Naruto SoundITP IC 1: A Melancholy Song of Hope To Come

Senko:
It definitely feels like Hisaki, you'd recognize that trashy, mediocre, middling, crummy, tawdry, cheap, tasteless....and so on chakra anywhere. When you look in the chakra's direction there seems to a mailman that seems to oddly be going in the same direction as you are, now looking at mailboxes, seemingly trying to figure what mail to put into them. Doesn't look like anything like Hisaki, so its disguise jutsu. You remember Yuyuyu mentioning idly in your time on Team 3 that since the widespread teaching of this jutsu, that the art of normal disguises are something that is less practiced and those who still do it are very dedicated specialists of infiltration, often considered a backup plan to the transformation jutsu if it pops. It is incredibly improbable that a common Chuunin would be competent at normal disguises or put it on underneath, and probably just put on the transformation for this.

In the Shadows:
A ROOT member watches, their target is not Senko. Their hand is on their tanto. If this chuunin proves to be a liability, this ROOT member's orders were clear. They wait.

Satomi and Kimiko:
Kimiko thinks about it. On one hand, its generally a bad idea to agree to something before you know what your signing up for. On the other hand, she understood Satomi's reasoning: She had to be as cautious as possible, give any potential partner a way out every step of the way so as to make sure that the person they are working with is making them with a clear head and truly wants to work with her to gain all jutsu. She was informing her of the risks before they ever got started and didn't want Kimiko to back out because of something she wasn't informed of or because Satomi lied about it. She was being as up front as she could about this. And Kimiko knew that no matter how dangerous it was, she did want to know all jutsu, to know all she can about chakra. She'd have to take these kinds of risks anyways, so why take them alone?
“....Very well. I agree to this.”
Satomi is silent for a moment. As if not believing that this was happening, then says
“Very well. Lets hope we're not making a big mistake then. Sharingan: Genjutsu.”
Satomis' eyes turn red, staring right into Kimiko's, Satomis tomoe spin and the blue-haired ninja falls into an illusion...
Within the genjutsu, Kimiko wakes up- and its a completely different landscape. Its a blue peaceful forest with a purple sky, and red clouds. The bark was black, and instead of birds there was the sound of chimes and bells. It was a surreal landscape, and she gets up to see Satomi sitting cross-legged in front of her.
“Come.” Satomi says “Sit.”
She spreads her hand outwards and a table with a feast appears before her. Kimiko sits down across from her and tries some of it- the food tasted fantastic! Satomi eats some of it herself.
“Tastes great, doesn't it? Its made from my best memories of the food served in the Uchiha clan. Don't get used to it. Remember: none of it is real.”
They make a show of eating food a few moments, enjoying the illusionary taste then get down to business.
“Now, we both know that we're the only two people who understand how far our ambitions go and why we pursue them. We're smart people, I think we both realize the implications of what acquiring all jutsu really mean.”
“Yes, I think we do.” Kimiko says back. It meant ambition greater than any Kage. It meant achieving immortality to learn all the jutsu, as well as the strength and sheer audacity to go against all the shinobi nations to gain their greatest most closely guarded secrets. On a certain level, the whole thing is insane.
“Indeed, no need to speak them aloud. However, I've realized that acquiring them all alone is...unfeasible. Thats all the shinobi nations versus one ninja. Kind of an impossible task. However, lets say we divide the work? Since we're from different villages, we work out a plan to divide the workload in two. You get major two villages, I get two major villages, you get this, I get that, try to divide it up as evenly as possible. Something like that.”
“What about the fifth village?”
“Well I'm from Konoha, so. I think we got to split my home town down the middle. Your own village is not equal in worth to Konoha, so I won't touch it, you get all of this to yourself. Fair right?”
“Its a good deal.”
“And yeah, basically when we're both done with our halves, we meet each other, somewhere alone, with theoretically equal power.”
“And then what? Negotiate how to share the knowledge so we both benefit?”
“Well....yeah, in an ideal world. But there is something you must know before we make this deal. Something that is better that you know now, than later. Its about the Sharingan, and the upper levels of its power. While its base form can copy any jutsu, there are levels of power to it that can only be accessed by something called the Mangekyo Sharingan. In the Uchiha's shrine, under the seventh tatami mat, there is a room containing secret lore of the Uchiha Clan. It can only be deciphered by the Sharingan. My regular Sharingan can only translate the first part of the text: That the legendary Mangekyo Sharingan of my clan.... ”
Satomi swallows nervously and continues
“....The dark secret of this form of the sharingan is to achieve it, one must kill their closest friend or other loved one. At least, according to the tablet I read. I'm hoping that the requirement is just a correlation and all thats really required is experiencing a more extreme form of trauma, but of course you can't test for this sort of thing.”
Kimiko's eyes widen in horror.
“Why are you telling me this?”
“...Because if your on this quest just as I am, then you must know the terrible price that one must eventually pay for it. The abilities of the Mangekyo Sharingan are jutsu, and therefore are included in this ambition. We, by definition cannot obtain all jutsu without fulfilling this requirement. In your curiosity and ambition, you'd either die trying to get into the Uchiha compound or learn the secret eventually anyways. I am just saving you the trouble of risking your life for it, as well as giving you the opportunity to rethink this now, rethink it early, if the price is not acceptable. Its also to show I'm trustworthy.
If you make the deal with me, you can at least be spared from having to do the deed yourself. I will be getting the short end of the stick in this arrangement, while you will be free from having to sacrifice any of your loved ones when you put sharingan eyeballs into yourself. When we meet, we will duel for my sharingan eyes. You will of course, have the advantage as you will be able to kill me and still get all the jutsu information stored into my sharingan at that point. Meanwhile I will have to keep you alive regardless, so you can show me all the fuinjutsu you gather if I win.”
“But why? Couldn't we just negotiate out a way to trade something I get for one of your eyes so that we both have a sharingan eye?”
“Again in an ideal world, yes, but I wouldn't be surprised if some upper sharingan techniques require both eyes. Furthermore, the sharingan feeds upon and enhances negative emotions, while giving oneself photographic memories of their most traumatic experiences, never able to truly forget the horrible combat situations they've seen. This kekkei genkai has a lot of psychological damage involved in its use. Combined with potentially doing something like killing a close friend, its very possible that by the time we get to that point, that I will have become a monster and that you will WANT or even NEED to kill me. That you might be the only one who CAN kill me at that point.”
“Isn't this whole letting me in on the secret making me culpable for aiding and abetting a murder you intend to commit if I don't tell?”
“Hey, I said potentially doing something like that. Not that I will. It might just be a correlation and I can achieve it through an equal level of trauma by other means, or I might be able to make friends with someone so despicable while undercover that when I eventually kill them, it will count and no one will care, because thats just what ninja do to scum. Or I might just make friends with someone else from some other shinobi village, we just happen to find ourselves on the battlefield someday on opposite sides of war and I sadly have to fight them. But not you. Can't be you. Kill you early, who is going to grab the other half? And you of course, want to live. See? At least three different possibilities where it will at least be understandable if not entirely okay. Don't worry about it.
Anyways, We keep this secret, we keep this subtle. If we do this right, we can get a lot of jutsu out from under their noses without the villages realizing. Its just a matter of caution, planning and keeping this low key as we can.” Satomi says
“Okay, sounds good so far, but what if one of us finds someone else, someone who shares this passion of ours and wants to recruit them into this? Expand the group, so to speak?” Kimiko prods
“We be cautious. There is always a chance someone interested is a spy or onto one of or both of us. Make sure we know we can trust them before telling them the full deal and once they know, we revise the split of the nations of whatever we have left to take. Divide the work even further so that its easier. But we must always be wary.” Satomi cautions her.
“And if we happen out of opportunity, to come across some jutsu or knowledge outside the agreed upon shares that we're supposed to focus on?” Kimiko asks to cover their bases.
“We take it anyways, share or give to the person who is meant to take it then move on. We can't plan for everything.” Satomi reasons.
“What of the Tailed beasts?” the blue-haired shark girl questions
“Stay away from them unless we have no other choice. Disturbing the balance of power in the shinobi nations is not a good idea. We don't tamper with the village-destroying demons and the villages will have less reason to go after us, and we won't have to worry about whether one of those beasts destroyed the scrolls we need to learn from. Acquiring enough chakra to do something is entirely different problem from knowing how to do it. One that we need not concern ourselves with.” Satomi answers.
“Assuming we are found out, whats our plan then?” Kimiko says
“How much are we willing to become Rogue Shinobi over this?” Satomi questions
“We will already be committing treason or something close to it by sharing sensitive information with another village. We may not have a choice. And I will do anything to know all jutsu.” Kimiko says
“In that case we become Rogue Shinobi and continue on but with things being far more dangerous for us.”
Satomi breathes in and out
"That is my deal in its entirety."
"And what if I say no? what then?"
"Then we walk out of this training ground together and forget this conversation ever happened and I'd have foolishly revealed my clan's darkest secret to a foreign shinobi."
Satomi holds out her hand to shake.
"So, do we have a deal?"

