s the wiser…assuming that everyone pays me no attention of course.
As she rounded the last corner to the square she stopped skipping. FAR from slipping in unnoticed she was being pointed at by a good third of everyone who was pointing
There she is! They shouted. Get her!
Wait! Stop! She pleaded.
What have I done?
I’m sorry for being late?
Look…cakes!
However, nothing seemed to assuage them.
A booming voice cut through the noise of the crowd. Yesterday – You said this!
Holding up a video camera he rolled back some footage…
Wait a minute. Look if you add dramatic sound effects like that of course people are going to take it the wrong way! I just meant that the whole Razovor/Ramsus/Rakkoon thing struck me as a cunning ploy!
A likely story! String her up!
No listen. It’s not me. I don’t want ANYONE to die. I just want the killing to stop. I’m neutral. Neutral - do you hear? I can help you! Why won’t you all just stop the killing?!
You can’t be neutral. Know why? Because if you’re not with us – you’re against us.
Any last words?
The noose was round Lady Tialait’s neck now and still she could not wish pain on anyone but she wanted to scream out her frustration…
As the executioner reached out to pull the lever she bellowed I HOPE THE CAKES TASTE REALLY BAD! and said no more.
The cakes were delicious.
Summary: Lady Tialait was Lynched. She was The Neutral Baner…ok, She was a Villager.
Night 3 begins now and ends in about 28 hours.

Re: Werewolf: Classic XIII
Drats. This is the second(?) time she's done that to avoid the lynch. Pretty sure the other time she was innocent too. I was convinced she was being clever and using that to make it look like there was a pattern. Apparently it just is a pattern. Oh well, at least I have cake. *Takes off clothes and runs around naked celebrating delicious cake.* (As promised!)

Look on the bright side, at least it's not the Seer, Baner or a Mason.
Plus we got two or three contesting bandwagons there. If we're lucky they might tell us something useful.

Sanctuary 8
Story time was working well. A little treat at the end of the week gave the children something to look forward to and a reason to behave. Sebastian especially had found reserves of patience she hadn’t believed possible.
Ok Children! Settle down and we’ll continue the story of Sanctuary 13.
Hastily they gathered around and she began to read We pick up our story with The Tale of Findar’s Folly.
Ever since he was very small Findar Els had loved stories especially those about adventure, about new found lands and exploring! When anyone asked him in school “what he wanted to be when he grew up” he’d always tell them I’m going to be an explorer! and they’d look at him with quiet pity in their eyes. He didn’t notice this though and walked around carrying a bullwhip and wearing a hat styled after his all time favourite hero/explorer – Indiana Jones!
He explored every nook and cranny of Sanctuary 13 and was generally a happy child. It wasn’t until he was fifteen that two shocking revelations came to him one after another.
1) Indiana Jones was not an historical figure about whom films were based – he was a character.
2) He could never leave the sanctuary!
He’d known for years, of course, that he couldn’t open the door or leave but he’d believed that to only be temporary. His explorer dreams rested on one day being able to walk outside and taste free air! This could not happen in his life time.
He spiralled in on himself becoming snappy and when old enough to consume alcohol (18 years old in Sanctuary 13) he did so to excess and became very silly far too often.
Findar in desperation took to the Internet. What he couldn’t do in real life he’d have to simulate in a virtual world. He took the online handle “Forum Explorer” and it’s believed he did so purely to help simulate his dream; the correspondence between his initials and those of his handle being an accident, but no one is sure.
While he roamed far and wide online it didn’t satisfy him and one fateful day found him in his local haunt “The Doorway” where, as we know his hat was stolen. Due a mixture of that, his silly state and his innate desire to open the door…he did so and out went a pair of innocent (reasonably) bystanders and in came all the troubles.
Now a few weeks later and Fin regretted not leaving the sanctuary with that pair ever since that night. Especially since over the last few days a series of horrible murders have pushed the town into an infighting mass lynch mob. At the time he hadn’t thought about leaving…he’d just wanted his hat back. If he had thought he’d have chosen against it because of the horrible viruses out there….but, he now knew, he was immune.
Walking back home from a full sanctuary meeting where there had been delicious cake Findar heard the patter of clawed paws on the street behind him. Turning round slowly he saw the dusk light gleaming off the coats of an advancing wolf pack!
He ran for it! Findar knew all the alleys and broken fences. All the low walls and the convenient flag poles that any decent explorer could lash and swing on. These things gave him enough edge to stay ahead of the pack as he moved towards the door.
Reaching it, he pushed the button to get it open and the door slowly lifted up for the second time! Just then the quickest wolf reached and snapped at his leg. Luckily for Findar only his jeans were caught but the wolf still had him and was dragging him back away from the door.
Desperately Findar kicked the wolf in the muzzle and made for the door again. It had already begun to close though and Findar had to slide and roll to squeeze under it. Just as he did so his long lost hat blew out of a side street on a gust of wind and landed right by the door!
A quick snatch and Fin was outside! With his hat! Exploring!
Fin died of starvation & radiation poisoning in the nuclear wasteland within a week.
Summary: Forum Explorer was Killed. He was a Villager
Day 4 begins now and ends in about 48 hours.

