Excellent news as far as the AI project is concerned. Progress is coming along well.

I would agree with Prof. Morgan regarding the famine in Tibet, though I would also caution the UON to be careful with sending in aid. The Chinese and the Amurians seem to be seizing all aid entering the region and distributing it according to their own whims--as such, we should be careful that any aid we send is directed to the right people.

The rockets are launched, but it seems there was a error on my part. While the supplies on board should be suffenient for a one way trip, I made the assumption that the rockets had proper VASIMIRs. Of course, we are in radio communication, and if supplies dwindle to far, they can turn around before then. We will take all the blame for failure