Well, crap. Hisaki-san would be one thing, but that other Chakra... Senko shudders a bit at the thought. Either that... person is some kind of born psychopath or... Or someone did this to them. She's not sure which is worse.

Senko turns around while checking her map, trying to make it look like she got lost or turned around or something while watching Hisaki out of the corner of her eye. She starts walking back the way she came, and then when she gets close to him she gives Menko a subtle signal to use a genjutsu to obscure the following conversation.

"I am a sensor type Hisaki-san. Your disguise jutsu does not hide your distinctive chakra signature. However, I am willing to forgive this incompetent stalking attempt as long as it does not happen again and you explain what that cold and malevolent chakra over that direction is." she gestures in the Root agent's direction.

From the outside, it shouldn't look like anything has happened, nobody but Hisaki should notice. Sneko isn't eve directly facing Hisaki... Unless the Root agent is better at Genjutus then Menko is and saw this coming somehow. Then they're kind of screwed.

Kimiko and Satomi:
Kimiko will shake Satomi's hand.
"Deal."
Satomi smiles as their hands grasp and go up and down.
"Hm. Yes....I knew I could trust you, partner."
As their hands fall, Kimiko asks
"So....what now?"
"Well I guess we should work on some way of contacting each other and sending information between. Maybe I could ask the Uzumakis for some seal or something..."
"Hyu! Why ask the Uzumakis when I already have invented a seal that just so happens to be useful for this? Hold your hand out."
Satomi raises an eyebrow and does so. Kimiko takes her wrist, takes out her brush and expertly paints a seal on Satomi's wrist then pokes it with chakra, then does the same with her own wrist and performs a hand sign
"Sympathetic Seal: Shared Items!"
And the jutsu is complete with a little glow.
"...Okay, what did you do?"
"Watch" Kimiko will pick a random stick and put it up against the seal then perform a hand sign with the other one
"Reverse Summon Object!"
Then the stick disappears in a puff of smoke and appears in Satomi's hand with her seal.
"See? I simply looked at summoning and reverse summoning and thought: why not do the same with objects? This particular seal can only do reverse summoning however and only to the other seal, I'm working on figuring out how to expand its capabilities, but with this we can make scrolls and letters to send back and forth! it can't send anything too big though due to chakra requirements and the fact that they appear in your hand, so only send anything that can be hand-held."
There was also the Jashin seals she took from but no one needed to know that.
"Thats....impressive." Satomi says blinking, in awe. "This is like....some minor space-time jutsu you've made here. I bet someone like Kenkomu Uzumaki would love to train you."
"Hyuhyu, of course! Lots of people would." and do, given the notes from rogue shinobi she received.
"No I mean it. I could pass along word to Kitsuki to let Kenkomu know about you and he could assess your talent, maybe arrange you an apprenticeship with the Leaf to improve relations with our villages, and make us meeting and being friends with each other be more plausible"
"Cool but change of topic: I know your gonna take that shuriken, but say if I wanted to get Sharingan eyes from someone anyways, who would you take them from?"
"Hisaki Uchiha. That guy's trash. No one would miss him."
"Kinda heartless thing to say about your own family isn't it?"
"I guess? but really, Hisaki's just not the best guy. Who in the world would want to save HIS life?"

Meanwhile, With The Girl (Probably) Trying to Save Hisaki's Life:
Hisaki Uchiha flinches, his face contorting in a comical expression. He was found out so easily. Dammit, he hated being such an average ninja! What to do.....Wait whats this about another presence? He didn't detect any. His face is now one of honest confusion
"Other presence? I have no idea what your talking about, what other presence? Is this some sort of Sound ninja trick?"

The Root Ninja tilts their head. Did she find him already? That was fast, and they were speaking but this agent couldn't hear them. Suspicious. They will have to kill Hisaki soon then. But not now. But soon.

Senko holds up her map and tries to make it appear as if she's asking the 'Mail Man' for directions just in case.