Re: Werewolf: Classic XIII
I'm still pretty convinced that wolves were worried that we might lynch one of them (either Rakkoon or Ramsus) so they started the bandwagon on Razovor. I'm more suspicious of Rakkoon than Ramsus, though.

Re: Werewolf: Classic XIII
TigerFang. The first person to point means nothing. Wolves aren't going to start a bandwagon from scratch, it's way too much work and far too dangerous. Much easier to sneak a couple of votes in at the end or not vote for them at all if the villagers are forming them on their own.
Though you ARE pointing third which is a very dangerous thing to do as well.Last edited by Duneyrr; 2011-06-16 at 02:37 PM.

Re: Werewolf: Classic XIII
Missed this yesterday.
That's what stood out; the fact that he joined the biggest bandwagon, early, for no stated reason . The wolves are usually the ones who quietly join in, or who restate what someone else has said, at least early on (unless a wolf is up for lynch).

Well, his posts are contradicting your thoughts that wolves join quietly:
And this is a example for quiet joining:

I guess I'll give a explanation for voting for TigerFang, if everyone wants me to.
It's pretty much what Duneyrr said:

Re: Werewolf: Classic XIII
All of those that suddenly started voting for me are... either wolves, masons or related in some other way.
I personally think at least one of them is a wolf and I am going to give you my reasons behind it not some random "That's wolf logic that is". I hope you will just have the patience to read my entire post.
First thing that made me suspicious of internet flea was the way he voted against razovor. There where two nice bandwagons... rakkoon and ramsus why the need for a third one? Unless he wanted to divert the atention off one of the two. (And you can check Internet Flea really was the virst to vote razovor) Now some of you might say that it's dangerous for a wolf to start a bandwagon... but that is not always true... And it's dangerous to start another bandwagon unless you have a reason. Also he might not have done it intentionally maybe he was just randomly voting like he did up until now when he started feeling threatened.
Also another fun fact. (You can check this too I just did myself). The three that just voted for me now. Not only offered really feeble or no reasons at all (awfully wolfish isn't it?) but they seemed to avoid to join any bandwagons and in general seemed to vote pretty randomly as not to attract any attention. Also... They did not go against Lady Tialat yesterday... they started voting for calar (knowing by then there was no way Lady Tialat would survive the day... ) rather randomly might I add.
So who is acting more wolfish... I have always given my reasons behind my voting. I might be completely wrong and accuse innocents... Just like they did. But at least I did not started casting random suspicions... I at least have my reasons. I am not a wolf and I am not afraid if I get lynched because it will prove that I was right. I doubt there are many here that could say that.
Edit:
P.S: Wouldn't I be a damned stupid for a wolf to be so single minded and insistent on voting on someone two days straight?
Your own silly "wolves don't start bandwagons" is going against you and for that I think you are wolves... BECAUSE! I was the one that voted against internet flea first... I started this... wolves don't draw attention on themselves like I did yesterday and today by renewing my vote like that. The fact that you are saying that wolves don't start bandwagons against a guy that started a bandwagon shows that you are not being very honest are you? How is THAT for flawed logic on your part.Last edited by TigerFang; 2011-06-16 at 01:34 PM.

Re: Werewolf: Classic XIII
I got nothing today, but am ok with the bandwagons forming, as I have no info from the seer on those two.
