The Hypereux League is currently aware of three main economic projects in space. There is the asteroid mining project, of course, which has been coming along nicely. Further investment would be welcome. There is also the League's own project of developing technologies to mine He3 from gas giants, which is in the early planning stages. Project Earth's cislunar transportation project may also be of interest to you, though I believe that project is if not done than at least nearing completion. A good extension of that operation might be to expand the depot points to service more than just chemical rocketry--the Lunar-designed fusion drives, for example.

With the assistance of the UK, Project Earth has completed the ERP, and it is now available to the world.
The Environmental Revitalization Program continues, with investment from Britain and Project Earth, and reaches completion. A holistic discipline of ecology, chemistry, and the natural sciences, it has identified several methods to determining an ecological optimum in a wide range of different ecologies, and by extension permitting the restoration of a pristine ecological state. It also permits a general improvement in green technologies at a similar level of efficiency to existing technologies, thereby reducing overhead costs due to waste management and ecological impact.

Mechanical Results: Improved ECO or MOR gain rate

The results of the ERP can be purchased by any nation for + temp economy, and the pledge to not become a rival seller. For its help, the UK has rights to sell the results to European nations.

Space Transit Program
Another completed program, the space transit program offers far greater transportation at the present.
With the combined investments from Project Earth and the Hypereux League, new depots begin to come online at several Lagrange points. Designed for refueling ships enroute to or from the Earth or Moon, they promise to ease the costs of transportation for old-style chemical rockets that rely on such fuels, but there is some concern that ongoing advancement will leave them obsolete even as they are only just completed.

Project Earth recognizes the growing field of space travel. We will ensure that all materials used for the Space Transit Program find use should alternative modes of transportation prove more efficient.

Coastal Rennovation Program
Project Earth has completed preliminary research in response to the Amurian Technocracy's challenge to find solutions to improve the rising water levels. It will be an extensive, but feasible program which Project Earth will now begin.

TELEPATH's response is a public broadcast, from Tirya Varanov's office deep in the Maze, which is carved directly from the stone of the cave system, and lit solely by some sort of bioluminescent creatures, which give off a strange blue light.


"The first part of your demand is clearly unreasonable; the chemicals used have legitimate uses outside of warfare. The toxins were developed for use as industrial strength pesticides, while the hallucinogens were created for legal recreational use by TELEPATH members. Essentially, what you insist on amounts to saying that had we used normal pesticides, which can also be quite lethal, the inventors of those would be war criminals, and that countries are not permitted to have legalized and regulated drug use.

Federation and Union forces are close to pushing the Tamoachan out of their captured territory. But we see that Brazilian forces have suffered setbacks, so we ask what the feelings of your respective countries are with respect to this war.

Should we continue to pursue the Tamoachan. Or should some form of negotiations be attempted.

Our own opinion is that while a peace might be possible now, the Tamoachan will not forget their aborted invasion and will simply rearm and come back in the future, they have also shown no compunctions about using agents in the shadows to achieve their ends, and perhaps next time they will be more successful doing so.

On the other hand the Tamoachan have demonstrated a stubborn resistance. And with the war going on for a full year now it is likely that they have begun switching to a war economy. If we pursue them now we must pursue them fully, but doing so may take years of additional warfare.

1. Crush the British forces that are advancing through my territory before they can meet up with the FRA. This leaves us vulnerable to the FRA advancing but will hopefully destroy the bulk of the enemy

2. Destroy the FRA forces and block the British forces from getting anywhere. They've lost their supply lines and my lands don't have the resources to supply forces of that size. Plus my populace is unfriendly to them and will weaken them through gurrilla actions.

3. A direct attack against Britain. Hit them hard and burn their cities to the ground. Turnabout is fair play after all. Plus they are already losing public support for this war. A hard push will hopefully not only force them to return home but break their morale. At the very least it would be extremely damaging to their economy. This could backfire as it would be very bad PR and could just cause them to stiffen their backs and fight to the end. Part of this would be a constant hit and run attacks against the British forces in North America in order to prevent our forces attacking Britain from being trapped on the island.

4. Clean up the Hegemony. Attack the forces that still remain here and ensure that our own forces do not end up fighting on even more fronts.

We really wish you'd come to the negotiation table on this war. You should be aware how hopelessly outmatched you are. The Cuban raid was completely unopposed, the remainder of Hegemony's meagre resources are hidden west of the mountains, CSA's advancing through no opposition and more allies are joining our side all the time. The ITF alone matches your remaining military, especially once the civil pressure in PSA forces them to leave the war.

And even if you manage to keep PSA in for a while longer, they're bound to leave once Cuba begins targeting them in Puerto Rico or Panama.

Your war is hopeless. You should stop wasting lives.