"Okay, I am going to be blunt: I know you were lying about why you were following us yesterday. Menko does not use a genjutsu to disguise herself as a human but a transformation variation, there would have been nothing to see through with your magic eyes. I could also sense the Anbu who were following Team Seven around, who I assume were the ones there to make sure they didn't set off an international incident... Honestly seems like overkill."

"So the only way you could have known she was a snake was if you already knew I was the Snake Sage, the only people who I told that were Team Seven, you weren't at the hot springs at the time, so someone in the hot springs must have figured out what my tattoos meant and shared it with others and I am going to assume that a member of the illustrious Uchiha Clan has better things to do that stalk a little girl so you stalking me can only be a mission."

"I was going to sit on that until my meeting with your Hokage and bring up the obvious lies and attempt at manipulation as leverage for my side of the negotiation but if you don't know who that is..."

"It's a very cold and malevolent chakra. Almost like somoene is actively trying not to be human. Someone who has succeeded at that toxic idealogy about ho Ninja should only be tools and must kill their hearts in order to better serve."

"Either your mission to monitor me has been reassigned without your knowledge... Or someone's set an assassin to take you out if you **** up..."

"I do not know about you... But I find my sensibilities are offended by pointless homicide."

Hisaki:
He looks confused. She....was concerned for his life? Why? Was this a Sound Ninja trick?
"How did...I haven't received any- I mean. Er. I am an ordinary mail man, I don't know what your talking about. I'm going to go deliver mail over there."
He nervously quickly walks away from you taking a left turn down an alley. There is no way he has been replaced, he hasn't received any orders to stop. Of course, his superiors were oddly silent about his performance, which was weird. Senko senses the hollow presence moving fast towards with a spike of killing intent, intending to drop down from above to try and kill him. Whoever this is, they're not waiting for a confirmation, they're killing on pure suspicion, but you can respond in time- they're Chuunin level by what you can tell.

Kimiko and Satomi:
"That....is a very low opinion of a clan member."
"Well....Hisaki already screwed up by being incompetent enough to be caught. But now he's pretty much screwed no matter what he does. So, forget him. We have more important things to talk about. We got the deal, we got a method of info transfer, what else to work out?"
"What if we end up fighting each other in a war? Our villages aren't particularly fond of one another."
"Well its a bit improbable we'll meet on the battlefield, there is a lot of shinobi to go around, but if we do well.....we can always fake a fight, perhaps work together to figure out how we get the village peaceful again through secret coordination. Your village has its own techniques after all, so....neither of us want those techniques to be lost because of another village destroying what they don't need. Or if we already got all the techniques we can get from both villages, just leave and get other techniques, it won't be our problem anymore."
"....Sure." she says, a little unsure about this, thinking of Jirou and her friends. Maybe she will just....save stealing Sound village techniques for last?

Menko uses This is Someone Else's Problem and This is Normal to obscure Senko as Senko explodes into movement, heading for the hollow presence to try and intercept, black marks spreading across her body as she does.

With any luck, nobody should realize where she's gone or even think her disappearance was odd in the first place.

Okay then, you have chosen to save Hisaki for real, with action.

he will become an ally because of this. congratulations you saved the one person I intended to be unsympathetic that you could guilt-free kill him for the sharingan. :P

Kimiko and Satomi:
"Hey I'm curious about Senko" Satomi says "Does she have any plans? whats her deal?"
"She's my friend and I don't think we know each other well enough to tell you stuff about her." Kimiko says
"Fair, we're just partners after all. She just seems to be.....y'know special. On our intellectual level. Competent. Those sorts of things. I just wanted to make sure she won't be a problem to our plans"
"Eh, I'm pretty sure our goals and hers are unrelated. She's also a pretty good person. Likes to save people like some manga hero? As long as we don't endanger innocents and stuff like that, I don't think we'll have any problems"
"Wasn't planning on innocents dying anyways so...." Satomi shrugs.

Hisaki:
He will walking along when suddenly from above, a masked figure- not a demon mask, one far more plain- in a dark combat suit, a make he did not recognize was falling towards him, a tanto outstretched to stab down on him through his skull. He felt the killing intent and knew- this was his last moment. This was death-

-But then Senko intercepts, tackling Hisaki out of the way. the Root member's blade instead pierces the dirt. A tear falls from Hisaki's eye. She....truly just saved his life.
"Why.....why did you save me?" he wonders
He knew he wasn't the best person. Memories flash by in his head: his grades being average his parents always pushing him to live up to their standards but him never meeting them. He remembers cheating during his chuunin exams just to pass. He remembers not living up to the police force's standards either, so he took bribes. Remember feeling that if he wasn't good enough for anyone, why not take whatever he can get? If he was trash, why not act like trash? Furthermore as he realized how unfair the world was, deep down he reasoned: why not do anything for his gain? Why not seek any opportunity for advancement? He wasn't anyone special. He was trash.

Surely she knew he was someone like that? Why save someone like that, he wonders.

Hisaki gets up, drawing a kunai. The Root member pulls their tanto out of the dirt. They had a strange tattoo on their shoulder: "SHURIKEN-25" their designation. Shuriken-25 was a little confused as to why this happened as well, but doesn't care: they had two different plans to make sure they could suicide themselves before they could capture him. Their life was forfeit to ROOT already. So he throws a kunai at Senko and Hisaki in return steps in the way trying to deflect it but takes the kunai to the shoulder then helps Senko up.
"Grh! If you think even my life is worth saving....so be it. C'mon, lets take this guy together!"

The Root member draws a second tanto, surrounds both blades with Wind chakra, turning the two tantos into two longer wind blades that are much sharper and charges swinging at them both.

Chunin level power, but mastery of elemental chakra flow... This is gonna be tricky.

She goes through some hand signs. "Water Style: Hiding in Mist." She breathes out a stream of mist hoping to obscure this 'Shuriken-25's' vision without overtly obscuring Hisakis. She mostly just wants to by a few seconds to get a better position.

[Lord Raziere]

Kimiko and Satomi:
"Anyways, thats all worked out" says Satomi. "What next?"
"I have other people to meet, Satomi. I Can't tell you who they are."
"Ah of course. I get you. Just as long we have a deal, partner."
They say bye and walk away to do separate things.

