Re: Bibliography
Oh, you guys found that? Nice work. One Piece is my favourite manga.
Easter eggs are awesome. There are three in there so far: Pikachu, Ace, and one more that nobody's found. See if you guys can find it. The manga that it's from isn't as well-known as some others, though, so it might take a while.
Anyway, I know I said it was going to be weekly, but this week has been pretty hectic for me, and I'm not sure I can keep up this schedule. Maybe once every two weeks, since that'll be around a page a day. It'd be much easier on me.
I'll try to get this chapter out soon.
I just got a SC2 beta key recently, which may have contributed to the delay.
EDIT: If you guys noticed, the Whitebeard Pir at the bottom of the matchbox was supposed to say Whitebeard Pirates, Inc. but it got cut off. Oh well.Last edited by Elagune; 2010-05-03 at 04:36 AM.

Isn't Evrae that FFX's boss? It would be funny, since he said it was "for the science project".

Re: Bibliography
Man, I really don't like double-posting but what can you do.
For practice, I've done a coloured picture of Eve. It was supposed to be the title page for the next chapter, but I decided it was a little too great not to be coloured. So here you go.

Re: Bibliography
I guess I'm the odd one out as I pictured it nearly exactly the same color Elagune colored it. Although in my imagination it was a darker shade of blond.

Re: Bibliography
Well ehre's the thing about manga: When it's in black and white, you almost never guess the correct hair colour. When I first read One Piece and saw Zoro, i pictured him blond. Turns out he had green hair
I won a thread. Am I pathetic to list that in my signture? Yes. Of course I am.

It's been a bit, GitP. If you're reading this, you're either digging through old stuff, or I've posted for the first time in forever.
If you want to stay in touch, reach out to me on twitter (same username).
The best answer is always to ask your DM.

Re: Bibliography
Elagune, I think we're missing a page on chapter 4. Page 10 is the same as Page 11, I think Page 11 is missing. Can you check, and if so, inform gaijinmanga?

Re: Bibliography
"Why am I so off-panel?"
And indeed, the final panel seems to be a repeat of the penultimate one. Or is it actually the ultimate one that has accidently been repeated?

Re: Bibliography
Thanks for catching it guys.
I'll send a message to the guy about it, and I'll post up the page here until they fix it, I guess. Kind of a buzzkill, since it's probably the most important page in the chapter.

EDIT: Do any of you have ideas on how to increase my audience? Right now the only ones who know about Bibliography are the people reading this thread and those who already go to Gaijinmanga.com (which honestly probably isn't much).Last edited by Elagune; 2010-05-10 at 12:05 AM.

Re: Bibliography
Sweet Philosorapter, it's a Title Drop.
Publicity, eh? Let me think....
"Oh! Let me answer this!"
Huh? Anubis? How the hell did you get in this thre--
"Okay, first you're going to need the complete Discworld collection. Then, you'll need some cheese, a goat, Poland's entire supply of astro-biologists, and Faust. Then you--"
Anubis, shut up! Okay, anyway, you could try a bit easier and post it in other forums. Or possible another form of passing the word on.

Re: Bibliography
Read the parenthesis, I assumed Page because that was all that was shown (chapter 2 remember), but I did point out that there could be something that fought pages on equal footing which Ben also might become. Though apparently a Librarian is much stronger than a Page given the interaction between the current pages and the
Twilight Beast"fallen" page.

Re: Bibliography
Pages are bound to a single Codex. You know, like a Page is only ever in one book. Librarians seem to be able to use abilities from any Codex.

Re: Bibliography
Are we sure that he's a Librarian, though? He they only refer to him in that with a "whitebox weapon" they may not need a librarian. And it seems to me that perhaps Librarians are more like a specialist, abbysal hunting organization, perhaps something like the Wyld Hunt's Immaculate order in exalted.
He fears his fate too much, and his reward is small, who will not put it to the touch, to win or lose it all.

Re: Bibliography
Question, and this may be answered later on, but is Ben limited to how many times he can use the borrowed techniques? I may have just been seeing things but it seemed to me that a 5(or so) slot thing went down when he used the skill.
