And if its somebody else's work, I think you should ask permission.

But if its fine with everybody, and you have asked the artist of your work.

How about this:

Race: you can't really tell...

Full plate, black with gold trim

Boba Fett style helm (rangefinder would be great!), black and gold, dark red visor

Greatsword in one hand, possibly resting on ground near feet (holding sword hilt at maybe waist or chest high...)

Steel shield in the other, Mythosaur skull coat of arms (see the wookiepedia article on Mandalorians if you don't know what it looks like)...

It's frowned upon to edit an avatar someone else made but you can draw from scratch a new avatar that illustrates the same subject. I presume that is what he is requesting when he says a new "version".

I have two requests, an avatar and a sigtar to advertise my Thrann, City of Fear setting:

Background - Victorian age (muskets and flintlock pistols) with witches descended from nephilim and demons.

Avatar: A human woman with long black hair, purple eyes dressed in a black leather trench coat-like robes accented with dark purple holding a large flintlock pistol in one hand and a cruel looking dagger in the other (think evil sacrificial dagger). The woman should have a mean look.

Sigtar: Same type of woman as above but also include a man with short white hair, ice-blue eyes in a light-grey (originally white, but is now filthy) trench coat-like robes accented with gold/yellow holding two double-barreled flintlock pistols. He should have a sad look on his face. Both the man and woman should be flanked by two people (unknown gender) in hooded grey military uniforms (grey with black X straps, brass buttons, with a hood covering most of the face). The should be holding rifles like the one below:


I hope that's not too much to ask for, thanks in advance!!

Well, make sure that the image is in .GIF format, and make sure that it's hosted somewhere like Photobucket where it will remain for a while. If you'd prefer not to host it on a web-site, tell the person you're doing the avatar for so that they can do it themselves. Also, it's generally a good idea to resize it (117x117) for them.

Any of these grab your fancy? I'm happy to tweak or make from scratch. The Tiamat symbol and green dragon were requests, but they give you an idea of what I can do. The half-dragon was as well, but she hasn't been around for a while. The snake-lady is obviously mine, but again, adaptable. I was also thinking of doing a Quetzalcoatl (or in D&D terms, a Couatl. Whatever) at some point.