Kimiko will begin walking to a new meeting place: an open field in Hashirama Park, she finds her contact: A woman in monochromatic clothing, black or white alternating patterns, with ink-black hair. She is painting a peaceful scene of a cherry blossom tree- the painting the contact said they would be painting-, but as Kimiko looks upon it, she sees that its not a photorealistic painting, but rather a stylized one of old warring-states era woodblock art, evoking an older mystical feel in her art.
"Excuse me" Kimiko asks "Are you I.N.?"
The woman halts and turns, putting a small quiet smile.
"Ah, you must be Kimiko Ishikawa. Greetings, I am Irisumi Nisaka, Rogue Shinobi formerly of Iwagakure."
She fixes her gaze upon Kimiko
"and I believe you will be a good fit my teachings."
"Your Ink Ninjutsu was why I wanted to come to you first."
"Of course. But thats not the only thing I will teach." Irisumi says "I don't want to just teach you to wield my ninjutsu....I want to teach you how to be Free."

Senko and Hisaki Vs. Shuriken-25:
Hisaki remembers his training: Mist was...a surprise but this was no different from a smokescreen he could make with his fire release. So he jumps out of the mist onto a roof, but not sure where Senko has gone and not wanting to burn her with fire release jutsu, will thrown some shuriken at where Shuriken-25 is.

Shuriken-25 in the mist will get hit by shuriken in the shoulder, bleeding a bit as he does so and the others fall around him, clattering on the pavement. In response he will form hand signs to fire an air blast back upwards at whoever threw those, leaving him vulnerable to attack because he took the time to do a jutsu like this. The spherical air blast will come firing out of the mist and Hisaki leaps back to dodge it as even the wind release jutsu scatters some of the top mist and destroys a bit of the roof it passes by, while the lower parts of the mist remain obscured.

If Shuriken-25 is doing hand signs, then he must have dropped his swords.

Senko rushes in and tries to aim a fist directly into his solar plexus.

Senko and Hisaki Vs. Shuriken-25:
Senko hits them in said plexus causing him to clutch at his stomach in pain with her strength, stunning him as Hisaki compounds this by leaping down and kick him in the head slamming Shuriken-25 to the ground. He was after all, only one person and can't keep his attention on both of you at once. Hisaki thinking him clearly hurt announces
"As my authority as a member of the Konoha Police Force" he fishes into his pocket for some special bindings-not handcuffs due to hand signs a ninja can still be very dangerous even when cuffed normally. "I place you under arrest for assaulting an officer of the law-"
Shuriken-25 suddenly jolts a bit at the prospect of of getting arrested. No matter what, they can't leave evidence behind of themselves. Their leg lashes out, sweeping circularly to trip Hisaki, sending him falling to the ground then going for one the dropped kunai to try and grab it and attack Hisaki while he's on the ground.

Kimiko and Irisumi:
Kimiko tilts her head
"Free? Free in what way?"
"Look at the hidden villages around you. They ask you to do what? Serve selflessly, kill anyone they want in their name, sacrifice your life if need be, what is this, if not being a servant by any other name? You as a member of your clan, has been raised since you could walk to be a shinobi. They didn't give you a choice. The obligations, your position, these are chains."
"Well I was already planning to go forth from my village to elarn all jutsu, but why would such things be chains?"
"Ah but you already understand to some degree. These villages and their politics, they keep you pursuing your desires, your way of doing things. Thus you will have to break away, become rogue shinobi and be hunted down by any who want your bounty- for what? The crime of wanting to learn? The crime of having any goal besides fighting for your nation? People say Jinchuurikis are sacrifices to preserve the peace but the truth is? All shinobi are. They send us out into wars, conflicts, politics, assassinations, bodyguarding, we come back damaged or as corpses, and what are the thanks we get for it? Made to go right back to work or treated as trash, cast aside like the disposable tools we are made to be- and this isn't unique to us shinobi, both samurai and ashigaru war veterans receive the same treatment. All the while spouting their tools of propaganda, to keep us hopeful in our village, to keep us working.

I want to awaken you, show you the full extent of the chains that bind and imprison us. Seeing some of it will only get you so far. To understand freedom, you must understand the structure of the systems that keep you from it and thus how to subvert them."
"I see, what is the structure of these chains then?"
"Broadly? Well to put it into most basic terms possible: Everything political in this world is done for gaining Power. or less abstractly, for Money. All wars are fought over resources which make profit which give people power over others. In the political world, ideals are just abstract tools leaders use to trade for more solid sources of power by tricking people with vague promises then blaming other people for not being able to fulfill them later so that people destroy their political enemies for them while dodging the responsibility of actually changing anything. The Shinobi are just pawns on the board, raised in controlled conditions to be pawns on the board of shogi so that more money can be attained for one rich person or another."
"But wait they pay us."
"They do. and the gains they're aiming for from your efforts will will far eclipse whatever money you make by doing a mission. Despite all the training involved and how well your paid, sending in a team of four shinobi is simply cheaper than sending an ashigaru army to secure valuable resources like mines or destroying a rival nations coffee bean farms. An outright war will always cost more. To disobey them is do more than to follow your own destiny, its to refuse to take part in a system that sees resources as more valuable than people. Its to refuse to mindlessly be another's tool for a conflict that doesn't just not benefit you, but doesn't benefit anyone but those in power. Its only with freedom that you will find your true way, your true path.

But once your free, how do you guide yourself? I can help with that, teaching you how to think about this world and what you should be doing within it, not by the commands of others, but by your own decisions and values. You have potential in both ability and mind and I want to bring it out."
"But what if I betray you? Freedom means many things"
"I am hoping that we'll get to know each other and that we can build trust of course. And if you decide to go your own way....well I won't have too much of a problem with it as long as its your decision and you make it with your eyes open."
"Hyu, very well. What do I do if I want to prove myself of being trained by you?"
"I'm glad you asked. There is a shinobi, a genin here from Iwagakure called Shimizu Takenaka. She has been raised to always follow orders, to be a tool for Iwa's Anbu. ...Her body moves on its own. All she knows is that she is morally opposed to letting Hisaki get killed as part of some 'game' by either the Leaf Village government or some conspiracy.

Her immediate instinct is to put herself between him and the assailant. If she was thinking clearly she'd have hardened her body but...

Ehe, it'll be fine. She regenerates. Unless the kunai hits her throat or something.

Senko and Hisaki Vs. Shuriken-25:
He stops himself from hitting Senko, picks up the other kunai and leaps back to gain distance. He can't afford to harm the diplomat. Its not apart of the outcome he wants, which is highly specific. Shuriken-25 will then throw both kunai in the air, forming hand signs and they will be surrounded by blue chakra flying forward controlled by his will, angling and being guided to go around Senko.
Hisaki shouts angrily as he throws kunais to deflect them. "Don't just stand there, attack him!"

