I know he's gotten a promotion recently, but I thought that was to "super mod."

Re: About Roland (nothing bad)
He was a Moderator, then became a Super Moderator, then was upgraded to full-on Admin maybe... 4 months ago. That's a rough ballpark though.
All that I say applies only to myself. You author your own actions and choices. I cannot and will not be responsible for you, nor are you for me, regardless of situation or circumstance.

Re: About Roland (nothing bad)
Whatever the title says, he's the closest thing to the law around these parts.

Re: About Roland (nothing bad)
I thought this was suddenly going to be a birthday thread for Roland until I got here, but yeah Roland's currently the law in these parts. I've seen this very thing come up over in board issues a while back and, what with the low number of available forum staff, Roland is more or less it when it comes to enforcement, not because of any ambition on his part, but because there just isn't the trusted manpower to take the weight off Roland's shoulders.

I thought he was just the moderator of the Friendly banter and media forums . Those are the ones I post in most, anyway. Keep up the good work.

Re: About Roland (nothing bad)
Huh. We didn't celebrate it. A pity, I like Roland, he is a great mod. Particularly compared to some of the people over at Wotc.
I would really like to see a game made by Obryn, Kurald Galain, and Knaight from these forums.
I'm not joking one bit. I would buy the hell out of that. -- ChubbyRain

If his profile is to be believed, Roland's join date was 9/24/05. I say that week is now Roland St. Jude Week!