He gets up and Shuriken-25 decides to even the playing field, forming hand signs to produce a single Cloud Clone- about all he could make. The ensuing smoke of the jutsu obscures which Shuriken-25 is which however and they both draw kunai and jump the walls to attack both Senko and Hisaki by charging at them from this weird sideways angle- but the attacks of one attacking Hisaki are clearly meant to kill, while the one going for Senko is moving to indicate that he is trying to get between her and Hisaki, more preventative than lethal.

Its becoming clearer and clearer here, than Senko is not the one in danger here. This seems to be laser focused on killing Hisaki.

Kimiko and Irisumi:
"so what time limit do I have?"
"Until the Chuunin Exams are over of course."
"Got it, you seem like a good option! Hyuhyu. Someone will have to make a very good offer to counter your powerful ink techniques."
Kimiko knew she wasn't exactly good at being social with people. Teaching anyone to be anything wasn't really her thing. Perhaps Senko or Yuyuyu could help with this? Irisumi never said anyone couldn't help after all, and she did say to use her creativity.

Since the one attacking Senko isn't trying to kill her, she... Des her best to ignore them completely.

Instead, she forms a chakra canon from her arm and fires her Sage Art Water Style: Heavenly Mist technique at the one attacking Hisaki.

Senko/Hisaki Vs. Shuriken-25
Both the Shurikens get hit by the powerful blast of chakra, the clone getting poofed and the real one being slammed against the wall hard, his bones cracking and pain blossoming across this body. Shuriken-25 will look up, his body now feeling much more wrecked. This....was not working. Too much pain to succeed. He feels himself bleeding somewhere. There was only one option left to him: He starts forming hand signs to do the Body Elimination Technique to disintegrate himself, and if stopped will instead resort to biting down the cyanide placed in his back tooth to kill himself instead, which will leave a body as evidence that he was here but will prevent you from ever questioning him regardless.

If she does it right, it should pinch a nerve at the base of is skull and cause him to black out.

Hisaki will say panting
"Hah.....thanks for saving my life. I didn't expect anyone to care about me this much. Perhaps I was wrong to think Sound-Nin as my enemies. Sorry about what I did, I won't follow you around anymore. I've got better than things to do than spy on a girl willing to save a ninja from a different village. Someone like you can't be that much of a threat to anyone! Your too kind and heroic."
You have a feeling that you have gained an ally of sorts. Did you do this because you care for all life or out of cold calculation of your political agenda and if the latter, do you have the heart to tell him that, assuming its not both?

The knocked out person however is a concern. If you have a watch or see a clock anywhere, or if your good at estimating time, then you know that you still have time to meet C.I. after that fight. However a cursory glance at the knocked out body tells you he is bleeding but not how much. Nor do you know about the cyanide tooth in his mouth given your method of knocking him out. A more detailed examination might reveal details about these two things. However you have a few decisions to make: will you go with Hisaki to report the attack or not? Sure you could go do this with him, but he is a police officer already and can file the report himself- he wouldn't have his job if he couldn't do something like that at least. But the blood raises the question of whether this assailant needs to go to a hospital or the police station first. The average time to bleed out is 2 to 5 minutes- he could die before he is ever questioned by no one's intentional hand. Assuming the times are comparable to the real world, average shinobi first responders would get here in 7-10 minutes, way too long to ever help, but they might be faster if you have a logical explanation as to why.

Since your skilled in biology you estimate you could probably patch him up enough to stabilize Shuriken-25 if you examine what needs to be done and still have time to meet C.I. while giving Hisaki the guy to take away to either the hospital or the police station, but any more than that will probably cutting into your time to meet them. Furthermore you can reasonably infer that anyone willing to kill themselves after failing to kill someone is probably enough of a fanatic or brainwashed enough to not give up anything and since this is Konoha, he falls under Konoha police jurisdiction anyways and while your diplomatic status allows you to do a lot of things, carry out an interrogation is probably not one of them and your involvement in the fight is probably an additional argument against you being able to question him yourself- you are after all, a victim of this attack. People like this are probably why they will send a Yamanaka to read his mind.

Like he was either indoctrinated from birth to only live for the mission or he was broken and rebuilt into a simple tool. I am not sure how exactly the Leaf village handles interrogation, but if he knows anything he is unlikely to share if of his own will... It is also notable that he was unwilling to ue lethal force against me: It would have been rather easy to cut through me to get to you... Suggesting that... Well, it is someone who is willing to kill a Leaf ninja but does not want the Leaf village to have to deal with the consequences of a foreign genin being killed outside of the exams."

She pauses for a moment as she finishes tending to the wounded prisoner.

"I apologize. I have been sent on investigation missions in the past and deductive and inductive reasoning are valued skills back in Sound, but I may be overstepping my bounds. If you need my testimony for the report I should be free to give it this afternoon."

If Hisaki doesn't hold her up she'll leave to make contact with C.I.

Hisaki and Senko:
On the contrary, you know its very likely that he does have curse mark specifically to keep him from talking, but with a clan like the Uzumakis around who are known sealing masters that could probably get rid of such a thing, every second counts to delay the inevitable interrogation...
"If they're this fanatical? they're probably just gonna throw them to the mercies of the Yamanaka, to be honest" says Hisaki "and if mind reading somehow doesn't work well....Torture specialists are sadists and will probably be delighted to get a chance break him open like a can."
...and breaking of a mind. Konoha authorities will probably get the information, but its unlikely that there will be much of a person left afterwards. Your mercy might've saved him from a quick death only to throw him to into a slower, more torturous remainder of his life. This fate way be worse than the one he was trying to put on himself. His equipment, plain white mask and dark minimalist uniform point to him not only being a rogue shinobi, but apart of an organized group that attempted to kill a member of Konoha's police force, and military. Making him a terrorist. NO shinobi nation is kind to terrorists.
Hisaki picks up the unconscious body, binding him so his hands can't form hand signs. or do anything else.
"Well, I'll take them in. Never expected a Sound Nin to care this much, even if its just outta principle. I spied on you, was a jerk to you, yet you still saved my life....I'll refuse to spy on you anymore....but I doubt my superiors will acknowledge I was assigned any such mission in the first place, and punish me for "going against orders". It was not a mission anyone wanted to do in the first place so....I doubt it'll be a mission anyone wants to acknowledge was assigned either."

Hisaki's activities:
Hisaki will arrive at the hospital in time, explaining the situation. The medic-nin will strap in and bind Shuriken-25 even further. Through their examinations they will discover the cyanide tooth and remove it, as well as a seal on his tongue, probably to prevent him from talking. All weapons will be removed from him, as well as any other implements that could possibly be used to inflict self-harm.

Hisaki will then report the attack to the Konoha police station. While they accept his report professionally on the outside, some privately wished the assailant succeeded. Because he is Hisaki Uchiha and thus labeled an underachiever by the rest of his clan, no one shows any outward concern for his health or safety. They have no sympathy due to his past actions attempting to claim glory to climb the ladder of their organization. His report is sent to the Hokage who outwardly is calm and announces in his Hokage Voice:
"I will speak to this clear terrorist and criminal, myself, of course taking along a Yamanaka and an Uzumaki to help pry loose this terrorist's secrets. Rest assured that I, Himitsu Shimura will do everything I can to make sure every single member of my village is safe and happy."

Meeting Chiruki Imaeda:
When you get to the restaurant at the time, the table that your directed to you is sat in by a brown-haired woman in her 20's with black eyes, her brown hair bound in a long ponytail, wearing a grey-green shirt and tan jacket and pants. She says to you
"I've seen you being bothered by Konoha yesterday. They're bastards like that. You seem like a good kid, Senko. Names Chiyuki Imaeda. I don't know what you did to get diplomat status, but it must be exceptional. Your probably wondering why I'm meeting with you here. Its simple: Your from Otogakure....and I'm from a village called Nikkogakure. To keep the story short, its a village that tried to do the same thing Otogakure did....and wasn't as lucky. I'm the last one. So I consider Otogakure a kindred spirit, a village that succeeded where mine failed. I'm hoping we can help each other. I don't care about the Jinchuuriki you found, so if you need help with her in any way, just ask. You seem concerned about her, and if you do something that screws over Konoha's use of her as a weapon, thats fine by me.

What I'm hoping to get out of this? Is not revenge yet. at least, not mainly. Don't get me wrong, if I had the chance, I'd do everything I can to ruin this village for what it did to me. But...I'm searching for something more important. My older sister, Iwata. Konoha took her, without ever killing her, and if there is any chance I can get her back alive so she can be safe again....I'll take it.

My Uncle has proof of our descent and also evidence of the purge, and thinks with the Senju Clan's more... amicable attitude in the last century that we can get reparations"

Gohan and Hamura are exploring the village to avoid their third team mate. The emotionless girl was... Unsettling.

Gohan was pretty up-front about being the four-tails host, and the ape, or rather Saiten Teisei Son Goku, handsome king of sage apes, as the beast insisted on being called, was both rather arrogant and vocal in his hatred of humans and something had set him off last night.

"No, never considered that before," Gohan deadpanned.

They were passed by another pair of genin. By sheer coincidence, another pair of Lava users.

Mist's Bane and Raiko were on a... Not a mission.

They're reported back to Zetta sensei about what they saw while looking for Blood O and apprently the Sound Genin team matched a description of some of the enemy ninjas that a chunin had encountered on a failed mission and Zetta-sensei had been informed since the enemy ninja had apparently taken out one of their Jonin. They weren't given any details beyond that and weren't sure if Zetta knew any, but their sensei had asked them to keep an eye out for any Sound Ninja to see if they could confirm.

"Do you really think you can trust her?"

Team Fuji are at the training grounds, Benjiou and Shiroko are practicing mud wall techniques, compare the structures of each other's variations and so on. Everyone who does this kind of thing does it a little differently.

"Yeah. I think... I think she's genuine, after talking to her last night."

"On the one hand... She's a foreign ninja with good reasons to hate the Leaf, whose village has good reasons to hate the Leaf despite being nominally allied, and she knows who the Nine-Tails is sealed in. On the other hand... If she's being honest this could be a big opportunity for us."

".....Your lucky you have a village to back you on that. I'm from the Imaeda Clan. We had a bloodline that allowed us to switch our chakra natures....and now me and my sister are the only ones left. The clan is dead, along with the rest of village, and those Konoha bastards did it. I saw it, I saw everything I knew and love burn. Your lucky what they did was so long ago. When its fresh, when your the one experiencing the injustice....there is nothing but rage, grief and sorrow, because those are what keep you going when you can't feel anything good, and there is no amount of reparations that can truly make up for what was done.

And no, reparations won't make up for what was lost for me, so don't try to convince me that it will. Who the hell ever thinks money truly pays for lives? You may satisfied with money and hollow words for an atrocity you have centuries of distance from, but I'm not. Like look kid, I can tell you trying to be the reasonable one here. You want a world where people can negotiate everything out. I just wish to tell you that may not always be possible and that its okay to not always hit the ideal all the time. Especially in a world-spanning militaristic system like this.

This is why I want to help. Your a good person, I can tell, and I don't want you destroyed by having faith in a system and its loopholes designed for the powerful. Kimiko Ishikawa: Meet a friend
She will be walking along a dark alley where no one can see when suddenly a shinobi in a mask will attack her, trying to catch her with wire as she dodges it, jumping backwards. She will draw her origami-no-tsurugi and cut up the the wires. However the assailant forms hand signs and catches Kimiko in an Earth release jutsu that grabs her with the ground below, beyond her ability to break out of.
"Good, I will be able to take you hostage so the Ishikawas can pay up..."
Suddenly the earth jutsu is cut into pieces as Akiyashi appears, her cyan hair flowing, her katana in her hand as she comes to the rescue. The masked shinobi not expecting her decides to vanish in a puff of smoke.
"...Stupid merc. Bet he was a Kirigakure hire."
She mutters, then turns to Kimiko who is pointing her blade at her
"Who are you?"
"I have an important question to ask you: what is your mother's name?"
Kimiko confused says
"Mitsuko Ishika-WAAAH!"
Suddenly Kimiko is swept up in a hug by Akiyashi!
"OHMYGAAAWD! Your Mitsuko's kid!? Your so ADORABLE! AAAAAAAAH!"
"Hyu???" Kimiko says in confusion.
She sets her down, chuckling a little. Kimiko tries to regain her composure saying
"How do you know my mother? Again, Who are you?"
"Oh we were friends in the academy! My name is Akiyashi! I can't believe Mitsuko made it out and birthed a daughter to!"
Kimiko's eyes widen.
"Wait...THAT Akiyashi? the one she.....killed!?"
"Oh she told you about that, did she? Good on her, if she's opening about that. Yeah, I faked my death. Bit of a long story, and this is not really the place to tell it. But rest assured I am a friend!"

But it does not matter that they will be leading in the next generation if the current generations decide that their squabbles are more important than their children's future."

"Do you really think that my friendship with Kinsuki-san would last if the Fourth Shinobi WorldWar breaks out in two months and Sound and Leaf are on opposite sides?"

....You sound very mature about all this, but for some reason it also just feels so wrong to hear a child talk about things like this in this way. What are we doing to this world if even someone like you sounds like a depressed businesslike adult about it? Or are you just weird? Maybe find one of those hopeful idiots who are somehow successful through their own optimism and mental fortitude or something, it sounds like you need one, the way your talking. Or....I've heard on the black market that the Yamanaka have like research on the secrets of how the mind works kept secret, just hoarding vast amounts of knowledge of how people tick. Knowledge that most psychologists would kill to have, maybe something there would figure out whats going on up there.

Anyways, what I need you for....well lets walk through this: Konoha, took my sister. I know, because the people involved were Konoha people wearing Konoha uniforms and using Konoha techniques. So presumably there is a file on the mission logged somewhere in their bureaucracy- they got to have records of everything they did, assuming its official. Now I don't know if it is, but we were labeled "Rogue shinobi" so, they should have no reason legally to hide it or do it "off the books" ya get me? I get the files, they can point me to where she was taken, or what they did to her. But, Konoha's special. It has a clan called the Hyuugas with their Byakugan, real useful for scouting and security and such. So they get assigned to those missions a lot, and Konoha's military records obviously are real valuable to them. Don't want things leaked from them. A seemingly innocuous report on this or that mission could reveal an ability about one of their shinobi they don't want getting out, for example, any report involving Kitsuki probably has updates of her little situation even if its just "no break in containment observed" or something like that. So a normal disguise jutsu won't work unless your like, real lucky about what ninjas are assigned that day you know? You'll be seen right through. They can't do the same people all the time of course, they got to constantly switch them around to keep their skills sharp and well, shinobi get restless where they're assigned too many boring jobs. But you can always bet that the superiors will try to assign a couple Hyuuga to guard things like that for a while, not always the same Hyuuga, but A Hyuuga. So....I got to get creative to infiltrate y'know?

Its obvious this is where you come in, but your asking, how can a weird little genin like you, help me get those records? Well see every system has their imperfections, their chinks, because every system is manned by humans and the human element is always the most exploitable- thats one of the lessons of a Shinobi you should learn kid: if a system looks perfect, it never is because there is probably a human in it with other priorities. I could exploit them alone maybe- but another person helping me will make it easier, with proper planning. We just have to figure out how our talents and available resources such your team members can potentially contribute to the problem. After all, no one expects shinobi to do everything alone. As for the possibility of not finding any records of where my sister is or whatever....well....the lack of evidence would be a clue all of its own. It wouldn't get me any closer but it would say that something's up, because why would Konoha get rid of, or not record, the taking of a Rogue Shinobi into their custody? They got to file that sort of thing so its official and recognized. Even if its just transferring them to the blood prison in Grass. If my what they did to my sister is not on record....that would be suspicious, require even more investigating, don't you agree?

As for why I'm not just going directly there to check well....I don't know if my older sister's there. Kusagakure doesn't make who is in their super-prison public. After all their prisoners are shinobi probably with village secrets from all nations and thus if one village knew that if someone in particular from another nation was in the prison they might start trying to negotiate a deal to release the prisoner into their custody so they can start interrogating their enemy, so they strictly only release prisoners back to their own nation if they pay for it. Since I'm a Rogue Shinobi well....breaking into the Blood Prison if I don't know if I'll gain from it, isn't exactly a good move.

You notice you could probably just ask Satomi for this tidbit of information yourself, since she doesn't seem to care about being a "good Uchiha" all that much.

Kimiko and Akiyashi:
They eat at a sushi place and Kimiko asks
"So...what have you been doing, Akiyashi? All these years, and you never reconnected?"
"I had to lay low, learn how to survive and fight. Your mother was a high class noble, I was common born and now supposed to be dead. Not exactly any opportunities to meet her."
"How did you even fake your death in the first place?"
"Well there was a mysterious bird-masked figure called the Blue Bird who offered me a contract to sign. My options were: kill your mother which I would never do, we were good friends. You mother kills me, not ideal because you know I wanted to live. Or sign the forbidden contract that exploits the sympathetic bond to instead of summoning other signer, drain their life force to revive me. I almost did die that day, but in the darkness of the cave and being on other corpses I made the hand sign and healed by the chakra from someone far away, I felt their death. I never knew who I killed doing that."
"Did you feel bad about doing it?"
"....No. At least. not at the time. I had to picked between myself, my friend and some stranger I never knew to die.....and I chose the stranger. and I'm not sure if my choice would be all that abnormal if given to anyone else. I don't know the outcome, the result of what I did. I can't feel guilt for something I have no idea what the circumstances was for but....the uncertainty of the death makes me want to find out who they were, what the situation was. It was clear I was used for something, but for what? Was signing that contract really a good idea? It makes me wonder. Say...what would you have picked, in that situation?"
"...I'd probably kill the stranger as well." Kimiko says in realization. "I just don't see why I'd pick the other two options. Why should I care about someone I don't know?"
"Exactly. The story of human existence in a nutshell: "I don't know this guy, so I'm going to kill him rather the people I do know". You know anyone who'd pick differently?"
"Well....maybe? I can't speak for them. And there'd probably be a lot questions about other options that could've been taken instead. But they'd definitely wouldn't accept killing a stranger or that deal."
"Heh. Then she's probably a better person than I am!" Akiyashi says, chuckling "But honestly, even if we consider other options, they weren't good in my position. Say if I rejected all three decisions, took Mitsuko and tried to run away from Kirigakure. The Ishikawa clan would've hunted me down to get back their heiress. Furthermore we would be two children trying to survive out in the wilderness without any adults! Ninja children yes, so better chances than most, but still not good ones when your a criminal, while quitting being a ninja officially was....not an option. Kirigakure back then believed strongly in proving your conviction and loyalty to the state. That you were willing to kill a friend that you spent a year with, just because they ordered it. If I said to them that I was backing out, that I didn't want to be a ninja anymore, they would've labelled me a coward and killed me for it. More importantly, they would've just found someone else for Mitsuko to kill, because she'd still have to prove that she was willing to do it. All trying to quit without running away would've done would be adding one more corpse to the pile: I'd be dead and another person would be dead whether that'd be Mitsuko or whoever she would've killed. Fighting back would've been equally suicidal. Talented as I was, there would be no way for a single genin to take on a village."
"....I see. The past is just horrible in general isn't it?"
"Pretty much! But lets talk about the future: whats your dream kid, you gotta have one right?"

"Of course not, Mitsuko's my friend and your her cute little girl. As soon as I figured out who you were I wanted to join up."

"Though it is somewhat amusing, I sort of get the impression that most people who know me think I am too idealistic. When Kimiko-san first found out that I was technically a Senju she immediately declared that I lined up perfectly with several Hashiramist stereotypes."

Senko thinks over what is being asked of her.

"I suppose I can do my best, My stealth abilities are not exactly top-notch but I might have a way in..."

Rest assured: I will have my confirmation. No matter what."

"Anyways! I'll just be hanging around, if you need me, just give me a signal and I'll respond, I do not care about the law, and I don't you think I won't accompany you back to Sound! I've been wanting a home for a while now..."
"Sure, I'll do so, Aunt Akiyashi. I'll let the others of my team know about you."

Senko... Isn't sure what to do next, honestly.

She said she'd be free to make a statement to the police if one was needed this afternoon but Hisaki didn't really give her a direct response to that before she left, so she isn't really sure if she should try to find the police department or if someone will be by the hotel/embassy latter.

Senko checks her map to see if the police department is marked on her map.

She also reaches out with her chakra sensing with special attention being paid for two things.

1: A chakra signature similar to but not the same as Chiyuki's just on the off chance that her sister is alive and well and just happens to be living here, and 2: Any more... Wrong chakra signatures, like the assassins.

Scanning Konoha:
Sadly, you do not sense a chakra signature like Chiyuki's here.

On the other hand, you don't sense any of the wrong chakra signatures. No hollow living beings.

The Police department along with the Uchiha household is clearly marked near the center of Konoha for ease of rapid travel to anywhere in Konoha.

Wherever your going you sense three normal chakra signatures off in one direction, one of them similar to Kitsuki Uzumaki's.

Another direction you sense Takano Honomi's angry agitated chakra....along with a dark chakra within him that feels.....invasive to the world. Not like the tailed beast's chakra, something....alive yet toxic, foreign, filled with an active malevolence.

Enter: Asanagi Shimura
Hours ago, Asanagi Shimura wakes up in the Shimura household. She eats breakfast prepared by her mother optimized for her health and does it dutifully, as the Hokage's family is held to the highest standards and it would be a scandal if the proper nutrition wasn't observed, as the Hashiramists would denounced them for not raising their child properly while a Madarists would denounce them for not raising a shinobi of Konoha properly as a proper soldier must be well-fed and healthy to accomplish missions. Everything is done on a tight schedule, because everything must be perfect, and she practices the lines she must say at dinner to her family so as to appear like a normal happy family in case anyone spies on them to try and expose them as a family with a bad home life for a news article.

She is of course entirely focused on getting to her team 8 under Hisakumo Taketsami, then figuring out where the Chuunin Exams were located. She talked with them and came up with a plan and is now executing it, thoroughly searching the city for possible places when she runs into Kimiko Ishikawa-when she sees the headband she can only think:
Damn Sound-Nin. Always coming in here. What are they up to? Can't they see how Konoha is the best village for the world? It would be so much easier if they all just listened. But no matter. I'm strong. She doesn't scare me.

"Ohoho, A Sound Nin, what are you doing here? Don't you have someplace to scream at until they blow up?"

"Ohohohohohohoho! Amusing. I am Asanagi Shimura, your position is irrelevant because I'M the Daughter of the Fourth Hokage, much greater than your mere fake minor village kage. Did you say your brother is the kage?"
"Yes, and he is...uh much cooler than some old man kage!"
"Yeah well....your an Ishikawa. I bet your father was Ryota, which means your father's dead! My father is alive, unlike yours. Ohohohoho, I bet your brother only got the position by default. Because your father's dead."

"Don't you dare talk about Senko like that!" Kimiko suddenly shouts
"Oh no, this Screaming Demon is shouting at me, the Daughter of the Hokage! Everyone watch out, she might start firing screaming jutsus that could kill you all at any moment!" Asanagi says with a sly, wicked smile
The people around her instantly rally to Asanagi's defense and Senko finds herself being shouted down by everyone on all sides, her eyes widening with fear at it.
"Yeah stop yelling at the Hokage's Daughter!"
"Go back to your backwater village!"
"Your whats wrong with the world, screamie!"
"Why can't you just stop terrorizing people!?"
Asanagi leans in close as Kimiko grits her teeth in anger and Asanagi whispers
"Ohoho, Checkmate bitch. Homefield advantage."
"....I understand the underdogs a bit more now."
was all Kimiko says in reply, then she leaps across the rooftops away.

Senko said she'd make a statement so she will.

She begins heading in the direction of the police department now that she knows where it is, periodically rechecking against landmarks.

She does, however, keep track of the chakra signature that's similar to Kitsuki's... There are exactly two reasons for that to be the case, and it'd be best to find out which of those it is sooner rather than later so she'll investigate that if she has time after giving her statement.

I mean, that shouldn't take too long? Just go in, explain her side of the story, and leave?

When she gets to the police department, she'll approach someone official-looking.

"Um, yes, I was involved in an incident earlier involving one Hiaski Uchiha and one unknown assailant who seemed intent on doing harm to the same. I said I would come in and give a statement when I was free, but I am... Not quite sure how the leaf village handles such things?"

The Police Station:
When you enter it, a man, one of the shinobi police look at you grimly as
"We'll take your statement Senko-san, your that child diplomat right? I'm Shizan Uchiha of the Konoha Police. but.....I'm sorry to say something very unfortunate has happened. The rogue shinobi killed himself. The Hokage decided to interrogate the rogue shinobi himself, and well....when they went in, the interrogation went on for a while, the shinobi said they were apart of a terrorist group called Moeruki (Burning Wood). Claimed they seek the downfall of Konoha, that the entire Land of Fire is evil and corrupt and needs to be cleansed in some big rant, confessed that they were trying to kill Hisaki and pin the blame on you so as to start a war between Konoha and Oto, use Oto as a catspaw to weaken us so they can do a final strike. Then they broke out of their bindings at the hospital, grabbed a kunai Hisaki left behind there and slit their own throat before anyone could stop him. "
Hisaki comes walking out of an office looking real down. Shizan jeers at him
"Sigh....I've been kicked off the force for this screw up. Dang it, how could I've forgotten one of my kunai there!?"
"Heh, serves you right. You never were good at it anyways. Only the best shinobi can police other shinobi after all! Like me, Shizan Uchiha, elite Jounin of the Konoha Police."
"Sorry....I knew you wanted that guy to live Senko-san....I screwed up...."
Hisaki apologizes.
"Anyways, I'll get out a notepad, take your statement and add it to the evidence. We'll need everything we can to take down those Moeruki terrorists."
Shizan says, taking a out a notepad or other form to record your statement on it to write down.
